Amazing hotel, I enjoyed the view from my room, the staff was helpful especially Javokh, and the Manager Mr Hicham The hotel is in the heart of Marina. It is my favourite hotel. This is not the first time I have come and I will come again. The rooftop pool is very romantic.

Budget hotel in Marina. Convenient location relative to the metro, the boardwalk and the beach. Everything is within walking distance. A minibus takes you to the beach, but there is no special need for this. The rooms are small, the furniture is worn out, the staff does not speak Russian. Cleaning every day, gels, shampoos, lotions are reported daily. The room has a hairdryer, mini fridge, TV, safe. A kettle with a set of tea, coffee, sugar and cream, which are also replenished. 0.5 liters of water daily per person. The restaurant served breakfasts and dinners. Everything is fresh and delicious, there is a choice. With fruits, the choice is small. Lunch can be exchanged for dinner. Tea and coffee for breakfast only. For lunch and dinner, only plain water and soda in a tin are free. There is a swimming pool and a gym on the top floor. There are bars for young people on the lower floors. WiFi was working fine, there were no problems with the water. The only negative for us is the elevator. Of the three, 1 or 2 were constantly broken. Overall, I liked everything.

Yes, the hotel is old, but the price and quality match. Cleaned every day (for 5+). Water, tea, coffee, bathrobes, slippers. A good mattress, it's a pleasure to sleep. Of the minuses, the air conditioner screams like it's not in itself, the engineer solved the problem by putting a piece of paper instead of the key to the room. That was the only time they could turn it off, on the remote control next to the bed. The breakfasts were good, there were porridges, 4 types of omelets, pastries, watermelon, tea, coffee, milk in a milk jug on the table. You won't be hungry. The room is on the 9th floor. There is a warm pool on the 10th floor (on the roof). The location is great. Near a shop, metro, 10 minutes to the beach. We took a taxi. Two excursions, a sightseeing tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I liked everything. Yes, repairs are underway on the lower floors and at the reception, but we are at 9, we can't hear him.

Convenient location of the hotel. Bottled water is always available, tea, sugar, coffee and cream are replenished every morning. About the staff in short - well done. I recommend the hotel, reasonable price. I always thought Dubai was expensive, and I'm pleasantly surprised. A place where you want to return for impressions. Of course, the period may have been chosen well, the middle of February, there was no sweltering heat, a light breeze, but we managed to buy and tan. We have frosts and snowstorms at this time. 👍

She will help you.… Our room had a view from the window - the neighboring house and a small piece of the embankment (in the photo with magnification) . Panoramic windows, but they didn't open at all, so next time I would have forgiven the room with a balcony.

There are no dryers in the rooms. If you don't bathe or wash, you won't feel any inconvenience. We took a room with a view of the Marina, the view is wonderful, but the windows are not washed, which spoils the impression a little. Sockets do not fit, you need an adapter, it is better to bring it with you. We bought it at the nearest supermarket, it was enough for 5 days. A rooftop pool, gym, sauna are included in the price. Beach towels can be secured with a room key or 20 dirhams per towel. There is no deposit, only the tourist tax. The bathroom has everything you need (soap, shampoo, gel, body cream, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream).

