Good location, to the beach, metro, Marina mall about 10 minutes leisurely walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are good, the menu is almost the same, but of high quality. We took a room with a view of the Marina, it was gorgeous. There is a swimming pool on the roof, sun beds, a bar (there is beer). Towels for the beach and pool are different, you can take them every day.
The hotel has a mini-shop with a Russian-speaking hostess, she will always help and tell you, please contact. There is a sale of excursions, prices are the same as everywhere else.
The hotel is a little tired, but not critical. We didn't notice any more of the disadvantages.

The advantages of the hotel. Location - near the Marina embankment, close to the beach, near a minimarket, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, within walking distance of the Marina Mall. The staff at the entrance to the hotel are men in beautiful uniforms - butlers, polite, open the doors, help with luggage, call a taxi, special thanks to them. The rooms are clean, the guys clean well, the carpet in the room is carpet, the sockets are not Euro, but you need to try all the sockets, you will find 1-2 suitable ones. The windows don't open. If something does not work in the room, you can press the button on the device on the bedside table - master, There are no Slippers and a bathrobe, but you can ask. The air conditioning system is common, it works well, it's cool in the rooms, if it's cold, just turn off the air conditioner on the unit on the bedside table with the off/on button when you arrive. The rooms overlooking the Marina have a very beautiful view. The breakfasts are good, but there are too many people, it's better to go early. There is a small but deep pool on the roof, the water is heated, it works late, you can take towels there, there are sun beds, tables, a beautiful view, we swam.

We went to dinner on the Marina embankment at Oats &Co, 7-8 minutes close, delicious, prices are adequate. In general, I put 4, mainly for the excellent location, the courtesy of the butlers at the entrance to the hotel, good room cleaning, good general air conditioning and coolness in the room, a beautiful view of the Marina from our room. First, about the hotel itself!
He's pulling for his four! Not big, cozy, without a crowd!
The advantages that were important to us: the convenient location of the hotel from the sea is 15 minutes on foot to the beach, located opposite the Ferris wheel (the beach itself is not large, there is a deep descent immediately, in this it is inferior to Kite Beach, which is larger and cleaner and with gradually increasing depth, which is good for children).
DDMC metro station, also nearby 10 minutes to the hotel. There is a pool with warm water and a nice view on the roof of the hotel! The sauna is small, but also pleased with the good heat, you can turn on the water and enjoy the steam! It works until 23.00, which is very convenient! The breakfasts are good too! Coffee is served from a coffee pot, tea too! Lots of pastries, halva, nuts, dried fruits, sausages, bacon, cheeses and sausages! There is yogurt and sliced and canned fruits! Omelet and fried eggs are prepared separately, poached eggs and other options are available. Hot dishes include French fries in batter, beans and chickpeas, sliced vegetables! Everything is delicious! The staff is friendly, the cleaning is good, on demand and they respond immediately to requests!

Cons - the hotel is not new, tired carpet and towels! On the walls in the bathroom, something crawls around the bathtub, but the most important thing that I didn't like was there is no balcony and there is no place to dry a swimsuit, nothing dries in the bathroom!!!
On the first and second floors there is karaoke and a nightclub, a restaurant! I've heard loud music a couple of times! But it didn't bother us on the 7th floor! Considering that we only came to sleep at the hotel, the little things didn't particularly disappoint. Towels were changed every day! Cleaning is also every day!
I really liked the rooftop pool and sauna, although small, but the heat is good! It started raining unexpectedly for us in Dubai for a couple of days and the sauna was very much in the theme!

Someone wrote in the reviews that the hotel was recently renovated. But what happened before then?... Towels for the pool and the beach are given out with loose threads, old. It's something.… Of all this, there was only a nice comfortable bed. The windows don't have panes. The carpet on the floor is stained, it looks like you can only walk in shoes. On the day of departure, wi-fi is blocked in the room in the morning, you go to breakfast and you don't get into the room, since the key is also locked in the morning. They persistently call and say that you need to leave the room before 12. This is the first time this has happened, and there is something to compare it with, with other countries and hotels. Nice hotel. I was passing through, very friendly staff, there is a souvenir shop on the 1st floor, there is a Russian saleswoman Svetlana and you can pay for the purchase with rubles by transfer to a Russian card (useful if the currency has run out).

A rooftop pool, gym, sauna are included in the price. Beach towels can be secured with a room key or 20 dirhams per towel. There is no deposit, only the tourist tax. The bathroom has everything you need (soap, shampoo, gel, body cream, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream).

