Very welcoming and varying Hotel staff! They really take good care of guests! Special thanks to Victoria and her group! Always there to assist with anything you ever needed! We were traveling with a family and I have a toddler and it was our first trip after my little child was born. Was worried if I’m gonna struggle to travel but all went so well! Always recommend to family and friends!

I participated in the activities of exclusive sport club. Mr. Koksal, the manager of the sport club, took great care of us. He invited us to yoga master class event on Thursday. We did sunset yoga by the sea with a magnificent view. The next day I join Koksal’s spinning and Rabat a class. It was a very good lesson. We had training worthy of the quality of Rixos. I especially liked the sports activities. I would like to thank all the sport team here

Fabulous nature,the best service,the staff is attentive and polite,chic rooms,perfect cleanliness,very tasty food,the decoration of the dishes is fantastic, the beach is put in order daily and is also serviced by staff,drinks,cocktails,teas,fruits,nuts and many more things you can not list.In this hotel you feel protected, there is security everywhere, around the clock.Any issue is resolved immediately.A large group of animators for children, children are entertained from morning to evening by games,attractions, contests, aquagrim, drawing,crafts and much more.This is not the first time we have come and we remain satisfied.The coast is clean, the water is clear, rescuers are always ready for action and change every 3 hours.I just recommend a vacation for the whole family provided at the highest level.

A good Rixi kids club. An excellent children's water park and various creative areas. Unlike the Turkish Rixos, everything is compact, close to the main pools (which I consider a plus). The kitchen is on top, there is enough of everything. Baklava is always so delicious 👍🏻 The service in the restaurants is good 👌🏻
The room cleaning is stable, the staff is attentive. Especially when we finally changed the money and I was able to leave a tip, so in general they organized a bath with roses - it was very nice. Christmas greetings and sweets 👍🏻
Some points: you have to be careful in a la carte restaurants. Restaurants are positioned as free, as an addition to the main ones, by appointment. We signed up for one, ate, and only at the end of dinner it turned out that some of the ordered dishes were paid. The money is deducted from the deposit, which is taken upon check-in.
The main restaurants are tasty and filled enough that there is no need to overpay for others.

Cool 5-star Ultra all inclusive hotel
- Everything is beautiful, naturally clean, a compliment to the room, polite staff (this is taken for granted in such hotels)
- You can eat / drink around the clock, the food is delicious, the choice is quite large, good alcohol + fresh fruits are given outside
- The view from the room is amazing
- The hotel has several pools with an entertainment program, there is a fitness room

At first we doubted because of the stagnant water, but it turned out to be a huge plus, clean, not cold and safe for children👍🏼 restaurants, many local places to relax, with and without children, cool night sports bar/club, cocktails, all kinds of snacks, everything is just perfect! This is an ideal hotel for fans of the ultra all system, which you will not find in Dubai during the day with fire. A huge green area with recreation areas for every taste. The rooms will need a "reboot" soon - only they give out that the hotel is not new - but it is not critical yet. The food is on the level, the location on the palm tree is ideal to get from/to the airport, to malls and on excursions. We visited in December 2023, took a large family room with a living room, two bedrooms and a huge terrace. The service is 3 stars, no more, you can not pour drinks yourself in the restaurant, while you often had to wait a lot of time for the waiter, you could already eat all the food and still not wait for the drink, which greatly worsened the feeling, especially if you are with children. This was complained about repeatedly, no changes occurred, such a situation arose daily, sometimes even several times a day. Once an alcoholic mojito was brought to the son of 12 years old, well, he immediately realized that something was wrong with the cocktail, and he was the only one at the table who took the cocktail, ordered it himself from the waiter and received it from him. On the third day of arrival, a chair broke on the terrace of our room (the legs rotted/rusted), literally broke into two parts right under the person! And then the most interesting thing is, during the week of arrival and after DAILY requests for its replacement at the reception, no one replaced it for us! But at the same time, every second manager constantly asks if everything is fine with you? But it's useless to complain, we did it after every such question and absolutely nothing has changed! For comparison, in Rixos Saadiyad in Abu Dhabi you will never meet such a thing, we have been there and we will return there again. And we do not recommend Rixos on a Palm Tree to Dubai to anyone, a lot of wasted money!

