The second point is, buses run from the hotel, don't understand how at 8 a.m., then at 08:30, then at 9:00, when we began to be outraged why such small buses and in such a chaotic manner, we started sending a large bus at 8:30, which takes us to the beach and then two small buses arrive,and you have to fight with people for a place, that is, you are brought to the beach by three buses, one of which is a tourist bus, but only two small ones arrive and with an interval of 20 minutes, everyone doesn't care what problems you have there and the fact that there is no place on the bus. They bring you to a free city beach, of course there are no questions about it, there are no more questions about the fact that this hotel is a four-star and it does not have its own beach, so my advice to you is better come to some three-star hotel near the beach and everything will be the same as in this four-star, the only plus is that they are in the middle Sharjah has access to the market and day to day and to the shopping center. There are actually more cons than there are pros, I'm not going here, it's better to save money and choose a three by the beach, the food will generally be the same, but you won't have to fight for a seat on the bus. Russian Russian is not spoken by the staff at all, it was difficult for my mother to communicate, fortunately, I know English, there were no problems with this, although everyone knew Russian while vacationing in the troika. Friends lived in this hotel, I didn't like it. The 4-star hotel does not pull (( The only plus is the location and the view from the window to the bay. The breakfasts are meager, the furniture is very old, the bus to the beach costs 20 dirhams a day (more profitable by taxi), bedbugs were bitten in their room, at first they did not attach importance, mosquitoes thought, then they read on the Internet that these were bedbug bites. There are both pros and cons. At first, only the minuses catch your eye. The hotel is old, the smell of mustiness haunts everywhere. With a number, you may not be as lucky as we are. Maybe there are good rooms here, but we were unlucky, the furniture is very old, and everything else too, the room needs repair urgently and musty smell... But there is a beautiful view and a balcony where you can watch it. We took a room with a view of the lagoon. The staff is purple for everything, 3 times they said and wrote that they had to bring a glass, since there was only one in the room and another chair on the second balcony, nodded, smiled, but there was zero sense. The food is not bad. Breakfasts and dinners are very nice, there is a choice, good pastries, desserts, fresh fruit always. The main plus is the location, for Sharjah you can plant the perfect one, everything is nearby, but not the sea. But this is a city hotel, they take you to the sea, but for a fee of 25 AED per person. The territory is there, the pool is not bad, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, Jacuzzi, sauna, basketball, football, tennis.

We could not explain our problem at the reception, we asked an employee of Shanturs to help us, in response we heard only screams that she owed us nothing, and that since we did not buy excursions from her, then you go... Everything is great - location, view, pool,kitchen, staff...but the cleaning is disgusting.There are a lot of maintenance staff, but we don't want to clean up.And pay your own beach. Another point: breakfast was canceled on the 1st day of arrival.We arrived at the hotel at 7 am and had to wait for the opening of cafes or shops at 10.00 to buy something to eat.It made all the visitors terribly tense. If I'm not mistaken, there are only 3 units of Russian speakers in the entire hotel. In general, the pros overlap the cons.
