The 4* hotel. I chose it myself based on a rating of 4.5 and above. For 190 reviews, there were only 2 negative ones, and then incomprehensible ones at all. Location - my goal was to visit more places, so the hotel has an ideal location 👍🏼 within walking distance of the Museum of the Future (5 min walk) and Burj Khalifa (30 min walk). The metro station is 100 m from the hotel, from which you can get to any point. Everything is nearby - grocery stores, alcoholic, cafes where to have a snack. The food is great. Mussels, fish, any kind of meat. pp. And not pp: pasta and pizza every day. There is an all-inclusive concept with alcohol. Cleaning every day. Tea, coffee, and water are updated every day, The view from the window did not particularly please me. It was necessary to pay extra for high floors . But in general, the view is beautiful judging by the reviews. We need to ask for Sheikh Zayed on the highway. The pool is on the roof of the neighboring building. A very spectacular view. It's also atmospheric in the evening. You're charging up. A special plus is the rescuers, who are just zealously looking after the children. You can even turn away to the phone / book Reception. There is a Russian-speaking girl. The shokhist. There are few Russian guests. Mostly Europeans. The beach is transported by transfer. 4 times a day, and they take it back. I was afraid that I would not like la mer beach, since it is currently under reconstruction. But it is very cozy. Towels are provided at the hotel. Would you come back? Definitely! I remained in pleasant emotions.

Maybe we were lucky, someone will say. But the hotel is unreal! We were a family and two children of 7 and 5 years old in a family room! With three huge windows. The room has everything you need: towels for hands, face, baths, shampoos, gels, cotton buds, nail files and other small things, bathrobes and slippers, tea and coffee, water every day! The cleanest and freshest bed linen! A comfortable bed and pillows! But the most unrealistic thing is the smell in the hotel! I also want to go home like this))) The food is wonderful, delicious and varied! Cheeses are something! The pool is clean, the service is excellent! Saunas! Towels are provided everywhere. Both by the pool and when you go to the sea! Special thanks to the manager-administrator at the Shokhista reception for customer orientation and high level of service and Prasad for impeccable room cleaning! The view from the window is fantastic! The 23rd floor! And also wide window sills, which are great to sit on and enjoy the view!

I rested in this hotel for 6 days. The location is good, the metro is close, there is a transfer to the sea (you can walk 4 km on foot, throw off a couple of kg, it is useful for some), the cuisine in the restaurant is super. The staff is friendly and helpful, I don't really know English, the guys tried their best. Special thanks to Ibrahim and Reda. Guys went out of their way to help me. I recommend it. If I'm still in Dubai, I'll stay only here. I hope the pool will be repaired by then)

A Russian-speaking Shohista girl met us at the reception. It was already nice that this hotel has a Russian-speaking staff. We arrived much earlier, so we left our suitcases and went to the beach. They have their own transport to the beach, their own swimming pool, and their own fitness room. Upon arrival, by the time of check-in, she told us everything in detail, gave us a card. We came across room 2312 on the 23rd floor. I went inside and was in a pleasant shock! The beds are large, the interior is nice. Next, I began to consider what was being done. The plumbing was working properly. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, iron, ironing board, scales, safe, hair dryer, several hangers, a shower cap with an elastic band (which especially pleased me, it is very convenient to collect hair with an elastic band), cotton pads, ear sticks, nail file, sewing kit, shoe sponge, soap, shampoo, gel for shower, body lotion, conditioner (he also made me very happy, I don't know what kind of company, but I had very soft hair from him), a set of various teas, instant coffee, cream, 4 bottles of water, a kettle, a mug with a spoon, a refrigerator. There is a clothesline in the tub for drying clothes. There was not enough brush in the toilet at some points. It was very unusual that there was no package in the trash basket in the room, it seems to me that it would have simplified the work of the staff. Well, to be honest, there was not enough outlet near the beds. There were 3 sockets: near the kettle, and 2 in the table. Charging turned out to be universal, an adapter was not needed in this hotel. Very nice guys who cleaned the rooms on our floor, they even folded our pajamas🥰 There was no theft. Everything was always in place. We also had breakfast and dinner. But if you are going on an excursion, then at the reception you could ask to replace dinner with lunch. The food is varied and very tasty. At the bar, you could ask for a soda with ice. There was also tea, coffee, juices. There were queues, but this is normal, they still want to sit in comfort, and not look for places with a plate in their hands. The hotel is located close to the metro, and to the Museum of the Future. Very friendly staff. And a very multinational hotel. They took only the tourist tax. I was very pleased with the hotel! And I also really liked their fragrance in the hotel, a pleasant oriental🥰

Great hotel! We're thrilled. Near the metro. Across the street is a huge hypermarket. Near the metro station. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Polite staff, daily room cleaning. Everything is there from the ironing board and iron, including a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator. The food is wonderful, everything is there, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, juices. Towels with a beach bag are given out every day. The bus takes you to the beach. We liked everything very much, we will come back again.
