I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was excellent, close to key attractions and dining options, making it very convenient. However, one small disappointment was that my birthday passed unnoticed during my stay. While it's not something I expect, a simple acknowledgment would have added a special touch to the experience. The service dropped especially in the Brazilian bar and in the Belgian restaurant. The staff is working slowly, they forgot to bring the order. The bartender is rude. We rested at this hotel in November 2024 on an all-inclusive basis. You can feel the level immediately at the entrance to the main entrance to the hotel. We had a private transfer from the airport, as soon as the car stopped, two concierges immediately open the doors and help us get out. The driver opens the luggage compartment and immediately a porter appears, who hangs a tag on the suitcases (the spine is for you). And all: You are at the reception for registration, and the luggage will be delivered to the room. Everything went quickly at the reception, filled out a questionnaire, received a memo on restaurants and a map of the hotel territory, bracelets and electronic room keys. Russian is not spoken, but a minimum level of English will be sufficient. (A few days later, a Russian-speaking employee was seen in the reception area, but we did not communicate with him, there was no need. And so many Russians turned to him - a very sociable guy, if necessary, he will help) The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated with stone, several upholstered armchairs / sofas and a lot of fresh flowers. We had a room on the 14th floor with a view of the city/park. The sun does not get into the rooms from this side, so for the entire stay we did not even use the air conditioner (for me this is a plus) - it was a comfortable temperature. However, the halls / corridors of the hotel cool down quite strongly (my wife even put on a jacket several times). The room is very spacious with all the necessary accessories: an ironing board, an iron, a kettle and a tea set, a capsule coffee maker and several types of capsules, a refrigerator, a safe, a set of stationery (scissors were very useful when freeing suitcases from the film;)), an adapter to an outlet (in the theme), in the bathroom also everything you need (toothbrushes brushes, paste, napkins, etc.). The furniture is no longer new, but in good condition. There is a separate shower and bath, bidet, everything is divided into zones - convenient. Baredo soap, shampoo and lotion. What was missing was an electric heated towel rail (there is no balcony, and swimsuits/swimming trunks dry badly on a rope above the bathroom). The hotel is very well located, we went for a walk every evening to the presidential palace, then to the embankment towards the Marina Mall, then just into the city. According to the all-inclusive system, not all restaurants/bars are free (see the photo for what is available). We used the main restaurant for meals and bars on the beach (all drinks except smoothies are free, ice cream and fresh coconut are also paid). The main restaurant has a large selection of dishes, there will definitely be something to suit your taste. There was always red fish for breakfast, there was always a variety of cheeses, including those with different molds. The fruits are always pineapple, watermelon, melon, apples/pears, tangerines, bananas and fruit salad. In general, everything is fine with the food. We didn't use the pools, just the beach. I really liked the beach. Some in the reviews called the bay a "puddle", but this is not the case at all. Yes, there is no sea to the horizon, but there is definitely enough room for swimming. We got to the full moon period, so at noon the water level rose by more than a meter and the water reached the first line of sunbeds. The beach is clean, sandy, gently sloping, the kids were constantly picking at the coastal area. There were free sun beds at any time, both on the beach and by the pool. Everything you need is present: showers on the beach, toilets, changing rooms. Everything is always very clean. According to my estimates, 30-40% of the hotel's guests are Russians, 30-40% are Europeans, the rest are from nearby regions.

It opened so much that the son could easily crawl through there. They sent an "engineer" who just taped the window shut. They didn't have any window blockers. The child was constantly pestered on the beach by lifeguards to put on swimming trunks, they talked to him in English, as if he should understand them. There are no balconies in the hotel, the food is the same every day, they don't take tuk-tuks to the beach: go yourself, even with or without children. Of the Russian channels, only the First One. Every time I visit the beach, they force me to fill in the data on my tablet, even though I have a wristband. I liked the food at the hotel. We took everything included. Alcoholic drinks are served for dinner from 20.00. Cocktails are the most delicious on the beach, they are served from 12.00. We went to the aquarium, and on some days there is a free bus that stops at this hotel. We didn't know about it, we were told about it by the hotel staff who helped us order a taxi. We went on Saturday at around 9 a.m. The staff is helpful, always trying to help, no one speaks Russian, in the end we found out that there is one Russian-speaking man, he was standing at the concierge desk. By the way, you can also buy tickets to parks there. In general, we recommend the hotel.

Plumbing without a microlift (nonsense for this level of the hotel!). The water does not drain well. The magnetic shower doors are not tightly closed (it flows heavily on the floor in the APU). The air conditioner either roared like a beluga at night or didn't turn on at all and you're all wet with sweat. Or he didn't keep his temperature up. I jumped from 25 to 18 (((. But there are many advantages. There are many restaurants on site. It is closed from outsiders. The staff is friendly. The rest is good. The location is great. But I'm not coming back here. Let them update. Those who do not speak English are not an option. I have not met any Russian speakers. I don't care, but it's important to someone. This is the first time we've been to this hotel. I really enjoyed my vacation. We checked in immediately upon arrival, at 11. The room is excellent and cozy. The staff is polite, attentive, and friendly. If there were any questions, everything was quickly resolved. This is a great hotel! An important point is that we only go here to have dinner beautifully... not in the beach.. (the dress code is followed), I tried on a bunch of dresses for 10 days of rest.. and these costumed smiling people.. music over the open sky.. The song! PERFECT! The food was different every day when I arrived, divided by country. If you want Russian dumplings, eat them, if you want baked sweet potatoes, take them.. If you want baby shells with noodles, I'll grab them, be happy. By the way, they were not allowed to swim in the open sea.. I still don't understand why.
