The service is good. The staff is responsive. The location is quite convenient, the metro is just around the corner, you can even walk to the Dubai Mall. The food is super, for every taste. The rooms are good, there is one thing, but if you smoke (not cigarettes), and you were given a smoking room (they asked us at the reception what number you need), then be prepared for the fact that the room stinks of cigarettes, on the second day it wears off and you get used to it, the rest of the days there is practically no smell.

It was the best vacation. The hotel is perfectly located, everything is within walking distance. The Museum of the Future is visible from the window. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa 10-15 minutes on foot. The staff is polite. It's really hard to get used to the air temperature. Plus there's a lot of humidity.

This is not a 4-star hotel, but all 6!!! Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, took an all-inclusive tour. The service and staff are excellent! They are very attentive and courteous. We lived on the 21st floor, the view from the window is excellent. Especially at night, when everything is illuminated. I will definitely come back here again.

The room service is decent. The staff is friendly and always helps in solving any issues. Location in the center of Dubai. The food is delicious. The rooms are large, with a view of the city. The inside of the hotel is clean. The pool is located on the 6th floor in an adjacent building. The beach is far away, 25 minutes by transfer from the hotel 4 times a day. A decent hotel!

Excellent comfortable clean hotel, rooms, staff. It's great for a tourist holiday. Near all the sights, metro. The food is good. Small queues for breakfast at 9-10 o'clock, but it's everywhere) We took more dinners. Food: always vegetables (fresh, steamed), a couple of fruits, flour products, bread, different types of rice (including steamed). Meat, fish, seafood. The cook prepares pasta for dinners, different egg dishes + waffles for breakfast.

We rested at this hotel in March 2023, everything is super, the hotel staff is above all praise, everything is very organized. The location is very convenient - one metro stop to Burj Khalifa, 5 minutes walk to the Museum of the future. The tour included breakfast and dinner, the food was varied, delicious, the waiters were great. A bus takes you to the beach from the hotel 4 times a day every two hours. Everything is super ! I paid for the sights with a pyypl card, there are 2% commissions, but taking into account the favorable exchange rate when buying dollars on p2p binance, which is better than banks offer by more than 5% benefit, it turned out well. Good location. Cleaning at a height. The rest wants the best. We booked a table in the restaurant two days in advance, confirmed, everything is OK. An hour before the appointed time, they call and say "There are no free seats." I ask if it is possible to come back later or somehow solve the problem, and the only thing they offered was to go to another restaurant. The food is fresh, but monotonous. In the morning, it is impossible to get to the pool, there are not enough sunbeds. The shuttle that takes people to the beach is always packed, so it's better to take a taxi.

Of the minuses: the buffet is small and monotonous, the pool is more like a children's pool and go to it across the street (located on the roof of the parking lot), the hotel and rooms are cold, there is no balcony and the linen dries for a long time, the rooms are spacious but old renovation and little lighting. And the main inconvenience is that they settle in family rooms with an adjacent door in the room, the door is of course locked, but the neighbors can be heard sooo well and there is a sense of the presence of strangers in the room. It's not comfortable somehow.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2023. Nice room with everything you need: iron, kettle, slippers, bathrobe, in the bathroom there is shampoo, conditioner, body milk. Tea + coffee is updated daily, drinking water is included in the price. The pool is beautiful, transfer to the beach several times a day and to Dubai mall. To the metro 2 minutes on foot. Next to the hotel is the Museum of the future, entrance ticket is $ 65.

Excellent hotel, 1 metro stop to Dubai Mall/Burj Hallifa Station. The hotel is located a 2-minute walk to the metro station. The hotel is 30 floors, the breakfasts/ lunches/ dinners are great, the service is also at a height /4* and even higher! To La Mar beach, a bus runs from the hotel at 9/12/14/16 hours. The hotel provides a beach bag and towels for the beach. Great hotel/ and leisure/ and shopping / and travel!

Since the rooms are adjacent to the neighboring ones (there are doors to neighboring rooms right in the rooms), the audibility is very good. They were smoking in our room next door, it was impossible to stay in our room. We turned on the ventilation, it didn't help. They just left the room. The food was very disappointing. I haven't seen this before in 4*. Several times we got that in the only marmite with meat, like, goulash only gravy. More at all!!!! nothing from meat. When there is a meat dish, it is chicken in batter and telapiya in batter. We are currently on vacation at the hotel. During the four days of stay, we searched twice for a place to eat something on the street. From fruits, if you have time, you can grab melon, watermelon, oranges. We were lucky in different ways. The hotel was very disappointed. The only plus is close to the metro, the Museum of the Future, the Bursh Khalif tower. But, the metro is so developed here (tickets like our troika are valid for 5 years) you can get there from anywhere.
