Stay at this hotel in early October 2024. The rooms are nice and clean. Cleaning is daily, but the staff opened our bags and suitcases daily (it was very unpleasant when they came from the beach, and our things were all turned over). The beach is not very clean, for 7 days of rest they cleaned the beach once and a lot of flies, do not sunbathe quietly. The kitchen is good, everything is delicious. Minuses: the food is very monotonous, the assortment practically does not change. The children's menu is the same every day: nuggets, French fries and boiled spaghetti, there is tomato sauce. There are fish and meat, and often even several types, you can not refuse this, but the taste is almost the same, you have to try to spoil the trout, spices are almost not added. There are always many types of desserts, but for me, too, one tastes like the other. Towels can be obtained only in the morning, and changed to clean ones only in the evening before 19 o'clock and only in one place, on the 1st floor of the main building. If you don't have time, you go to the beach with a dirty and wet one. Other hotels have several towel collection/drop-off points, near the beach and by the pools, so that guests are comfortable. Everything is done here for the convenience of the staff - a huge minus. We are vacationing with a 1.5 year old child, but with a stroller to the beach and to the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can not go without an elevator. There are only 2 elevators for descending to the 1st floor, the capacity is 4 people, you wait for 7-10 minutes sometimes. You can only sign up for the ala-card restaurant from 9 to 9.30, today I came at 9.15, but everything is busy for tomorrow at the Italian restaurant, please make an appointment for the day after tomorrow or after the day after tomorrow they say you can't do that, come tomorrow in 30-40 minutes, take a queue to sign up. I didn't come on vacation to stand in line, it creates some kind of shortage and hype, it's not pleasant. The children's room is very small, it has a couple of tables for drawing, there are almost no toys. Gozleme is cooked on the beach, but the working hours are only from 14 to 16, lunch is until 14.30, we would make the cooking mode gozleme hours until 17.30 or 18.00 so that everyone can try, and so after lunch you don't have time to get hungry, and when you want, they no longer work. How-it's not all thought out. By the way, scrambled eggs and pancakes are popular in the restaurant for breakfast, there is a queue, but for some reason the staff does not increase these dishes, the eggs run out quickly. So in general, there are more disadvantages for me, I put a 4-pack with tension.