Upon request, they brought an ironing board and an iron, one stopped ironing, the second burned a new dress (it would have been better not to iron)))) We were looking for Dubai chocolate, it turned out to be at the best price in the boutique of our hotel, the prices are decent, a wonderful hostess!!! I didn't book it myself, but on the advice of an agent, at the last minute. This one was declared as the best of the remaining ones, and was the most expensive one offered by the agent. They gave me a room on the 7th floor. Old. The toilet tank was leaking in the room. The hotel is undergoing renovation, which is difficult not to notice and smell, because the elevator and the hallway smelled like hell of paint, and the punch was rattling behind the wall at the reception, well it was the 1st floor and it could not be heard in the room. Some of the staff were overly intrusive and courteous, with overkill bordering on obsession, and some made inappropriate comments. This was my first time in Dubai, so I attributed it to a local feature, I can't imagine such staff in European hotels. But the cleaning staff was very decent, the room was well cleaned. The windows do not open in the hotel. Clothes and towels dry very badly, but this is generally typical for Dubai. And I could have moved to the floor below, other tourists told me that the rooms on the 3-4 floors had already been updated, but I did not. I liked the view from above. At breakfast, it was nice to sit on the terrace outside, but there are a lot of large birds that try to sit on the table and eat the food. The hotel had a rooftop pool and walking distance to the Marina area. Since this trip was impromptu, a week-long extra vacation for first-graders, you can stay at this hotel for a week. We had a vacation with a guy at this hotel at the end of December. The worst hotel we've ever been to. We didn't find a single advantage in it. For those who have low standards and do not have any requirements for the hotel-welcome. The hotel did not inform the tour operator that they were undergoing renovation work. The sound of the renovation is clearly audible in the cafeteria at breakfast/lunch. There are 2 elevators in the hotel, they work very slowly and you have to wait 5-10 minutes. The furniture in the rooms is already outdated, scratched and peeling. The towels are old. There is nowhere to dry things, because there are no balconies. Also, in order for you to properly take a shower and wash in hot water, you will need to tell the people at the reception that you do not have hot water. I called the person from housing to the room several times, he said that you need to wait a couple of minutes and the hot water will go, but it was not there. The breakfasts at the hotel are very meager. It's the same thing every day. Those who write in the reviews that a good variety of breakfasts- have never seen a good variety of breakfasts. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, but it is not possible to stay there because there is a hum from the operation of the air conditioners. And the most interesting thing is that there is a nightclub in the hotel, where prostitutes are invited who obsessively run after the hotel guests. When I went to the reception desk to figure out why prostitutes were chasing guests around the hotel, they pretended they didn't know what they were talking about. I definitely recommend the Marina Byblos Hotel! A wonderful hotel, super rooms, a 20-minute walk to the wonderful beach. And the breakfasts and dinners are simply delicious and varied. The area is cool, there is a place to walk and something to see. The metro is nearby. Blue Waters Island, where the Ferris wheel is located, is nearby, along a bridge from the beach, offering beautiful views, 10 minutes. The advantages that were important to us: the convenient location of the hotel from the sea is 15 minutes on foot to the beach, located opposite the Ferris wheel (the beach itself is not large, there is a deep descent immediately, in this it is inferior to Kite Beach, which is larger and cleaner and with gradually increasing depth, which is good for children). DDMC metro station, also nearby 10 minutes to the hotel. There is a pool with warm water and a nice view on the roof of the hotel! The sauna is small, but also pleased with the good heat, you can turn on the water and enjoy the steam! It works until 23.00, which is very convenient! The breakfasts are good too! Coffee is served from a coffee pot, tea too! Lots of pastries, halva, nuts, dried fruits, sausages, bacon, cheeses and sausages! There is yogurt and sliced and canned fruits! Omelet and fried eggs are prepared separately, poached eggs and other options are available. Hot dishes include French fries in batter, beans and chickpeas, sliced vegetables! Everything is delicious! The staff is friendly, the cleaning is good, on demand and they respond immediately to requests! Svetlana is a very accepted salesperson in the store at the reception! On the walls in the bathroom, something crawls around the bathtub, but the most important thing that I didn't like was there is no balcony and there is no place to dry a swimsuit, nothing dries in the bathroom!!! On the first and second floors there is karaoke and a nightclub, a restaurant! I've heard loud music a couple of times! But it didn't bother us on the 7th floor! Considering that we only came to sleep at the hotel, the little things didn't particularly disappoint. Towels were changed every day! Cleaning is also every day! I really liked the rooftop pool and sauna, although small, but the heat is good! It started raining unexpectedly for us in Dubai for a couple of days and the sauna was very much in the theme!

The adapter was ordered on WB. The duck hotel is saved by its excellent location, 2 minutes to Dubai Marina, 5 minutes walk from DMCC metro station and tram stop. We took meals for breakfast and dinner, the same thing every day, at the end of the vacation I was sick of the monotonous food, they gave me juice, tea, coffee, cola, fanta from drinks. The waiters are very nimble, as soon as I finish, they immediately remove the plates. There is a small pool with sun loungers on the roof, and towels are provided there, separately for the beach and separately for the pool. There is a free gym, not a big one. On the ground floor there are 2 bars with discos, anyone who wants to drink can go there in the evening, but there is not a very large contingent, girls of easy virtue come to diversify the rest of the men. Jumeirah Beach is a beautiful public beach, large but dirty, with green algae floating. Sun beds are paid from 5,000 rubles per day, you can rent an umbrella for a day of 700 rubles.

