Positive:Located on one of the central avenues, it is easy to reach by public transport.There is a shopping center nearby where you can shop. Our room was large and spacious.
Minuses:The hotel is no longer "tired" much, it would be possible to change the furniture and appliances (the refrigerator squeaks disgustingly).There were strange hairs on the towels.At the reception, we came across an unfriendly girl who at first could not find our reservation, and then dryly gave us the keys without saying anything.

The rooms are not really cleaned, the air conditioner works strangely, you can say in no way and the administration did not respond to our requests, then turn it, then set it to 0, but it is not set (jumps from A to 1), parking is in front of the hotel, but we were told that there is only a paid one and it is located to the side of the hotel,behind the barrier. There is no refrigerator in the room, so if you want to buy something on the road, then either take it or store it in the refrigerator at the reception before leaving. Tea and coffee were also provided in the room only at the entrance, only water was put on and garbage was thrown out, everything that was included in the room service. We didn't go to the spa and didn't take breakfast. Location 10 minutes to the center of Minsk by car.

Nice hotel with good service. But there are nuances ... firstly, I did not like the breakfast: it is very modest, there is no choice at all. The second nuance is the plumbing in the rooms. There is no curtain in the shower (perhaps only I got it that way), switching water from the shower watering can to the faucet can only be mastered by reading the instructions and no other way. It is not possible to understand intuitively. Otherwise, everything is at the European level, shampoos, toothbrushes, leather furniture, cleaning.. The view from the window is beautiful, at a beautiful temple.

There is no question of any 4 stars. The staff is rude. When 2 people check in, they say that 1 room key is issued, the next day they give out a second key without any problems. One employee says that water is only available upon check-in (and there was no water during check-in), during cleaning they asked about water - they put it without problems. They asked to bring the appliances, to which the restaurant employee said that the waiter was loaded, go down for the appliances yourself. The spa area has a small pool and a hammam. The sauna is not working. No one will smile. The entire staff is working with a disgruntled face.

The elevators are fast.
The bed is 2 meters, the bed linen is fresh.
The room is 40 meters high with large windows and poorly heated. I always keep the temperature in the bedroom cool, but in this case my teeth were chattering from the cold. I asked for a duvet cover for another existing blanket, they brought it, but with difficulties.
The bath is clean, I was constantly warming myself in it, otherwise it is impossible to fall asleep from the cold.
Breakfast in the restaurant with a wide range of high-quality food, good coffee machines.
Parking is even paid on the street near the hotel, however, no one checked and it was possible not to pay)).
We did not visit the spa, there was no time.

We stopped by for a couple of days at the end of April 2024. It was plus 23 outside. The room is terribly stuffy, it is impossible to adjust the air conditioning. All the windows were opened, the windows overlook a noisy avenue, I had to sleep with noise... the room was not cleaned upon check-in, other people's clothes were hanging in the closet, garbage on the floor. There are also no refrigerators in the rooms, although there is a place for a refrigerator (minibar) and a sign that it should be in the room. And this is an improved suite! the cost is 14 thousand rubles (Russian) per day. The spa area is free from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.... there is no pool, there is a hammam and a Jacuzzi🤷♀️ why do this in the morning, I do not know, we did not go naturally.
After serving the maid's room, I couldn't turn on the light, because for some reason she pulled out and inserted the other side of the card to supply electricity.It is impossible to get through to the reception, you can call for 10 minutes. Positive:
- Spacious room with high ceilings and large windows.
- Very large double bed (about 2 meters wide).
- Polite staff who tries to solve problems when they arise.
- Good location: 15-20 minutes by taxi to the city center, there is a shopping center nearby.
- There is a SPA and a gym included in the price. The SPA is only from 7 to 11 a.m., and the gym is from 7 to 17, but it's still nice.
- There is ventilation, no need to open the windows.
- Regular cleaning, which I can't find fault with. Among other things, 2 bottles of water are brought every day.
Minuses:
- Lighting in the room. There is no lamp to illuminate the room. There is only a small light on the walls. Individual bedside lamps do not turn on individually, only both at the same time. One of the lamps is just there, but it does not work (an electrician was called, who said that it was necessary and this lamp does not work at all).
- There is no refrigerator/mini-bar (and there are instructions on how to use it :D). The announcement on the Internet says that it is there.
- Minor damage in the room: the waterproofing on the bathroom wall was torn off, the carpet was stained, the leather on the chair was slightly cracked.
- The windows do not open (yes, I remember my own point from the pros). Instructions for the air conditioner (climate control system? I still didn't understand what it was) no, I couldn't figure it out on my own, the system is buzzing day and night. It can get in the way at night if you have a light sleep.
- Two sockets in our room were sparking.
Overall impression: 4/5
The impression is generally positive. There is not enough refrigerator, in hot weather you will not be able to drink cool drinks, only warm ones.

A new hotel, we celebrated New Year's Eve. Upon check-in, we received a pleasant New Year's compliment. We lived in a two-room suite. It's simple, big, spacious with panoramic windows, everything is clean. The interior is very pleasant, there is a soft mattress on the bed, I liked it, I slept like at home. The reception staff helped resolve the controversial issue during check-in in our favor, for which special thanks.