Pros: beach, helpful staff, delicious food, unlimited drinks, fruits, many locations to sit just to drink tea, ideal with children, swimming pool, children's area, children are loved, many staff speak Russian.
Cons: the hotel is frankly tired, in places it is unsightly, something was constantly repaired with us, a couple of times it smelled strongly of paint, they brought an old blanket in a torn duvet cover, of course they apologized, but it was not pleasant. The pools are closed in the evening, there's not much to do.
In general, I recommend the hotel.

A wonderful hotel, located ~ an hour's drive from Dubai Airport on the Palm Jumeirah. It's perfect for a family holiday, but if you like discos and parties in the evening, then the hotel does not have them. The ala-kart restaurants are great, especially the Bodrum restaurant, all the dishes were very tasty. We used to visit Rixos Sangate hotels (several times) in Turkey, Rixos Royal Astana, but this hotel spoiled all the good impressions about this hotel chain for us. The food, to put it mildly, is not very good, namely, for dinner and lunch, you can order grilled meat (ELECTRIC GRILL) - constantly burned, in carbon deposits from an unwashed grill. Fish is the same - not only is it not tasty, it is also harmful to health.We haven't seen any fresh seafood in 9 days, although the sea is outside the window. The turkey is old and rancid. The bread is not fresh.
The gym, to put it mildly, is not very well equipped (there are no barbells and racks for bench presses and squats), small, 40m2 maximum. There are no barbells, etc., only dumbbells and exercise equipment. Outdoor gym made of wood - only in the picture, in fact there is no barbell, dumbbells, punching bag,(bars , horizontal bar and all) all this in the sun at 50 degrees of heat. Riding on boots is not the case. schedule of activities- try to find it. Compared to rixos, sangate is nothing at all.
In general, we went to this hotel just because of the children's club, it turned out that the children were kicked out at lunch and everyone went to lunch, or we could take turns to eat. So the cots in the pictures are just a photo, do not hope....
It is impossible to swim in the sea day or night - the water is hot and dirty, since this is not an open sea, but an artificial backwater, do not expect that you will swim in a clean, cool sea - the sea is just terribly hot and very it's dirty, and it's not the open sea, but a backwater- a shallow, hot puddle!

Steak house (cafe) - 60m2, disgusting place, brought rib eye(USA)- 60% fat, not very cooking; the second type of steak *rib eye AUSTRALIA*-not at all *rib eye*, ordinary dry hard beef; children's burgers one mayonnaise and generally not tasty - the children refused to eat. After the meat was brought, exactly 5 minutes later, a guy came to pick up the plates, we just started eating, it was very insulting. We leave, after that they offered to feed us again, put us at a normal table, and not at the entrance, also treat us to dessert - it's a SHAME, they can't even apologize properly for their joints!
Delmar Restaurant(cafe)(fish)40m2 - normal shrimp in oil, squid rings and salmon steak, you are greeted at the reception by an unpleasant, arrogant, ill-mannered man.
The Italian restaurant is the best here, delicious lamb, beef ribs, corpacho, 300m2, good service, pleasant atmosphere, live music - the only good place in this hotel.
Let's take a transfer to the water park (admission is included in the price) * Atlantis* is old and incredibly expensive. a can of cola is about 1000 rubles., a locker in the locker room is 1800 rubles. - small, large is more expensive. a regular hamburger of 2300 rubles., the heat is 45 in the shade, eventually overheated. There is also a sauna with a hot pool (that is, you leave the bathhouse and - just a joke, it works until 9.00p.m.
the only place in this hotel that works after 11.00p.m. is a smoky beer bar with paid billiards (one pool table), low-grade musicians and disgusting sound quality; plus one small cafe with sweets and rolls, just right to eat at night.
There's nothing to do in the evenings at all!
There are no entertainment or show programs.
Children are not in a fairy tale, we are not in paradise.
My score is 1 point out of 5. The hotel is not even close to the Turkish *four*.
The air conditioner is not regulated, as a result, my youngest son and I had blown ears. They called a doctor who doesn't understand anything at all. I had to go to the devil knows where to get drops and pills. a taxi costs 2.5 times more than in Moscow.
Resume: this was the first and last time we came to this place and specifically to this hotel. money is wasted. The vacation is ruined. And in general, I do not recommend Dubai for a vacation to anyone, and even more so with children, the unbearable heat both day and night. The sea is really hot, dirty, muddy and very salty. There is no nature. The prices are cosmic, more expensive than in America - it's definitely not worth it.

