This is the first time we have flown to Turkey, and I think it will be the last. I want to start by saying that this is not a 5 star hotel and definitely not an ultra all inclusive. That's a good 4.We had a family of 3 people, from 7.05 to 20.05.we chose this arrival date because our daughter's birthday was 8.05.when we arrived, we checked in right away, it was around 11 a.m. They moved into some kind of homeless shelter with a view of the building and the bushes. When I said that I had paid in advance to the travel agency for a room with a view of the pool, they started to move and call somewhere, after which they settled in room L157, this is the main building with a view of the amphitheater and the pool. The room is not bad, the furniture is old, the air conditioner does not work, later we heard from the guests that we are not the only ones with such a problem with the air conditioner. The refrigerator was regularly replenished with water, mineral water, fanta and pepsi. The bathroom supplies were replenished every day, too. Of course, there are restrictions on cleaning. Two times they forgot about us altogether. They're cleaning up atwali. I go on vacation every year and this is the first time I've seen this. My daughter's birthday is coming and everyone is perfectly forgetting about it. The child was neither congratulated nor how. It's very pleasant. My husband and I took the cake ourselves and congratulated. And when I checked in, I warned the reception. Asadok stayed for the rest. The Russian language is very poorly spoken in the hotel, mainly in Turkish and German. There are a lot of Germans on vacation and this is trash, it's a pity that the tour operator did not warn us about this in advance. They serve only Germans and, accordingly, the attitude towards them is completely different from ours.There are no complaints about food. The cuisine is varied, there is a lot to choose from. You won't stay hungry. There's a problem with animation. It's all the same in the evenings. The beach is great, especially if you are eating with a child. Sandy beach and smooth access to the sea. We went out into the city for a walk and were shocked by the prices, everything is very expensive. Turks don't want to bargain at all and are somehow indifferent to people. In general, Turkey was not impressed. We won't go any more. The price and quality do not match.

You can eat around the clock, there are cafes and bars where you can come even at night. There is also food at the pools, I really liked the meat for shawarma and waffles. In Alaska, we were in an Ottoman cafe. There's a lot that we don't eat, but it was all very tasty. 2. Good alcohol. Havana club rum, gin Gordon, red label whiskey. In general, strong alcohol is European, not Turkish. They pour it decently, they don't regret it. The bartenders are great, and the cocktail pool is huge. 3. The rooms are large. We lived in a standard room in the main building, there was a huge double bed, a sofa for a 6-year-old child and a crib for a baby. And there was plenty of room to move between these beds. We took the kettle at the reception, with a $10 deposit. There is a safe, a balcony, lots of lockers, lots of shelves. The air conditioner was working fine. The rest will be on the downside. 4. The staff is friendly. There is a lot of it, they clean both the rooms and the territory perfectly. There are a lot of urns on the street. The room was cleaned daily. They gave the cleaners $1 each a couple of times, so they changed all the bed linen every day. The bar was also replenished daily: regular and carbonated water, fanta, cola. 5. The animation is interesting. At the kids' club, the son made bracelets, made an application, had an aquagrim, and they arranged various quests on the territory. My husband played water polo, darts, table tennis, billiards. They give gifts for the victory: free massage, discounts at the store, a steamroller, a banana. In the evening at 8.30 p.m. children's disco every day except Sundays. There are also adult shows every day: dancing, singing, acrobatics, bingo. Everything is at the highest level. There are a lot of places to land. 6. The beach is a separate love! Very fine sand, nice for the feet. There are changing cabins and several showers to the right and left of the beach exit. There were a lot of sun beds, we never occupied a place in advance, there was always enough of it. A lifeguard is on duty at the beach, watching the kids. 7. The pools are clean, the slides are without joints, we rode a lot. The only thing is not deep pools. 140 cm is the maximum. 8. There are many shops near the hotel, prices are higher than in the city, but acceptable. T-shirts from $5 to $20, shoes for $20-40, and a winter jacket for $100. There are all kinds of circles, armbands - for 7-10 dollars. 9. Nearby (300 meters) is a river with turtles. But you have to go to see them in the morning, afternoon and evening, you can no longer find them. 10. I advise you to take a welcome massage. They wash on a granite stone with foam, washcloths, we just didn't even think that we had so much dirt, we wash every day)) and then a massage where they say problems, they said everything clearly, they didn't attribute anything from above, I know my problems. We took a family photo and a photo of my son with a parrot. 10 dollars for 1 photo. It's expensive, but you can buy a couple of photos. Now the cons: 1. Stairs! They're everywhere. And there are very few elevators, which are packed not only with vacationers with children and wheelchairs, but also with staff (plates and laundry are carried on the same elevators). That is, you're either carrying a baby carriage up a steep flight of stairs or waiting for an elevator. Sometimes we waited 20-30 minutes for him, because there was a queue of strollers. And we were settled on the 3rd floor, that is, there was no way without an elevator. And you can't get into the dining room without an elevator. 2. Small green area. Or you walk with a wheelchair inside the hotel (between buildings) or around the pools. 3. There were only 3 sockets in the room, one of which was not working. Also dim lighting. There is no light on the ceiling at all, only the backlight by the mirror and the light by the bed. It's a small balcony, and it's uncomfortable standing together. There was only one trash can in the bathroom and it was small, and it was constantly missing. 4. People smoke on the premises and in the building everywhere. There are children, there are no children - no one cares. The staff even smokes near the rooms on the stairs. There are smokers at the children's pools. There are smokers at the tables in the dining room. Russian Russian is not spoken by the staff (3 people who spoke slightly, there was a Russian girl in the children's center), some of the staff does not speak English (only Turkish). 20-30 percent of Russians, the rest are Germans, British, Turks. Because of this, the child was bored, it was hard to find friends. We definitely recommend this hotel! The pros outweigh all the cons, so don't even hesitate and choose it.
