The same story happened recently when ordering a cable. I'll start from the very beginning: 1.12 I made an order on the website- they promised an order for 10.12, yes, there were no orders, which they said immediately when confirming the order- I ordered similar ones - the next day they confirmed delivery on 17.12- and now the most interesting thing: when delivery is on the 10th, they call back 9 and inform, that almost all the items from the order are missing!!!! I didn't expect such a setup. 9 to inform you that there will be no order for 10- are you serious??? Now you have to urgently look for gifts for the new year 10 days later in other stores from what is left ((( I will say one thing: do not count on this store, if you are looking for something for a gift or urgently- it may not be, what they will tell you in a day!

However, after buying a defective product, I contacted the warranty department and even shot a video where the defect of the product is visible, so the conclusion of the warranty department is that the defect has not been confirmed! I brought the computer for repair, the Windows flew off due to a burnt-out SSD, I didn't understand it myself, there was nowhere to check. The masters put the Windows on the old screw, at the same time they demolished the information and did not even ask if it was needed, when they came to pick up work at the checkout, they said that if you had an SSD, it would work much faster, I was surprised and I say it is there, they began to figure it out, said take a walk a little bit, we will fix it, as a result and we found out that the SSD burned down. I took the computer at home, opened it up, and the train was also embossed! In general, they stopped treating repairs well when they switched to a mass flow due to the popularity of the store. The SSD was bought from them about 3 years ago.👎

I gave the laptop for diagnostics, which was flooded. He previously stated that RAM and HDD are not installed in the laptop. They call back after 4 days and say that they need RAM, they need to bring it before starting work. It is said that it costs 50p to clean a laptop. In addition, they say that along the way to cleaning the laptop "from flooding", it is necessary to clean the cooling system and replace the thermal paste, which adds another 30p. 80p to the cost for cleaning the laptop with the replacement of thermal paste. It is beyond comprehension. I declare that I want to take the laptop. To which I received an answer: - pay 20p for diagnostics and take it away. I naturally fell into shock and did not understand at all exactly why. As a result, they did not want to give the laptop until I paid, they indicated all the same things in the services provided as in the acceptance. The diagnosis was not carried out, the laptop was not even opened. The master came out, did not answer the question of what he did in the laptop for 20p, yelled, did not even listen to any argument and left. I am extremely disappointed with this attitude and service, I always had a better opinion. And now I will not recommend this service to anyone, because an outright divorce for money.
