The disgusting cupibilet situation is repeated more than once! Then the money is being ripped off for additional services , including them automatically ! Then the baggage will be misled ! This time it's much worse, I paid for online registration, but they couldn't register! They returned the money , but it didn 't get any easier . I had to change my plans and leave for the airport 4 hours earlier to check in at the airport! I wish I had bought a ticket from another company! The mood is ruined for the whole flight!

Cancel the trip and make a refund for the whole quest. The departure date is in 6 days, the response to the request is 5. At the same time, money is lost and many airlines do not make refunds within 24 hours. After writing a review and canceling the ticket yourself, the airline refunded the money within a day.
