A good sanatorium.
We liked the Suite, everything is neat and not cluttered. Each room has air conditioning.
The food is good. Culinary delights should not be expected, but in general there is enough and delicious.
The territory is excellent, with old pines, you live as if in a forest. The air is clean.
The staff is friendly. A very colorful neurologist.
Of course, someone may be stressed by the neighborhood of the children's railway camp "Magistral", it did not bother us.
There are enough procedures. The first 15-20 minutes of the pool include all kinds of water cannons.
On weekends, by the way, there is a swimming pool and a gym, and on Saturdays there is a physio.
A beautiful winter garden with pump rooms with mineral water.
In short, I liked everything in the summer of 2024!

We have been to this sanatorium 3 times. Transport accessibility, quiet and peaceful place (+), comfortable rooms (+), food is acceptable for the status of a sanatorium, the menu is customized, a choice from each position (appetizer, soups, salads, hot) from 2-3 options, the frequency of updates every 2 weeks, i.e. practically nothing repeats (+), the choice of therapeutic procedures, but it depends on the number of days of stay, out of 7 days of arrival there were 5 types of procedures for 3-4 pcs, the rest was purchased (+/-). The staff is very pleasant and friendly, they are very friendly (+). One of the disadvantages is the lack of leisure, especially for children, three discos and one movie per week. But since we were with the company, we organized it ourselves). The overall impression is good.

I recommend it to those who want to get treated and stay in the countryside in silence. A good choice of sanatorium. Competent and sensitive medical staff. I am more than satisfied with the medical care. I'm not very happy with the food. The food selection system sometimes malfunctions. Although, the food is edible, the staff is polite. The dining room is clean . But I would like to try Belarusian cuisine, which, unfortunately, is not available. The cutlets for breakfast don't look good. Breakfast is becoming like dinner.
As for leisure, we were unlucky. An inert check-in. There were no excursions. "One and a half diggers" are dancing at discos. In short, leisure is either a trip to Vitebsk, which is also problematic in terms of the time of departure and arrival of transport (trains and minibuses), or walking to the nearest shops.

A very good sanatorium, delicious food, there is a choice of menus, many different procedures, a gym, a swimming pool, everything is in one building, you do not need to go outside.
The comfort room for three can be a little cramped, they give a cot, but the room itself is not big, it's just right for two.
There are few suites, but there is much more space, plus there are air conditioners, an iron, two toilets, a large refrigerator.
The Internet speed in the rooms is weak, the corridor is normal, there is not enough washing machine.

The food is normal, not restaurant food, of course, but it's normal for a sanatorium. Custom menu. The rooms are clean, without frills. The pool is good, the pine forest is visible from the windows. The only thing I didn't like was the organization of paid services. It is impossible to achieve a visit to the SPA capsule at all. Poor organization is put in the acupuncture room. The doctor is in demand. He doesn't really have time to put needles and take patients at the same time. Although the acupuncture procedure is not cheap, it feels like just to get rid of it.

The place for rest and treatment in the Zheleznodorozhny sanatorium in Lettsy is very good.
but!!! A very low platform at the station. It is difficult for disabled and elderly people to get on and off the train. I ask officials and the management of the railway to take measures to raise platforms for older people and people with disabilities throughout Belarus and Russia. Treat the older generation with respect.
The place for treatment at the Zheleznodorozhny sanatorium is very good, the doctors are wonderful and the service is also good. It is painful to tears to see how elderly people suffer climbing and getting off the train. Yes, the train costs 1 minute. At least do it for 3 to 5 minutes.

Hello! We rested at the sanatorium "Zheleznodorozhnik" from August 5th to 19th. The service is at the highest level. Cozy, clean rooms, there is a TV and a refrigerator, which is very useful. In this sanatorium, I was only in the pool. The pool is small and round, so there are no standard paths. Everything is beautiful and pleasant. The only thing in my opinion is that the water should be warmer. There is no way to swim in a sporty (fast) way, and if there are more people, then it is not so much swimming as just staying in the water. And if you are slightly kicking at the wall or swimming 2 meters, then it's a little cold.

A month before the planned vacation, I received a call from the sanatorium and was refused, arguing that the sanatorium would not work during this period. My child and I had a check-in in February 2023. The impressions were mostly positive.
1. The staff is friendly and sociable.
2. The rooms are cozy and warm.
3. The sanatorium can be seen that after a recent renovation.
4. The dining room is pleasant by design. But with the cook, everything is not so clear). There were many complaints about not tasty food. As it turned out, the chefs took a new one this year, before that there were no such complaints about food!
The sanatorium is divided into 2 buildings: medical and sleeping, but in the bedroom on the 1st and part of the 2nd floor there are also procedures. The building is 5 storeys high, there is an elevator. The suites are located on the 5th floor. There is a swimming pool with hydromassage, an excellent modern gym, Russian billiards, table tennis, all this is located in the medical building. Generally positive emotions, except for the cook)!!!

Resting in a nearby sanatorium, we visited the pool with our daughter in the "Railwayman". In my opinion, it looks more like a large hot tub with the ability to swim a short distance. Not for long-distance swims. But cool water treatments with waterfalls and a separate Jacuzzi bath. Clean, cozy, beautiful. Friendly staff. In the women's locker room there are 3 shower cabins, a stationary hair dryer. At least one more outlet wouldn't hurt.

