We ordered a sound system from this online store... The insanity began with their request to come and make an advance payment... Okay, we've arrived, we've brought it in... At the agreed time of delivery of the goods, we received not the goods, but an SMS with a message that the goods should arrive tomorrow... as a result, we arrived the next day to pick them up ourselves (or swear why not on time, if the deadlines were agreed, and our deadlines were running out), gave our system with the words check at home, for checking one day. Without a second thought, they took it and went. At home, they began to check whether the seat does not open (factory defect). They were called, told to bring them. It turned out to bring on the trail. day... And then it started... We have never seen such a boorish attitude anywhere!! They yell, prove their case to us, tell us about a bunch of days to send for examination ... YOU SOLD US A LOW-QUALITY PRODUCT!! WE'VE SPENT A LOT OF DAYS ON YOU!! As a result, the money was returned to us with screams and screams. And we ordered from the Minsk online store, where the customer is respected and appreciated! And you, an impudent store, will soon drown in your attitude towards your customers!! I strongly do not recommend it!!! The same price comes from Minsk with delivery, you will be provided with SERVICE and the order will be completed on TIME!
