I would say that the hotel is more like 3 stars.
The room is spacious. She lived on the 7th floor with a view of the temple.
The mattress and the floorboards are not the most comfortable.
The plumbing is tired - the watering can in the shower could be replaced - it splashes in all directions.
As many have already written, there was a kettle in the room, but there were no tea bags. A bottle of water was brought every day.
Breakfast is not a 4 star hotel. There was something to eat, but not just wow. The dishes were not signed…
It is better not to count on a spa here. Free access to the sauna until 11 am. And even if you are willing to pay, it is not a fact that there will be a record.
The location is very convenient - 10-15 minutes by taxi to the center. There is a public transport stop nearby.

We were in hotels for the second time. Against the background of 2018, the hotel has lost ground.
The breakfasts have become much more modest, but generally delicious. The coffee is not bad either.
There are no refrigerators in the rooms now, only a hammam worked in the SPA (and that was not powerful) and a Jacuzzi pool.
The reception staff is absolutely not customer-oriented.
Next to the hotel there is an interesting Drozdy Park, a very worthy place for nature lovers and healthy lifestyle.

The room has a fresh renovation, new bed linen, but slightly worn towels. There was a mini fridge, safe, iron, shampoo and liquid soap, hair dryer. There was no bathrobe or slippers. Three elevators, a spacious foyer with sofas. Of the minuses, there are many teenage athletes, respectively, someone may be disturbed by their playing with the ball / on the nerves of those sleeping from below. Smoking rooms on each floor (balcony near the elevator). The air conditioning and ventilation are central.

However, there is no timely check-in, the rooms are not ready, registration is outrageously slow. The maids are just a misunderstanding, if something is thrown on the floor in a hurry, then it's garbage, you can throw it away. And if it is left on the table and not hidden, then you can take it for yourself. The doors of the room close only with a strong kick, the set of accessories is as cheap as possible, there is no hair conditioner, the toothbrush breaks up into bristles right in the mouth. Breakfast for 3*. Toilets in public areas are inconvenient - it is necessary to think of placing hooks for bags over the toilet..... there is nothing to choose in the lobby bar, only coffee and mediocre desserts. I bought sweets - there is such a touch of antiquity that it is scary. In general, I don't understand where 4 stars are here. And I didn't notice any cordiality and hospitality here.

Comfortable halls for events. It is convenient for both listeners and speakers. The standard rooms have a bathtub instead of a shower cabin, which is a plus for me personally. Of the cons - if you are careful, you can see smudges on the ceiling, in some places a little blackness appears, and various minor negligence. Typical problems of inexpensive hotels. The waiters in the restaurant are extremely sad-looking, all without smiles. This is alarming. The food is also for four, without frills.

The hotel is new, beautiful, the rooms are large...And now about the But!! It feels like at some point they just scored on it ((there are no refrigerators in the rooms, the air conditioner did not work, everything is very modest at breakfast! About the supposedly existing SPA !!! for hotel guests, it is open from 8-11 am!! 🙈 it is clear that the check- in starts at 14 , and the next day , as a rule , everyone is already leaving!! And there's a tiny pool, 5 pieces of deck chairs, the sauna doesn't work in the morning.only in the hammam if you sit.((( I'm taking off 1 ⭐️ for imperfections and cunning. After all, it's a little expensive to spend the night for 10,000!

Cons - breakfast is expensive, meager and tasteless. There is a strange set on the table - a teapot, a creamer and 2 glasses made of thin glass. There were no mugs for tea, as well as anything that could be brewed. Even if you found your own bag, it's not realistic to do it in glasses - it burns your hands. The restaurant was not used, it did not work on arrival in the evening, and after breakfast the desire disappeared.
The room cost 7500r + 2000r breakfast. A total of 9500r is too much for such a hotel on the outskirts of the city. Moreover, the hotel was empty.