The ticket office works randomly, then it opens at 10, then at 11, then at 13:30. Everything is so unplanned, so many unnecessary actions have to be done...The question is: "Did we come to you to relax or to run and stand in line at the reception and cash desks?What kind of nonsense is this?For which, in the end, we give such money (100,000 rubles for 7 days, and in the end we get 5 procedural days. Does it work for accommodation ...?"
Food, this is a separate conversation! I don't understand people who leave amazing reviews, these people don't know what good and high-quality food is! The waiters walk around with dissatisfied faces, salads are on the table, the second courses are mixed like pigs. Even if I don't want a side dish, the canteen staff will still tick the box at their discretion and bring me a mess: for example, rice porridge with fish and sauce poured on top. Can't we make a buffet?People would choose their own vegetables, fish, meat, eggs, sausages, porridges. My child ate only one draniki in 7 days and that's it! I do not know, maybe this menu only happens on New Year's holidays, but the food is disgusting.
There is one girl working in the baths, a boor, who is constantly not happy that people come to the baths: there are no places where you all go and go, there is nowhere to record you! Then we don 't let her wash the floors - although we've come to the time! It seems that we are resting in your railway station at your expense!

I was in the sanatorium for the first time. A cozy complex, clean rooms that create a homely atmosphere. The staff is friendly, but I would like more smiles on their faces.
The pool is top-notch, the fitness coach is a class, knows his job 100%. The green mass of the pine forest creates the impression of an oasis. The sanatorium is located a hundred meters from the station, but I did not hear the noise of locomotives.
A disco in the evening reminds that a person is young in body and soul.
I am pleasantly surprised by what I saw.

Of the advantages I can note :
1) checked in for free at 6 a.m. (that's how the train arrived)
2) there was no need to pay for the reservation, but as it turned out later, this plus turned into a minus 3) the medical procedures and the staff at the procedures (which we managed to get) are generally normal.
The rest is cons:
1) the condition of the suite is a room in a cheap roadside hotel, the furniture is killed, the bathroom and toilet stink from the sewer, the linen stinks terribly.
2) the cost of the voucher increased compared to the armor, it took several hours and nerves to pay for the voucher
3) when prescribing procedures, the results of examinations are needed, the sanatorium card is not enough
4) there are not enough staff, so it is problematic to get and purchase procedures
5) administrative staff at the USSR level
6) The pool is cold and included as one of the treatments
7) the dining room is a separate song, even 1 point is a lot, the level of "biomass" in appearance, smell and taste
8) there is almost no entertainment, so in the evenings we ate sausage from nearby shops and drank bitter)

We visited the sanatorium with my wife for the second time, This year we liked the food more.We arrived from St. Petersburg at night, immediately settled in.Check out before 20h. 1. Everything is in one room: a sleeping building, a medical building, a dining room (no need to go outside, carry outerwear, etc.)
2. For such a large medical building, there is a fairly wide range of procedures, even acupuncture and underwater spinal traction. Carboxytherapy is coming soon.

All employees from the head physician (San Sanych respect) and the attending doctors to the maids (Marinochka, thank you for the wonderful memory and sense of humor)) treat the guests as loved ones and long-awaited relatives!!

Of the disadvantages, there are a lot of people, especially in the evening, if you want to swim alone (or with a small company :)), then come before 12 o'clock. There are a lot of good ones about the procedures, all good doctors, specialists, treat patients well. The residential building was renovated in 2015. 2-4 floors are mostly standard rooms. The 5th floor is large (two-room), on the fifth floor there are low ceilings, those who are taller than 195cm will be uncomfortable. There are sofas and armchairs on the floors and in the medical building. There are water coolers (two on the floor, in the dining room, in the reception and in the medical building). There are elevators, good ones, not falling apart, although sometimes you have to wait a long time for them. There is a unique vertical stretching of the spine, physiotherapy, mud therapy, thermal therapy, speleotherapy, various types of massages! There is a menu to choose from in the dining room, but in 2 weeks we were "fed" with cutlets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In this dining room, even the escalope managed to be chopped!!!😳😳😳😳 Which is very "surprised". The menu says Chicken fillet with cheese, but it turned out to be minced meat too! 😳😳The food is solid 3. The menu seems to be a choice, but you do not understand what you will get in the end.
And one more minus, this is the work of a Cult Organizer! A person is somehow mediocre about his work. As if he has a task, the worse the music, the better for him. Taking into account the small territory, I would like the leisure part to be organized better! In a nearby sanatorium and even a children's summer camp, discos are a hundred times better! There is absolutely nothing for children. In 2 weeks, one cartoon viewing was organized ((It would be possible to have a children's disco for 15 minutes in the evening. There is a summer playground on the territory, but for some reason it is not used from the word at all! The work of this person spoils the whole picture of rest, because during the day you are busy with various procedures, and in the evening you have to sit in the room and watch TV((

For 160 rubles.bel.we had to be evicted before 20 o'clock, the night was not included in the price and treatment, respectively, too. We were very upset, although we had been there many times and everything was fine. I will definitely write a complaint to the Vitebsk Regional Health Department.
