We had a rest with our family from October 22 to October 30, arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock, we had to wait for the room (they were not allowed to go for breakfast, explaining that we had check-in today only from 14 o'clock - I immediately remembered Turkey, where the hotel staff do not even look at the clock, what time did you arrive, and they immediately send them to the restaurant, because tourists are only from the road, it's clear that you won't be full with a sandwich and a bottle of water that was given on the plane, well, I understand myself that such rules, but from the fact that we went to the restaurant and took a cup of tea and a plate of omelet, I think that the hotel would not be impoverished). When checking in, they gave room 303 - it was overlooking the road, it would be nothing, but there is a construction site in front of the hotel, the whole balcony was dusty - after the shower I decided to hang towels on the balcony (yes, there are no dryers there, only two chairs and a table), they immediately became dirty 😰 in the evening, Ahmet called from the reception (he speaks Russian) and offered to change the room with a view of the lagoon (to the hunter and the beast runs, because we also wanted to ask about it), the next day we were offered two rooms: 414 and 519, we chose the first one, those there are two beds, and in the second one there is a large one (King size). The view, of course, is magnificent! By number: I can't say anything about cleaning, because when we left, we always left a "do not disturb" sign so that no one would come in without us, if water was needed, then I called the reception (0.5 per person is given). In the restaurant: the food is monotonous, vegetables, chicken, rice, pasta, meat (beef, lamb was given on one day), sweets, juices (apple, orange, pineapple), tea and coffee appeared for dinner only in the last two days - before that these drinks were offered only for breakfast. There are good girls working at the reception in the restaurant itself, very friendly, one of them is from Kyrgyzstan, she speaks Russian very well. We had an HB breakfast and you can choose either lunch or dinner, more often we took the second option. Beach: Be ready to queue for the bus (it picks up from the hotel at 9, back at 13.30), we took a taxi - 16 dirhams. It's not far to go, the beach is free for our hotel guests, umbrellas and deck chairs are paid (30 and 10 dirhams, respectively), there are cafes on the beach - smoothies 16 dirhams, very good, the child drank it every day, water for 2 dirhams. Toilets and showers away from the entrance. A very unfriendly young man works on the beach, collects money for umbrellas and sun loungers, he talks rudely, has learned a couple of phrases in Russian and literally growls to everyone: "dAngi"!!! 😭 free there! He can throw out your things from the chaise longue if you have already occupied it, but have not yet had time to pay - you have witnessed this situation more than once! So, taking a place under the sun, I recommend waiting for this unfriendly employee first, let him take the money first 💸 the beach itself with a long and gentle approach, with small children it will be fine, I think! Very, very warm water! And it is transparent, there are small fish) We did not go to Deira from the hotel, on the first evening we got there ourselves by taxi (55 dirhams there, traffic jams -60 came out). We took excursions from the hotel guide (Valery) to Oman and a sightseeing tour of Dubai. I don't recommend the first one at all, just waste your time and money (for three people 210 dollars, it's a long drive, plus an hour on the ship itself with views of bare rocks, nothing interesting, then they bring dirty water to the beach, where half-dead dogs run 😒 it was more interesting to go to Dubai, firstly, and the views impressed, secondly, the guide was very good 👌🏼 A lot of text turned out 🙂 I just wanted to share in detail)

