We have been vacationing with my husband at the hotel since 04.10.24, everything was great! And the food, and the sea, and the weather, and the attitude! Rotavirus ruined the impression! Yesterday I even had to call an ambulance and go to the clinic to drip!!!What did it have to do with several people from our hotel that day!!! I don't know what to advise visitors, we didn't swim in the pool, only in the sea! We washed our hands! They didn't drink water from the tap. (by the way, we don't drink alcohol much either!!!)But they got sick anyway!! That's why I took off the star. We were here that year, it worked out! In general) for good luck!!!!

As a result, the room needs repair, furniture, doors, plumbing are in poor condition. The water pressure is just terrible. The air conditioning in the room was not working. Replenishment of hygiene kits according to the mood of the cleaner. Room cleaning took place very late in time, either for the child's nap, or at 4 pm, which was very annoying. The cleaning is very mediocre, all the dirt remains in the corners. Replenishment of the mini bar is excellent and on time. There are enough sun beds on the beach, but there are a lot of people, and the ones closest to the sea are occupied early in the morning. There is a lot of garbage and untidy dishes, which is more a complaint to ill-mannered people, not to the staff. The interior of the dining room is like from the 80s. The food is meager and monotonous, the only thing that is a lot is baking, as many as 3 groceries, for those who are not particularly suitable for PP) Fish is served 1-2 types, and only local. The animation is weak and monotonous. Ice cream and sweets for children are available all day. The sea is shallow, all the way to the buoys. A very advertised hotel, you can find a better one for this money. It was May-June 2024.

The worst vacation of my life. Only the first 3 days were normal, then the vacation turned into a nightmare. Perhaps we were so unlucky, but during our stay in July-August 2024, a very strong discharge was detected in this hotel, which even had to go to the hospital for insurance and stay there for several days under ivs. Apparently, due to the large flow of people, the staff did not monitor the cleanliness of the products well enough, since we took completely harmless food and not in huge quantities, as is usually the case with all inclusive. Upon returning from the hospital, there were stories of poisoning among Russian speakers, and the guide (from whom we took guided tours, but had to cancel them accordingly) generally said that every day someone was taken away by ambulance with poisoning. Is this normal for a 5-star hotel? Despite the fact that after returning from the hospital, I drank antibiotics and ate absolutely nothing, I still had some kind of infection at the end of the vacation. During the entire "vacation" (if you can call it that), we never saw at least mopping the floors or cleaning the territory anywhere, and it was noticeable, the feeling of dirt was present everywhere, not surprisingly, many people had intestinal infections. The room itself was normal, but it was obviously old, and the room cleaning also left much to be desired. They cleaned in front of us once and the cleaner wiped everything with 1 cloth. The staff itself is generally good. There were friendly Turks at the reception who spoke 3-4 languages, including Russian. The entertainment program was normal. But on the beach there were no lifeguards on duty almost always, which is doubtful. Also, when the sun beds were stacked in the evening, they did it very sloppily and noisily, as if on purpose, in general, these cleaners did not look friendly. The hotel itself is quite large, the beach is good, the area is beautiful, but it's not worth the horror that we personally had to go through in this "beautiful place". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Perhaps they will improve, but so far it does not even reach 2. This hotel was recommended by a travel agent, apparently before that the hotel enjoyed a good reputation, and its reviews were adequate. Well, that's a bad review, but an honest one. Be careful

The rooms are well cleaned. Minuses: There is no alcohol here at all, even what is declared as imported, it is imported at best from another region of Turkey. Juices and drinks are powdered, terribly sweet, disgusting, I would say. The food is monotonous, the same thing every day. You can eat, you won't stay hungry, but usually there is some variety at least for dinner, but here there is none, very mediocre and monotonous. Check-in was a long time coming, problems with the organization. The animation looks terribly unorganized and not interesting (we are talking about evening animation) during the day, the guys and girls at the pools and yoga are cheerful and active. Conclusions: You can go if your budget is limited, although for this price you can find a lot of better things, I chose this place myself because of the sandy beach and interesting locations nearby. I personally won't set foot here anymore and I won't send my tourists either.

