Super hotel, the second coastline, I liked everything from ressepsh, for the attentive attitude to the restaurant, delicious varied food, the room is chic, big, cleaned every day and changed the bed and towel too, "smart" air conditioning, in which there is no flow of cold air on you, it is distributed in the room gradually. The beach is within walking distance of 10 minutes, metro 5 minutes, Marino water canal, embankment, yacht club 10 minutes, very convenient location. The next time I go, I will definitely choose this hotel!

Of the fat cons - the hotel is "tired", in need of repair, in our room 618 in the bathroom there was always water on the floor from a leak, most likely they knew, but pretended and sent an "engineer" three times to our requests, who could not eliminate anything, the interplate seams in the bathroom are bare, the carpet is 6 it stinks strangely (I remembered the episode with the dead prostitute in the room from the comedy "4 rooms").
There is a rooftop pool with fresh water and sun beds with free towels, but there is such a noise from the ventilation system and the smell of fried oil from the cafe located right there, that the pleasure is very dubious.
Among the advantages are the work of the staff, the quality and assortment of food, the location to the sea (the beach is 15 minutes away, but it is public - with all the consequences, hotels in this area do not have their own beaches)

A huge plus is the location of the hotel: three minutes to the metro, tram, 5-7 minutes to the beach. The hotel itself, of course, is tired, once, perhaps, there were 4 stars, now there is no question of this. However, the rooms are very clean, daily cleaning. Keep in mind that in room 1 (alone!) an outlet, and for that you will need an adapter. The choice of food is small, but everything is very edible, it is impossible to stay hungry. One of the disadvantages is tea and coffee for dinner for an additional fee. As a relatively inexpensive hotel in an expensive area of Dubai, it is an ideal option, I recommend it.

I liked the hotel, we rested from December 18 to 27, 2022, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean, spacious, the view was on the Marina, the breakfasts were normal, and the dinners were beyond praise. There was a broken cup in the room - they immediately changed it, asked for slippers - they brought it, the hair dryer was wrapped with tape-they replaced the hair dryer with a brand new one, so no problems! There were some problems with the water, at first it was cold, then hot, but then they adapted, they took a shower every day. The only place where there was no attention was on my birthday, my friend and I had two birthdays these days, it would be nice to get some kind of bonus, for example, a cake)) but alas. And the rest of the hotel is good, I recommend it.

I was with my wife on November 4-16, 2023. We took a tour from Fun&Sun. I liked everything very much. In order :
Hotel. About an hour's drive from the airport, taking into account the stops for disembarking tourists. We arrived at 9 a.m., and check—in at 14.00. No problem - they showed us where to change clothes, leave things, issued a room at the reception, took a $ 48 tourist fee, because there were no dirhams, and we went for a walk to the beach and further. We returned at 12.00 and were immediately settled on the 7th floor. We asked for it because we had read about the noise from the disco on the ground floor. The room with a view of the city is very decent. The room has everything for a normal life, only the TV channels are all Arabic, one TNT is ours. Yes, the air conditioner is set to 20 degrees and is not regulated by a smart home, I had to turn it off. Not critical. On the ground floor there is a cozy shop where a nice girl Svetlana works, from whom we rented an umbrella for 11 days for twice as much as it costs in a nearby store. Svetlana helped us a lot by giving advice as a local old-timer. She is in the store every day and goes out into the hall. She is very friendly and welcoming. The dining room on the ground floor has a wide variety of food and very good pastries, a separate cook prepares omelets and scrambled eggs outside, waiters pour coffee and tea at the first call. Friendly manager at the entrance to the dining room. In general, the entire staff is friendly, helpful and calm. On the 9th floor there is a sauna and a swimming pool with a stunning view of the surrounding area, open until 23.00. Towels are given there for free and to the beach too, only secured by a room card.
Neighbourhood. The metro is exactly a 7-minute walk away. The red branch. To Deira 7.5 dirhams, 1 hour drive, to Burj Khalifa 5 dirhams, 30 min. drive to Mall of Emirates 3.5 dirhams, 15 min. the ride. Take the silver metro card right away. Easy to top up.
Jumeirah Beach is a 10-minute walk across the bridge with a stunning view of the Marina. On the beach, you need to go to the right to the landmark edge of the water trampoline for children — there are fewer people there. If you decide to swim to the trampoline, be careful — the rubber bottom is covered with torn shells and you can cut yourself badly.
From the beach you can go to the island. There are very beautiful views and there is a Madame Tussauds museum. 7.5 thousand rubles for two people.
There is a cool restaurant opposite the hotel. To eat for two from the belly from 70 to 90 dirhams (1750-2000 rubles.)
Nearby, 100 meters away is a 24—hour grocery store like our Magnet with awesome juices.
Well, Marina herself. The promenade is up to 3.5 km past the Marina Mall, a bunch of cafes, yacht clubs, etc.

