The rooms are bad for your money, old renovation. A terrible mattress that hangs to the Floor, it is impossible to sleep. We checked in, not all towels were laid, cotton swabs are not even provided in the rooms. There was only soap.
Breakfasts too.. stale vegetables are already all yellow, everything is cold, fried and all kinds of hot dishes are impossible to eat, it smells bad, as if from the cheapest canteen. In general, the hotel has a weak 3 stars. Although 3 stars can have a wonderful breakfast and a comfortable bed..

I really, really hope that someone from the hotel management will read my review. Just the bottom, although I stopped earlier and everything was fine. It started with the fact that in the evening you just couldn't get through to the reception, I called three times, I went down to the bottom myself, and there the sweet lady giggled with someone at the bar, already minus the ball for service, then the shower - first of all, the crooked door (quibble, but still for such a price you want all the good things), secondly, the watering can from the shower - it does not work at all normally, everything flows in all directions somehow. The refrigerator doesn't work, but, okay, it's not listed on the website, although I would really like to have it in the room. But the lack of coolers with drinking water is too much. Personally, I don't have enough small bottle of water. It's a shame that there aren't even slippers in the room. In general, I am very disappointed in the choice of this hotel. I forgot to add that the rooms have tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle and cups, but no teaspoons: it is unclear how to stir sugar and coffee.

And another oddity: if you come with a family with a small child and take a 2+ 1 room, then there will be no child's bed in it - it is assumed that the child sleeps with his parents in the same bed. You will have to pay extra for a separate bed. About 3,500 rubles.The Russian Federation for the entire period. Before the trip, I made a request with clarification to the hotel's email. But my letter was ignored. Perhaps this is the only disadvantage. The room price also includes free unlimited access to the gym, and the same, but only in the morning, access to the SPA area: hammam, Jacuzzi and font. The Finnish steam room is already available for a fee.

The hotel is already tired. I was on a business trip, the first thing I didn't like, you can't order a late dinner, I had to settle for energy bars, although the arrival time at the hotel was 22-00.
The second cleaning of the room after the previous guests, bottled water in the room was drunk, body lotion in the bathroom remained used by the previous guests, as well as female hair on the bathroom floor.
The room's air conditioning is not regulated, the TV remote control with half-dead batteries, I had to look for the angle from which it works.
The order of food in the room was accepted, but in the morning they called and said they would bring it later than planned for 2 hours, if you are not satisfied, go yourself.
The windows don't close tightly and you can hear the noise of the road.
Please note that bath accessories must be requested at the reception.
In general, you can stay, but not for the money that they ask for a room.
And be careful with the switches, they can spark and crack when turned on.

We stayed at Victoria Olympus as a family, took 2 rooms, two nights on October 10-12, 2024. The hotel, of course, does not pull at 4*, there are pros and cons.
Pros (rather, what corresponds to the norm): decent towels, their change according to the standard rule every day (what hangs - do not change, what is on the floor - change); free bottled water at 0.5 per person; good mattresses and pillows, beds do not creak, of normal quality; on demand (for a fee) they put a bed for a teenager, the quality is normal.
Cons: cleanliness of the room - for 4* there are outright joints (I saw someone else's hair in the bathroom, the plumbing does not shine, I washed the mirrors, cups and saucers, there were crumbs / plaque); in one room there was no refrigerator at all, in the second one there was, but it did not work (the purchased products were placed in the refrigerator at the reception which is not convenient at all); the restaurant has a tasteless interior (with artificial flowers and synthetic tablecloths); unfriendly staff; there is a normal amount of food on the buffet, but we did not like the assortment and taste (fried pollock, cutlets, potatoes)), although there were fried eggs, sliced sausage cheeses, a toaster with bread, in general, the breakfasts are tolerable, we did not stay hungry, but we did not enjoy it.
I think the price of the hotel is strong.overestimated,. His level does not pull at 8000+ per room in any way! Especially for Belarus.

The hotel is considered one of the best in Minsk. The location is very convenient! There is parking, but it is often occupied until the evening. We were amazed by the size of the rooms. Great hotel. Convenient access and parking. Spacious hall. Large, bright rooms with views of either the city and the park, or the courtyard. I think, if desired, you can always resolve the issue with the administrator, where the windows will go. During check-in hours, the administrators are slightly overloaded, the rest of the time the issues are resolved instantly. This is encouraging. Breakfasts, as elsewhere, are somewhat monotonous, but at the same time they are delicious and pamper with an abundance of choice. Among the disadvantages are the lack of bathrobes and slippers in the room, a dangling faucet in the bathroom. There is a kettle but no tea and coffee in the room. Just an order from the restaurant. It's a surprise to me. Nevertheless, I would love to stay here again, because all my complaints were resolved instantly! I recommend you to visit.

Everything is just great, very cozy room, very comfortable bed. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional small pads, I really like to hug something in my sleep)) There is a 24-hour bar in the lobby. Neighbors outside the walls are not heard from the word at all. There were also quibbles-there is no way to turn on bright light from the ceiling, there are stupidly no lamps, you have to be content with bedside lamps and diffused light from LED strips at the table, which, however, is a trifle.
The hotel is just super, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is located a few bus stops from the center of Minsk and the metro. Nearby there is a shopping center with a supermarket and a cinema, cafes and restaurants, a sports complex. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in an improved one), but very stuffy. The air conditioning system works only in summer. In winter, I had to open the window with the help of a maid. The rooms are cleaned every day, there are bathrobes, slippers, for some reason a huge number of small towels, toothbrushes and paste, toiletries, bottled water, a small kettle, cups and glasses, but for some reason there are no teaspoons. The breakfast buffet is quite varied. The staff tries to resolve all issues promptly, although they are not happy when you make requests. Parking is paid - 10 bel. rub. per day.

A beautiful, comfortable hotel. The room is spacious, clean. There is everything you need. If you use a hair balm, then take your own (there is no hotel). If you need a bathrobe and slippers, then ask at the reception, they will bring it. I was surprised that there is no mini fridge (mini bar) in the rooms.
Breakfast buffet - for every taste. A varied menu, very tasty!! Breakfast is until 11-00, so those who do not like to get up early will perfectly replace lunch!!!! I recommend it!!!

The room is spacious, the furniture is clean and fresh enough, including carpet, but in a 4-star hotel, in addition to a kettle, there should be tea, coffee, sugar and at least two cups that were missing throughout the rest. An additional pillow was in a pillowcase, but a blanket without a duvet cover, despite the fact that we had to use it at night, and the next day, when cleaning the room, they did not tuck into the duvet cover, but simply put it on the bed, while yellow spots were clearly visible on the blanket, and only after our request the bed was made properly. During the 4 days of stay, the bed linen has never been changed. The rooms were cleaned until late in the evening, which is categorically inconvenient. But there are no complaints about the quality.In the room, one lamp works for movement, living together, we had to be sophisticated at night to walk along the wall and it did not turn on, if you want it not to work, you need to pull out the card at the entrance and then nothing works.
In the lobby at night and in the evening, the bag is an energy saver. The heating has been turned off in the city, so it 's cold in the off-season.
It cannot be said that the hotel is bad, even very good, but it is necessary to refine the service, which should correspond to 4 stars
