It is a pity that such a respected service center in the city cannot recruit competent specialists who can help and earn money!!! Separately, I want to mention the operator Kislik Natalia Sergeevna, who has no idea at all about the work she is doing, I do not want to offend the girl, but she would like to look for another job ((I would like the management, given that conversations are recorded, to listen to the recording of the conversation of their employees, and draw appropriate conclusions.

Now there are bonus cards in the store and with a card something is cheaper, and something costs the same as in other stores, but without a card the prices are much higher. But even before, there were two prices without cards, one lower for those who pay in cash and the second higher for those who pay by card. But the bottom line is that if earlier the salary was both cash and on the card from someone, now almost everyone has a salary on the card, and it is not convenient for me to go to withdraw money for payment and for me this store is no longer as relevant as before, it is now easier for me to buy with a card in another store than from of them, and sometimes even cheaper.

The issuing center itself is well done, they showed, told, delivery via courier is also excellent-on time, cultured - unlike a consultant by phone. I get a call from one number, a young man-I say hello to him, I will definitely clarify everything, they will demand to sort out the issue meticulously in order to receive an apology from the operator-as soon as I make the next order. At one time I ordered a printer, an electric kettle, an electric stove, a hair clipper. Everything works, the quality is good, everything came new, it was opened with me. I wanted a coffee machine-I changed my mind, you lose customers because of people like that.

We have been using the services of the Zeon store for a long time. There were no complaints, just a positive. The other day, we purchased components and a computer case. There was no fan in the case, stated in the description, we called the manager, he agreed that there was an error in the description. A little later, the manager called back and offered to drive up at a convenient time for us and pick up the missing fan for free, specifying the phone number for which it will be listed.The next day in the store, another manager opened the description page of the case, "poked our face" into the corrected one!!! He said that there was no mistake, we fools did not read it correctly! It's not about the free fan (the store staff offered it for free themselves), we would have understood everything, everyone is wrong. But making a fool of the buyer by changing the description is no good! In general, because of the penny issue, there was a VERY unpleasant aftertaste. P.S. I don't know if the review worked, or just people who are not indifferent met, but a day later a store employee called, apologized and offered a certificate as compensation. All people make mistakes, the main thing is to be able to admit mistakes. I change the rating of the store to "5 stars", because the store staff "sorted out" the situation, for which I thank them.

I ordered a rug last week. There were 2 positions: either a carpet of random color (there are 5 colors), but cheap, or pay 2 times more expensive and metallic colors. I ordered one that is more expensive, because multicolored ones do not fit the table, and I was not satisfied with the 20% chance. The delivery time of the order was postponed, apparently the right color was not available. Then they sort of brought it. I went to pick it up - they gave me a green color. To the question: I ordered gray, the answer is: there are no others. In short, wasted money in nowhere.

There are a lot of people in a fairly large room and people are queuing outside. And there are two of them. Defended one for payment, you need to stop in the other for receipt. I arrived an hour later, nothing has changed. I stood for another 40 minutes. I was in such a queue in '88 for gum pads at the grocery store. Rough. If you have a plug at the end of the working day, then bring out the entire staff of the store and pay so that people want to go out for an hour or two. But to create such a queue is a mockery. I'm changing my rating to 3 stars. Next time I'll go buy a ruble more expensive, but without it.....