The hotel is not bad, a little tired, but not critical.
By room: We had a room on the 3rd floor, 317. The room is large, the bed is large and comfortable, the air conditioner works perfectly - quiet and cools quickly. It's bad that the room doesn't have a balcony - wet clothes can be hung in the bathroom on a string, but they don't dry out at all overnight, and it sucks. (We agreed with the pool staff and left things on the roof by the pool at night, in the morning we took the dry stuff). I liked that the room has a bathtub and a rain shower. I didn't really like the work of the water - it feels like a stream of hot, then cool, and it's not very pleasant. If you take a bath, then it's normal.
On food: We took breakfast - the food is quite monotonous, some dishes change every other day. There are pineapples, oranges, apples, watermelons from fruits every day. 2 types of yoghurts, blueberry and strawberry, are very tasty. Every other day, pancakes or pancakes stuffed with banana and chocolate are delicious. And everything else is like everywhere else - several types of sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs are different every other day and many different delicious puff pastry. Lunches and dinners, if taken separately, cost 85 dirhams per person. We preferred to have dinner in cafes near the hotel, for two people the average check was usually +/- 100 dirhams, so it is more profitable to go purely for breakfast or without food (breakfasts here are 75 dirhams per person, well, you understand)
Pool: on the plus side, it is open until 11 pm, whereas in most other hotels it is only 7-8, so in the evening it is very exciting to sit and chill in it. He is on the roof, the view is beautiful, there are not very many places, but they are watching this and they will not give you towels on the sunbed for half a day, a maximum reservation for an hour, then the employee will release him and offer him to other people, so that's enough for everyone.

Don't worry about charging, everything fits, you don't need to take any adapters! The breakfasts are very large, pastries, fruits - pineapple, melon, watermelon, in 7 days I did not have time to try everything. We took only breakfast, a very large selection, I don't understand what someone doesn't like about breakfast! And the pool is just cool, heated already hot! Everything is fine! Our vacation was ruined.
They put us in a room on the third floor, where we could not relax, because of the music on the first floor in a nightclub. It was so loud, the walls and floor were shaking from the bass so that the child woke up and asked what was going on, was it an earthquake? The music stopped by 4 a.m. The nightclub is open every day. We did not manage to rest that night.
The next morning, we asked for a room change, to which the staff said that there were no rooms available, only a level higher, for which we would need to pay an additional $ 200. We agreed not to stay in this room.
We moved our luggage and went on an excursion until the evening, then returned to our new room tired, hoping that we would get enough sleep today and found that cockroaches were running around the walls, guys, what the hell is this. How is this possible, a hotel with cockroaches, for a second it's not a budget hotel, but cockroaches, guys, sorry.

The restaurant is cozy, but I didn't like the terrace, the walls are covered with artificial grass, but when the weather is good, it's better to have breakfast outdoors. The menu is modest, but everything is delicious and fresh. I took breakfast and dinner. There was always porridge in the morning and soup in the evening. I really liked salads made from different leaves (arugula, spinach, peking.cabbage...) with different dressings. There was no seafood, only fish.
The rooms are all in one design. I didn't like the carpet, which had seen the sights and spots in places, and it also had an unpleasant smell. When you come to the room, you feel the heavy air, the lack of freshness. Cleaning every day. Air conditioning, but rather general climate control. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the lack of sound insulation from the 1st floor, where a disco takes place every day..All rooms with a view of the city will hear bass and vibration until 2-3 nights. My advice is to take only a view of the Marina or from 7 floors above. Clean bed linen, kettle, coffee, tea bags, cream, 2 0.5 liters of water are added daily. The plumbing was all working, the water pressure was good. Gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dentalthe brush, paste, and razor are replenished as needed. There is a hair dryer, but there is no iron. There is no mini bar, the refrigerator is off. On the R floor there is a swimming pool with sun beds, around the high-rise, it's cool. I was there once just to see, there was only enough time for the beach, excursions and a walk. Wi-Fi is free.
There is a bus to the beach, but I have never gone, I wanted to walk and enjoy the views. The beach is equipped, sun beds are paid, so many vacationers sunbathe on the sand. There is a toilet, shower, changing room. There are many cafes and bars. There is a device with drinking water at the entrance to the beach.
In the lobby there is a shop and sale of excursions with Russian-speaking girls, they helped if something was not clear.

The hotel is good in terms of price and quality. The sea is 10 minutes away from the city. There is a swimming pool on the roof. The food is always the same. Lunches= dinners. The hotel itself has an Arena club on the third floor, there are hookahs and cocktails, a large screen with broadcasts of matches. There were few people (October 2023).
On the upper 12th floor there is a swimming pool with a bar and sun beds. Clean, but chlorinated.
The corner overlooks the Dubai Marina Bay, passing yachts are often seen. Bathrobes and slippers on request, brought within 5 minutes.
We didn't go to restaurants except for breakfast. At first glance, breakfasts are boring for the top five, but when you figure out what to eat, everything is fine, varied and there is enough of everything. Cool pastries. The cook should be called for scrambled eggs, he does not stick out in place.
There is a shop at the hotel, Svetlana works there. A sympathetic person, she helped us in two situations completely free of charge. In response, they bought a bag and magnets from her. We were satisfied with each other.

Of the inconveniences: the water in the shower is extremely difficult to adjust, either too hot or cold. The sockets in the room are not adapted to the Russian format, with three flat contact teeth. I had one triple socket in my room where you could insert a phone, but really instead of a lamp:-)
An iron is brought to the room along with a blackboard. If you need to iron a business suit, then take the ironing cloth with you.
