I have already filled everything out, after the upgrade, tickets at this price are not available. We thought to return the purchased ticket and lose 6000 on it. We decided not to panic, we waited until the next day. The next day, the ticket became available with a price increase of 1000 rubles. I bought. The situation is absurd. A second of difference is worth 15,000, are you serious? And if someone bought it right away, and then found out that they were cheaper. I'd blow your office to hell. Write in advance that it is better to buy tickets in one order. It's disgusting.

As for my case, I was a little more lucky.. I gave this Dubai office neither 132,000 tenge nor 30,000 thousand rubles.. and only 4,294 rubles - "Ugh!" - you will say, - but for everyone everything is proportional and relative. As a student with limited funds in a foreign city, this is a stinging loss.
The service is terrible. The chatbot calms down all the time, there was no operator.. I can't even write to them by mail, there is no response in VK..
I'm sure even if I took an additional one.If you want to return a non-refundable ticket, I would also give you another 700 kopecks rubles..
Higher forces warned me as best they could: several times Sberbank "on waiting in the service" did not allow me to change the number for notifications on the card to pay for the ticket - this is one time. Two - the site itself could not debit money from me 2 or 3 times..