My favorite hotel in Sharjah. I rested in it 3 times. In 2016, 2019 and 2023. The last visit was especially pleased with the fresh complete renovation of the rooms and the territory. However, in fairness, it should be noted that the renovation of the territory has not yet been completed before the hotel. The staff is English-speaking, very friendly and responsive. There are many Arabs, Russians, and some Europeans among the vacationers. Breakfast is ordinary, European. Of the obvious advantages : 1. Location. The hotel is located on the palm-lined promenade of Sharjah Lagoon. There is a place to just take a walk (there is a problem with this in the Emirates). 2. New numbers. 3. The presence of 2 heated pools (I do not like the cold sea, and since I visited the hotel all the time in winter, this is important for me). 4. The hotel has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. But the food, unfortunately, hardly pulls for 3 hours and despite the fact that there is nothing to eat until 10.30 at 9 am, half-empty tables, only melon from fruits, even vegetables-cucumbers and tomatoes- do not always have and the taste of cooked food also leaves much to be desired, even fried eggs are underdone. I do not recommend the hotel!I didn't like the hotel!!! It's not 4* for Dubai, probably 2*. 1. At sea, the transfer is tinny, people don't care, there is only one bus, everyone climbs into it like victims. He drives alone, those who did not get in stand in the sun for 30 minutes waiting for him to return and the same from the sea.. I didn't like it at all! 2. The food for me is so-so, you won't stay hungry, but for 4 * it's not about anything at all, fruits don't replenish at all, if you came at 18:30 (the beginning of dinner) you ate, later nothing will happen. Why is there no coffee and tea in the evening? Sweet with water and juice like yuppie. And it's 4*!!! Again, there are few tables, they are poorly cleaned, sometimes there is a queue in the dining room. 3. The pool is normal. I liked the sauna, the Jacuzzi is old, semi-working. All the rooms are for pensioners, there is not even music.. 4. The rooms are tin. They don't clean at all. In 8 days, 1 time was removed!! There is no toilet paper, only 2 towels. There are 2 waters. Although 2 vz + reb lived in our room. The shower is broken, water is flowing everywhere.. the ashtray was brought for the 4th day of stay, they do not wash the dishes in the rooms, they washed everything themselves. Upon arrival, they refused to check in!!!, They were sent to a nearby hotel. I probably should have gone, since it turned out to be such a tin. Although people complained from that hotel too that he had nothing to talk about. The hotel is not conveniently located. There is no free transfer to Dubai mall. Just a taxi. This is not my first time in Dubai, there is something to compare it with. I do not recommend this hotel 100%. I'm a fan of flying abroad and have been to a lot of places, and I've just decided to write a review for the first time in my life. Because I'm really outraged! And I did not meet such a person at 4*. And it's a pity that the first review is like this. I hope the hotel management will take action. I saw how the guests came at 9.01, they did not give towels ... they need to be returned before 14.00, I did not have time - tomorrow you will go with dirty ones. They take a bus to the beach: at 9 to the beach at 13 back. There are a lot of people, they don't have time for one flight, people have to wait until the first group is taken. In principle, this was not a surprise, because we specifically chose a city hotel, not a beach hotel. They didn't use the bus, rented a car and went to different beaches. In general, the hotel was chosen because of the gorgeous view of the lagoon ... take the high floors, it's worth it! Nearby there are places to walk, restaurants, shops. Personally, in our room in the shower, water pours all over the San node, which is not very pleasant and aesthetically pleasing. Also, there were no more problems in the pool, namely, sand at the bottom and a strip of dirt and Fats on the water surface along the water line, when a child in a white jacket touched the edge of the pool, it became very unpleasant ((( and smoothed out all the positive emotions about the hotel. In general, the hotel is not bad, and the location is convenient, and the embankment and markets with shops are very close. But still, the hotel is 4 stars and you should not expect a fifth from it.

We had a vacation in May 2025. The hotel is nice, modern, the staff is friendly, understands even the most basic English. We checked in ahead of time (we arrived at the hotel at 12, checked in immediately, although we should have been at 14). The food is very tasty (beef, chicken, fish every lunch/dinner, watermelon, melon, pineapple were served from fruits). Towels are provided for the pool. The rooms are clean, well maintained, everything you need is available. Sockets are of the UAE type, but we took an adapter with us and there were no problems. As far as I've seen, you can also take it at the reception. The only nuance is the absence of any drinks at lunch / dinner, except water. But this problem is easily solved by going to the nearest store (I recommend lulu in a 10-minute walk). There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach every day, although the time is questionable (there at 9 a.m., back at 1 p.m.) and the bus is always full (but everyone could fit, if not, then the second one arrived). On the ground floor there is a shop with souvenirs, sweets, drinks, but the prices there are too high (it is better to go to day to day, which is a 15-minute walk away). In general, the hotel can be praised for its very good location: within walking distance of the embankment, market, shops. Of those hotels that have been seen around, he has the most advantageous location.

Also, personally, I would like a variety of fruits for breakfast, or at least pineapples more often, and not once a week. The bus schedule to the beach is not quite reasonable. Picks up at 9:00, back at 13:30. You have to stay in the sun for more than four hours. And we also didn't have an adapter for an outlet in our room and we went to the reception to ask. But even there we were not immediately given it, but only on the fourth day. Everything else is fine. And cleaning every day, and shower sets are replenished, and bathrobes on request, and coffee in the lobby.
