This is where the advantages end. Of the minuses - the hotel has a very old housing stock. We looked at 6 rooms to check in. All the old ones, in mold, are cleaned badly- you need to point out where you need to clean up. The infrastructure near the hotel is developed. There are only mosques in the district. So we'll get up at 5 in the morning, even with the windows closed))

We were satisfied with the hotel, they asked for a view of the lagoon. The bed is great, the air conditioner worked, the TV too. The food is pleasant, someone does not like it) do not like it - you can go to the restaurants of other hotels, or to the cafes of indopacks. We took it for breakfast, but from time to time we took lunch and dinner, and the 12-year-old child ate for free. I would love to come back here again.

I liked the hotel. Good location, food and service. Heated swimming pool, near palm grove and embankment. The only negative is going to the beach only for money. If there is a transfer from the hotel to Carlton, then 25 dirhams from each (we didn't have enough umbrellas on the beach by the way). If you take a taxi for free, then one way is 17 dirhams. Plus an umbrella of 20 dirhams and a chaise longue of 10.

The room was with a view of the mosque and sometimes at 5 in the morning the loudspeaker really woke up ..... however, it was also more likely to be heard from other sides ... We had a rest in January 2024. The breakfasts are so-so, the rooms are decent, but "tired", especially the plumbing. The location is normal for Sharjah, near several restaurants, supermarkets, mac, KFC, burger king. Walking along the promenade, a cool island next to a cool butterfly greenhouse, entrance to the island is 50 dirhams for adults.

After reading the reviews, I knew what to be ready for. 1. Check-in. We arrived at 9 a.m., we were issued immediately, they said the meeting was at 14, but in the end they settled us at 12. 2. A room with a view of the lagoon, but what I didn't want most of all, I got - an adjacent door to another room. I went to the reception and asked for a room change. The arrogant receptionist began to assure that no one would live in the next room, and our room would be quiet. My stupid guide from Anex was standing next to me - by the way, I don't recommend it to anyone - I bred it from the Turkish market. And the guide also assured that there would be no check-in in the next room. As a result, the neighbors turned out to be Arabs who were listening loudly to the TV and smoking on the balcony, which caused all the smoke to come towards us. With the scandal, on the second day I still knocked out another number, which turned out to be many times better. 3. The cleanliness of the first room was questionable, the mugs had to be washed, there were stains from other people's fingers on the cabinet. In the second room, everything turned out to be clean. 4. In the first room there were not even glasses for toothbrushes, I had to improvise. 5. Drain the bathroom. That's horrible. How could it be so stupid to design and build. Yes, every shower turns into a flood. 6. I feel terribly sorry for the cleaners, who have to suffer from this consequence of the bathroom every day. 7. The pool is super. 8. Breakfasts are scarce. Even hotels in the Leningrad region bypass, it would seem, the UAE in breakfast. On the 4th day, I was already sick of this food. Nothing has changed in a week, except that the pancakes have disappeared. 9. I didn't take lunches and dinners, we went next door to a restaurant with an excellent Swedish area. 10. The gym doesn't work - it's a fiasco. 11. There are a lot of seals in the pool area. Therefore, always take a few sausages with you from breakfast- the seals will be happy. Will I come back here? If the price is very low and there are no alternatives. Purposefully, no.

I liked it. The hotel is located near the embankment. It's beautiful inside. The room with a balcony is comfortable. The pool is nice and often warm. But it was a couple of times in the morning 27.2 degrees (about 10.30 am) . On warm days it was 31 degrees, people really liked it. In the Restaurant, it seemed to me a little greedy. There are no tea bags, the tea is already brewed in the tank, there is no boiling water, apparently they also regret it. The variety of dishes is not great. But you can choose something. We have been since March 01.

The 2-bed room is very good:the beds are wide, the balcony for evening tea is very much in place,the curtains are black-out,the view of the lagoon.And the shower room with a surprise:counterclockwise, there is always water, do not approach the washbasin.It poisoned the rest:we tried to wash quickly so as not to drown.Down under .the balcony of 32 condos of the kitchen created a constant hum. The beach is strictly on schedule, in the evening no-no. The food is plentiful, but monotonous. Transfer to the beach - the bus is too small, there is a crush on boarding, especially from the beach. Cleaning is trash with towels. You think it would be better not to change them. Then they will leave one set instead of two, then they will take everything away, wipe yourself with whatever you want. But! In general, there are more advantages, excellent views of the lagoon, near the embankment, there is a place to walk, friendly staff, delicious food.

Especially if you are in the season of athletes. The manager simply responds like this: do not open the balcony. That is, you pay for a room with a balcony, but you can't open it. The food is all spicy. Very tasty oatmeal porridge and desserts. The sink is leaking and there are problems with the sewerage in the room. As we wrote earlier, the water does not go away and the smell is unbearable. I will never return to this hotel and I do not recommend it! And by the way, the staff agrees that it's not 4 stars.