I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff of the hotel, they are very responsive and pleasant people, they answer any question and wish immediately, they help with solving issues. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, and the guys who help with the luggage are also Russian-speaking. We had a translator on our phone, so we didn't have any communication problems anyway. There is a wonderful shop in the lobby of the hotel, I advise everyone to visit, pleasant prices, high-quality goods, you can rent an umbrella for the beach for the entire period of your vacation for 35 dirhams and the owner of the store is a Russian girl Svetlana. We took full board, buffet breakfasts, varied, delicious, made from fruits - watermelon, melon, pineapple, apple, pear. For a child, you can always take porridge for breakfast, scramble, and fresh vegetables. There is, of course, fried bacon and toast. Lunch according to the menu at the bar on the ground floor. The menu includes soup, salad, main course and dessert. Quite decent, the portions are large. The meat is amazing, fish. There are only spicy dishes, you need to ask the waiter to cook without spices. There is a buffet for dinner, delicious, lots, varied. Special thanks for the pastry table! The child is delighted! Very tasty and always fresh pastries. Regarding the room itself, I would like to note that the room stock is certainly "tired". There are flaws in the bathroom, the windows do not open, the air conditioner is working hard. But we immediately asked an employee and he helped us disable it in a simple way. An employee also came to set up the TV, they found only 1 Russian TNT channel, the rest are in English or Arabic. Regarding the noise, we lived on the 5th floor, considering that there are 2 night clubs on the ground floor, we did not hear any extraneous noises or music. The bed is comfortable, we slept comfortably. Cleaning every day, or every other day for sure. Gels, shampoos, hair conditioners, and body lotion are always replenished. There are also toothbrushes in the bathroom, a bathrobe and slippers were requested at the reception, they were brought immediately. There were no cockroaches or other insects. The Wi-Fi is connected immediately upon check-in, the password is given and it is valid until check-out. We didn't even go up to the pool, I can't say anything, we always went to the free JBR beach. The coastline is large, with sand, but it spoils the view of a large inflatable water park, which makes it feel like you're swimming in a shallow pond. Nearby is Blue Water Island with the famous Ferris wheel. Palm Jumeirah is also visible. In general, it's fine, we would come back here again.

Meals breakfasts and dinners the buffet is quite varied, the child will also have something to eat + for breakfast you can order a variety of omelets from the chef on the terrace. scrambled eggs that will be prepared for you immediately within 3 minutes. About coffee, the truth is only partially true - tea/coffee is free only for breakfast, black or with cream, but cappuccino, etc., will be for an additional fee.There is a fee, but there is no limit, and the second and third cups will be poured. Plus, do not forget that there is a kettle in the room and when cleaning, they replenish the stock of tea and coffee in the room every day, which is also included in the room rate. Once we decided to have lunch, and here I completely agree, it's better not to take lunch here. The rooftop pool is great and small, but I didn't observe the queue there, you can come at any time and there will be free sun beds, because towels are given out only for a key, it's not quite correct, you can leave the key, or you can just leave a deposit of 20 AED for a towel and get them back upon delivery. As for the rooms, the rooms are quite neat and clean, and they are already tired, but what can you do? The staff is very friendly and attentive. In my opinion, the only and main disadvantage is that there is no balcony and there is nowhere to dry things. I can definitely say that I would check into this hotel again. The main problem in the room was the air conditioner, there were some technical problems with it, or something else, I still don't understand, but the fact is that it was terribly cold in the room, and the temperature was incorrigible. Remember, there are ENGLISH adapters in Dubai, so if you have any left over from previous trips, be sure to take them. Or you can buy it directly at the hotel in the shop, they are inexpensive. 4. The hotel itself does not look big, while the lobby is quite spacious. I advise you not to pay extra for alcohol in the hotel, it costs A LOT. Windows don't open, things don't dry. The hotel's triple breakfasts are the weakest we've seen. You can eat, but you've had enough of everything in 9 days. Umbrellas for the beach can be requested at the reception. The rooftop pool is normal, there is a sauna and a gym. In general, the hotel is worth a C, I give 4 stars for good cleaning, every day the guys tried and cleaned. But this did not make the room cleaner because of the old carpets and furniture, as well as the damaged plumbing.

We had a rest at Marina Byblos and were very satisfied! The hotel is located in the heart of Dubai Marina, close to JBR beach, the promenade, metro and tram.