I leave a review intentionally so that others do not run into this hotel after reading the review, since I personally read reviews when booking a hotel. So, the staff is not friendly, maybe they were in a bad mood. But, the air conditioner and extractor hood do not work in the hotel, it is not possible to breathe at night, we could not solve the problem in 3 days. The noise from the road is due to broken windows. The refrigerator does not work and when asked to turn on / repair, with the desire to preserve the sanctioned cheese, the staff said it does not work everywhere🤷🏼♀️There is no sound insulation at all. In the bathroom, the water spills further than the toilet. Disgusting breakfasts. I rarely leave bad reviews, I'm looking for a combination of price / quality, positive, comfort, but after staying in this hotel, there was a bad aftertaste. Maybe it will be useful for someone. To make it look like I'm a nasty grumpy woman, it's worth noting that the rooms are very spacious and beautiful (if you ignore the stuffiness).

A wonderful hotel! The rooms are huge. We lived in a standard and improved one. The 9th and 6th floors have a beautiful view of the park, you can also walk in it. The park is large, connected to sports facilities - the main Minsk bike path passes there, then a football arena, a ski track, some kind of fitness club. You can walk along it to the Marriott Hotel.
The buffet breakfast is hearty, delicious, varied - eggs in different versions, porridge, chicken broth, sausages, cheese and meat cuts, juices, tea, coffee, sweets and cakes, local dairy products, pancakes, cottage cheese casserole, fruits and vegetables! Fish! You can not only have breakfast, but also have lunch with such a variety)
The rooms are clean, bathrobes, slippers, SPA for guests free of charge from 8 am to 11 am. A large number of small towels are probably for the spa, towels are not provided in the spa itself. There was a hammam and a small swimming pool. Perhaps there are some other services that have not been used.
Kindly provide a cot for a child, up to and including 4 years old, the child fits there normally) and the second time they even gave us a full-fledged Euro pad, apparently because we had a late check-in, at 22h after the road.
It's a little hot in the improved one, but we solved the issue of opening the window for ventilation. And the ventilation was perfect as standard. The hotel is very quiet, although it is large. We are traveling, there is something to compare noise insulation with. Dental kit, shaving kit, soap, shampoos - everything is there.
The beds are comfortable. There is parking.
The staff strives to solve all issues without problems. At breakfast, they always make sure that all the food is available, they bring it if they run out.
I want to say a huge thank you to the staff and management. Such an attitude towards guests is always pleasing! I recommend the hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The quality of service is at the same high level. The check-in took place very quickly, there was no need to sign anything. Of the disadvantages, last time I was given a parking space in the underground parking lot, and now only a place on the site in front of the hotel. There are not many places on the site. Be ready to park the car outside the hotel.

We visited this hotel from 3 to 4 May 2025.
Since we returned from Brest late, the child fell asleep. We checked in around 11 p.m. With the sleeping child, we waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the reception to check us in. It was very unexpected.
Our room was very spacious and large. The bed was gorgeous, large and with the necessary mattress softness.
We arrived late with our food, we wanted to have dinner, but there were no cutlery in the room, not even teaspoons.
The day before, we stayed in Brest at a hotel of this chain, and just in case, I took with me bath bottles, in particular, lump soap (I wash only with it), which for some reason was not in Olympus.
I really liked the hotel itself, it was clean and cozy.

Which splashes in all directions, but there is no sign! Only a small fence, which does not save from splashes all over the room. The buffet in the restaurant is normal, but there is a wish - put up signs with the names of the dishes, otherwise you have to open all the pots to get acquainted with the entire menu. 3 there was no mini-bar refrigerator, a bathrobe and slippers were also a minus, a dental kit was also not put in, and this is 4 stars, let me remind you, it turns out that bathrobes, slippers and a brush are only on request, and slippers are given at the reception)))
4 there is no sound insulation, you can hear any steps along the corridor in the room and neighboring rooms!
In general, the room is not bad by a stretch, the service is such, the staff is kind and responsive. Food-I didn't try it. Cleanliness is present. It doesn't pull at 4 stars at all!!!
