The disgusting cupibilet situation is repeated more than once! Then the money is being ripped off for additional services , including them automatically ! Then the baggage will be misled ! This time it's much worse, I paid for online registration, but they couldn't register! They returned the money , but it didn 't get any easier . I had to change my plans and leave for the airport 4 hours earlier to check in at the airport! I wish I had bought a ticket from another company! The mood is ruined for the whole flight!

I wanted to find out the conditions of return according to the prescribed route by the VK operator, who claimed that the information would be sent to the mail. But a terrible thing happened, my ticket was canceled and a fine was imposed for its renewal of almost 50% of the ticket price of more than 28,000 rubles. It takes a long time to respond, and there is no hotline.
