And the most important thing. They settled on the 9th floor. And at this time, the 8th floor is being renovated. From 9 to 6, the punches did not stop. We endured for two days, then went to the reception with a request to move above the floor. However, they moved it to 13, the noise became less.

The service is good. The staff is responsive. The location is quite convenient, the metro is just around the corner, you can even walk to the Dubai Mall. The food is super, for every taste. The beach is far away, about forty minutes on foot, but there is a free bus from the hotel. The beach is public, an umbrella and a chaise longue are paid and expensive, even foreigners do not take everything, so many sunbeds are empty. A modern city hotel with a convenient location. A 2-minute walk from the metro, near the Museum of the future (you need to buy tickets in advance), 20 minutes on foot or 1 metro stop to Dubai Mall, where dancing fountains and the tallest building Burj Khalifa.
There are free transfers to La Mer Beach and Dubai Mall. La Mer beach has deteriorated, there used to be palm trees, cafes, changing rooms, showers, and now everything has been removed along the beach and something is being built. The remaining cafes are quiet.
The rooms are spacious, clean, with panoramic windows (do not open), there is everything you need (bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics, iron, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, air conditioning ...). We had a room with a windowsill bed, it was very nice to have dinner on it with a view of the city.
There is a small swimming pool with Jacuzzi on the 6th floor of the parking lot, there were always places on the sun beds at different times.
Breakfast is monotonous, but there are dairy products, fruits, vegetables, herbs, cheese, sausages, pastries. Omelets and scrambled eggs are prepared with you with different ingredients.

Hello everyone, we had a rest with the company in the UAE from 20.12 to 25.12. The hotel is urban, there is a free bus from the hotel to the beach, clearly on schedule. We took breakfasts and dinners, there was enough. Everything is very tasty, and in sufficient quantity. There is a rooftop swimming pool with a hammam and sauna. Within walking distance of all the attractions, the Burshkhalif fountain Tower, Dubai Mall, and more. Near the metro, the cost is 340p to go there and back. Maybe we were lucky, someone will say. But the hotel is unreal! We were a family and two children of 7 and 5 years old in a family room! With three huge windows. The room has everything you need: towels for hands, face, baths, shampoos, gels, cotton buds, nail files and other small things, bathrobes and slippers, tea and coffee, water every day! The cleanest and freshest bed linen! A comfortable bed and pillows! But the most unrealistic thing is the smell in the hotel! I also want to go home like this))) The food is wonderful, delicious and varied! Cheeses are something! The pool is clean, the service is excellent! Saunas! Towels are provided everywhere. Just got back from this hotel . The hotel is conveniently located , the metro is nearby , grocery stores and cafes , there is a place to have dinner and coffee , even through 2 houses an alcohol store , they sell only by passport to tourists . The Museum of the Future is a 10- minute walk away . The breakfasts in the hotels are wonderful . (We only had breakfast) . The rooms are cleaned well , there is a kettle in the room . Water is put every day for 2 bottles per person , tea , coffee , cream , sugar . I really liked the shampoo , conditioner , gel and cream . The reception staff is respectful . Allowed to be in the room until 13 . Towels are given out to the beach in bags , convenient . They take the bus , sometimes there are not enough seats , the bus returns for the rest . Nice hotel! Friendly staff. Excellent food. We have breakfast and dinner, while dinner can be changed to lunch, and lunch seemed better to us (more seafood). Dinner is also delicious, but more kebab and more spicy food. We were in the Ramadan period and for dinner primarily serve Muslims observing Ramadan, so dinner is late from 20:00. The main restaurant is small, there are queues for breakfast in the morning, we watched how at 9:00 people were waiting for tables to be vacated. The location is top-end, near the metro, 1 stop to the mall, 20 dirhams by taxi. The beach is 4 km away, there is a hotel bass, you can also take a taxi for 15-20 dirhams. The rooms are cleaned every day, but greedy for soaps, bathrobes and slippers. Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner are literally "nailed" to the wall))) another point that upset me: without waiting for our eviction, the reception blocked our electronic keys, thereby depriving us of the opportunity to go to the room and pick up our belongings. We took the things away by asking them to go to the room, but the fact that they did not wait until we handed over the keys and signed for them left an unpleasant aftertaste. There is a free bus service from this hotel 2-3 times a day to La Mer Beach and Burj Khalifa. The Museum of the Future is located not far from the hotel. There are large family rooms, they are fresher and brighter and are located on the upper floors. I wanted more variety for breakfast, but we didn't stay hungry. During rush hour, a lot of people gathered for breakfast and waited in line, so it's better to go to breakfast early for speed. The hotel provides a shuttle service to La Mer Beach. The beach is not bad, but I like the Kite more, which was taken by taxi (40-50 dirhams depending on traffic). The convenient location of the hotel allows you to quickly reach many attractions (the metro is two minutes from the hotel, the Burj Khalifa and the fountains are a 30-minute walk away). It is much more convenient to jump on the subway and drive one station for 2 minutes, exit directly to the Dubai Mall. Well, this is from the nearest attractions, there is also a museum of the future nearby, but it's not worth your money to be honest. So now about the hotel itself. This is a typical Dubai high-rise, 30 floors. In general, a very decent hotel, but a little tired, that is, it is clear that in some places repairs are required somewhere the walls are scratched. But the cleanliness is just sterile in my opinion, everywhere is super clean in the lobby, in the corridors in the rooms. 4 elevators do not have traffic jams, they drive fast. The staff is super polite, always helps, everyone reacts not stupid. Everything is clear. We were accommodated in a standard room. Please note that if you eat with 1 child, they give you a room with a sofa that is straightened out, in general it is not critical, but if a lot of things are inconvenient, since the whole room is occupied by a bed and a sofa. But it's like who. If there are 2 children and more, then you definitely need to take other rooms, there are two-room studios and just large family rooms. The view from the room was different for us on the road, not the main highway where the metro is, but on another part of the city in which the sea is. It is not critical, in principle, there are many places where such a landscape is outside the window in Dubai, not counting expensive hotels on the shore. The sound insulation is not bad, but not ideal, it's normal to sleep at night because you get tired after the tour, but during the day they can interfere, but again it's not critical. !!An important moment!! Here the sockets have a different standard, there are 3 plugs, so you need to take either an adapter or buy a charger with the right plug here on the spot. but in each room there are 1-2 universal sockets that are suitable for our chargers, but it can be plugged, we had 1 normal outlet in the room and the other did not work. Keep this in mind. The restaurant where breakfast is on the 2nd floor, breakfast is nothing special, the usual buffet has everything you need, delicious stanbartno.Zhosky bitter coffee is straight Arabica) keep in mind, but again, someone doesn't care and can drink coffee from the Tape and enjoy life here for everyone.