The most truthful review) Number: we got the anex building, the most remote one across the bridge, a room with a view of the city road and shops, they didn't change it and paid an additional $ 100 for improvements, because the room itself is excellent, spacious, cozy, in a modern style, and we don't spend much time on the balcony)) of the cons: next to the bar, in which you can hear music up to 2x, but with a closed balcony it is uncritical, the hair dryer is very weak, I took my own thanks to the previous reviews for this))) the audibility from the corridor is good, but after 11 everything goes quiet, it happens that the neighbors slam the doors hard, but over time you get used to it) it took 3 minutes to the sea through the whole hotel, a kind of walk)) FOOD: we really liked the food, I read the reviews before the flight and did not understand why so few people take pictures of the food)) now it became clear, the food itself does not look instagrammable, but it tastes very tasty, the menu changed every day, there were themed dinners, we remembered the Japanese dinner, rolls and tom Yam soup, Mexican, Turkish, Italian, love Story with chocolate fondue, every day at dinner and lunch there was a lot of meat lamb turkey beef, chicken in various cooking options, mackerel, salmon, pink salmon, local fish, mussels, squid, everything is very tasty cooked!) of the cons, there were no shrimps and crabs, but I really wanted to see them)) I really liked croissants, pancakes with nutella, honey in honeycombs for breakfast) drinks: but the drinks were upset, the only good ones were tuborg beer and red wine, it was impossible to drink any cocktails, all with jupi juice, pina colada with incomprehensible powdered milk with terrible algogol. In my opinion, the beach bar is far from the beach, there is no food in the bar, there is a small selection of drinks, the bar itself does not look very cozy, we have never sat there, in previous hotels there was food in the bars and they made delicious cocktails and a beautiful view, but alas((( Gozleme tortillas are actually not delicious, there is no pita bread or filling, so almost no one approaches this grandmother only if you try the BEACH once. The beach is gorgeous with a smooth sloping entrance, completely sandy, the sea is very beautiful in color, it changes color during the day, there are biting fish at depth with wounds, it's better to swim on the shoal.😁 the stones came across once, but not critically, they didn't like it, just unexpectedly) we rested in early October, the sea was cool in the morning, steamy in the evening milk)) there were practically no sun beds available in the morning, this caused irritation, it was not very convenient to walk with a child for an hour to look for a sunbed when he wanted to swim, or he had to sit right on the sand by the sea, the impatient overseer was rude and did not allow him to move the sunbed 2 meters closer to the sea, the sun beds themselves are located very far from the sea, rather closer to the pool than to the sea, this moment was generally incomprehensible to us, in other hotels the sunbed area is much closer to the sea ((( the sand itself is clean, the sun beds are taken care of and washed. ANIMATION: there is a solid 3-4)) children's animation in German ((( there is a disco, but it is very short and weak. The DJ puts on the same thing every day ((but despite this, we still managed to have fun, met other guys, and were able to dance a couple of times))) The continent is mostly Germans, old people 70% , couples with children 30%) POOLS: clean and large, but the water is already cold at the end of September, you can't swim there for a long time. The pool with children's slides is generally filled with ice water, from above they are constantly being pumped with cold water without the effect of rain, even +40 it will be annoying, because you just want to ride and not constantly dodge these showers from above, as a result, on the second day the child was already coughing and snotting ((((( The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, you can see that the staff is trying! I'm shooting a star for a children's water park with icy water and rain and terrible tasteless cocktails and for the fact that the sun beds are very far from the sea.

We waited a long time to check into the room, at the reception the girl offered a room earlier for an additional fee, but we refused. Then we were checked into a room on the second floor. I didn't like the room, the mattresses on the bed were terribly sagging, and the balcony door didn't lock, but we decided not to spoil our mood and lived in this room.