I rested here in the 20th of July. Four stars for: location, for responsive staff, for giving out water every day without any problems (on request), a comfortable bed, a good blanket, normal pillows like I got enough sleep :) Of the minuses: the water flowed from under the bath after taking a shower, everything was already tired in places, the breakfasts were monotonous, but I ate enough if someone ate from the guests did not clean the crumbs after the others, dirty tables / dishes came across dirty… The hotel is most likely for 3+
But the location is just perfect, it is convenient to get to any place, including the beach on foot 10-15 minutes. There are three supermarkets nearby 24 hours. In general, to get acquainted with the Emirate of Dubai for the first time is a normal hotel, I can recommend it, but again for the location!
And, the pool is not cooled and the tap water is always warm / hot flowed, it's hot outside, the sea is warm, it was hard in places that you can't cool down anywhere, only under the air conditioner))

Russian Russian is not understood by anyone, despite the fact that the majority of tourists in the hotel are Russians; one day I had lunch alone in the hall, there were six waiters in it, no one offered tea/coffee... I had to go to the counter for them. Beach towels are provided on the roof. You take the elevator to the roof, get a towel and go down, go to the beach.
Room: spacious, there is practically no cold water - I washed with boiling water in 40 degree heat; the shower is without a gasket, it leaks; there is no toothpaste; the fan barely blows with a corrugated duct; the air conditioner on the wall remote is not regulated (fortunately there is a stationary remote on the bedside table); the TV is useless - Arabic and Indian channels.
Attention: there are English sockets in the room, a deposit of 30 AED is charged for the issuance of an adapter!
Internet only in the room. There is no one outside of it. Neither in the restaurant, nor in the pool.

The hotel is actually beautiful, the breakfast should be improved. They said they could help with the room change one day later, they asked for extra money the next day, facing the marina side. Although the check-out is at 12:00, the room door starts not opening with the card at 10:30 and they cut off the Internet, so they politely dismissed it.

Disgusting hotel! Do not be tempted by its low cost (compared to the nearest neighbors). I was placed on the 2nd floor (even formally the 3rd) the total number of floors of the building is 9, there are 5(!) night establishments on the first 3 floors and until 4 am, regardless of your desire, you will participate in their events. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:30, the main ingredients are paraffin cheeses and croissants with buns, and, yes, sausages, more like kakuli. There is no balcony (where would you come from) a leaky bathtub and a puddle on the floor after a shower. Ventilation inflates the air (during my absence) with a temperature of 15 degrees, all attempts to regulate the temperature are unsuccessful: either ON or OFF. In the evening, a friend came to visit just for a glass of tea, so the reception immediately called LET THE GUEST LEAVE THE HOTEL WITHIN 2 MINUTES! But as they say, THE CHOICE IS UP TO THE CONSUMER)

One of the advantages is the location.
Of the cons, there are many of them - an old air conditioner freezer, which must be turned off every time so as not to catch a cold, the bath is leaking; wi-Fi was turned off 1 hour before the time of eviction and the door was blocked (caused inconvenience) . They didn't give out dirty carpet and slippers in the room, they wore their own flip-flops. I had to ask for an iron - they just gave me the oldest one.
The rooftop pool has warm water and a cool view, but it's cold to go out (in March) - there are no bathrobes and cabins to quickly change clothes. One of the advantages is that the water was regularly put in the room and the shampoo is cool. The buffet is a little poor. I was in the same star rating at a hotel in Dubai six months ago - it was much tastier and more diverse (and overall the service is better). There is no coffee, it is impossible to drink. Among the advantages of the table are fruits and pastries. Meat and cheese cuts are of very low quality, porridge is like broth. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel next time.

I have vacationed at the Marina many times and it is difficult to surprise me with something. But I wanted to write a few kind words about the hotel. Perhaps its location is one of the biggest advantages, metro / beach /restaurants /supermarket. Next to all of the above. Everything is fine in the hotel itself, both rooms and breakfasts. There are no breakfasts. Dinners are different, sometimes very tasty, sometimes so-so. For those who don't like noise, it's better to live higher, because there are two nightclubs on the lower floor and the basses there are normal daily, they came to us on the 5th floor all night, but for us it's not scary, we fall asleep and don't pay attention.

The room temperature is 15 degrees!! and there is no warm air conditioner, only cold, I slept in a sweater, completely under a blanket, of course, I immediately got sick!