Now about the pool. I must say right away of course it is different from the photos, it is not very big and is located in a neighboring building, it is not super critical, just know about it. You will need to go outside , walk 50 meters and go into the next building to climb to the 6th floor . this building is called Bodylines here type fitness center. There is a gym, sauna and hammam. Everything is very simple without quirks, but also normal. The pool is small, there are also a few sunbeds, but in principle the people are distributed there is not much crowd. The weather affects here until 10 in the morning the sun does not fall on the pool and it is quite cool, and at 10 people start coming, but it fries a lot, so it does not stay for a long time. Lying down for 1-2 hours and going about your business is more than enough. There is a small bar near the water where you can drink tea and coffee, it seems there is even alcohol, but we did not check. Perhaps it is not served everywhere. This case works until 19 pm, but at 18 there are no people anymore because it gets dark early here. The jacuzzi was never turned on with us, I don't know if it works or not. It was the best vacation. The hotel is perfectly located, everything is within walking distance. The Museum of the Future is visible from the window. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa 10-15 minutes on foot. The staff is polite. It's really hard to get used to the air temperature. Plus there's a lot of humidity.

Wonderful hotel!!!! With an additional payment of $ 120, we were changed from a room without a view on the 7th floor to a room on the 23rd floor with a beautiful view of the city. A cool solution was to make an ottoman / couch by the window - you sit, lie, enjoy the views. I strongly advise you to take rooms with a view, it's worth the money. I also liked the food. Their beds are still full of impressions: comfortable and moderately soft pillows and mattresses that envelop you after a physically intense day. And the blanket is like a cloud, soft and fluffy. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel! We took a lot of pleasant impressions with us!

A Russian-speaking Shohista girl met us at the reception. It was already nice that this hotel has a Russian-speaking staff. We arrived much earlier, so we left our suitcases and went to the beach. They have their own transport to the beach, their own swimming pool, and their own fitness room. Upon arrival, by the time of check-in, she told us everything in detail, gave us a card. We came across room 2312 on the 23rd floor. I went inside and was in a pleasant shock! The beds are large, the interior is nice. Next, I began to consider what was being done. The plumbing was working properly. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, iron, ironing board, scales, safe, hair dryer, several hangers, a shower cap with an elastic band (which especially pleased me, it is very convenient to collect hair with an elastic band), cotton pads, ear sticks, nail file, sewing kit, shoe sponge, soap, shampoo, gel for shower, body lotion, conditioner (he also made me very happy, I don't know what kind of company, but I had very soft hair from him), a set of various teas, instant coffee, cream, 4 bottles of water, a kettle, a mug with a spoon, a refrigerator. There is a clothesline in the tub for drying clothes. There was not enough brush in the toilet at some points. It was very unusual that there was no package in the trash basket in the room, it seems to me that it would have simplified the work of the staff. Well, to be honest, there was not enough outlet near the beds. There were 3 sockets: near the kettle, and 2 in the table. Charging turned out to be universal, an adapter was not needed in this hotel. Very nice guys who cleaned the rooms on our floor, they even folded our pajamas🥰 There was no theft. Everything was always in place. We also had breakfast and dinner. But if you are going on an excursion, then at the reception you could ask to replace dinner with lunch. The food is varied and very tasty. At the bar, you could ask for a soda with ice. There was also tea, coffee, juices. There were queues, but this is normal, they still want to sit in comfort, and not look for places with a plate in their hands. The hotel is located close to the metro, and to the Museum of the Future. Very friendly staff. And a very multinational hotel. They took only the tourist tax. I was very pleased with the hotel! And I also really liked their fragrance in the hotel, a pleasant oriental🥰