There were no declared steaks and seafood in our check-in. The evening ala-kart "Steak House" corrected the situation, steaks - fire! A large selection of sweets, cakes, etc..Alcoholic beverages are of high quality, everything is branded, there are only 10 types of Budweiser beer, etc. It is impossible to drink strong spirits in the heat. Everything is in the assortment. A pool with cool water and a water bar, a signature cocktail..with passion fruit (I forgot the name), it was right by the way. There is nothing to do in the evening, the only thing you can do is sit in the lobby and drink tea with cakes, or outside in the heat in gazebos and drink cocktails, for example. By the way, we did not expect that the Arabs understand a lot about cocktails! "Blody Mary" is something that has never tasted better anywhere. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, but it is not functional in the heat. You can swim on the "Palm Tree" in the morning, then - not really, the water is hot. There is a transfer to the Dubai Mall and the Adventure Aqua Park. In general, everything is cool, civilized, rich. We rested at a summer discount in this hotel, we liked everything for this money.

A hotel that spoils the impression of one of the best chains.
The rooms are very tired, there is mold in the bathroom (which is no longer washed, even after several requests at the reception!), the walls are soaked with moisture from this there are divorces, which looks, honestly, very unpleasant, dirty curtains that were offered to be removed and given the next day after washing (washing such curtains is a monkey's work, they it 's time to scrap) , after changing the tulle , the blackout curtains were stained with something again . It's just an outrage. It feels like all the hotel staff are asking not to come back to them anymore.
The request to move us to another room was rejected, on the pretext that we could only consider the room worse!!!!! Although there is a new building on the territory of the hotel and there are really better rooms.
I would not like to understand , passing by the new building , that someone has a wonderful vacation under the name Rixos , and you have a non-drying bathroom and faded windows in your room .
Sea. The sea is terrible in this hotel, a net is stretched on the beach, which prevents algae from coming out of it, i.e. the water in the sea will always be green . It was the first time we saw such a green sea , at a depth closer to the nets , it looks like jelly. No one ever cleans the sea , nor do they wash the sunbeds . Everything is in the bird's remains of vital activity. There are also advantages, crabs from small to large can be found in algae. It looked a little exotic to us - we were afraid of unpleasant sensations, so we tried to avoid the algae zones. Swimming in the open sea behind a net, as we understood, is possible only in shallow water, if you start swimming away, the lifeguard is asked to go inside the net (it goes in a circle).
Meal. Everything is good for food , there is a small variety of dishes, there is a grill ( meat is fatty , very fried, for an amateur). I was disappointed with the cuts, which were blown up several times during the vacation, maybe a little bit. Waiters must be constantly caught that they have cleared the table or brought drinks.
When our vacation was coming to an end, they found a better room for us, due to the fact that repairs are starting in the room next to us. There was no choice, thank you for not leaving near the renovation, we thought ... At 8 a.m. the next day and the next day we enjoyed the sounds of the RENOVATION of the HOTEL! Once again, we were convinced that we were not welcome here. On the penultimate day, a gorgeous fruit table was set for us , but we had a busy day and did not have time to taste the fruits, in the morning they were safely taken away, partially scattering nuts around the room. After asking for them back , I was ignored. Thanks to the entire RIXOS PALM DUBAI team for the vacation after which I would like to leave such reviews. We were at Rixos The Palm Dubai 5* Hotel & Suites from March 9th to 18th, 2024, we were 5 adults and a daughter (2.5 years old). Since you can write books about Dubai itself and visit everything in one or two visits is simply impossible, I will not describe anything about the city and the places visited (in short, Dubai is excellent), but let's pay attention to the hotel, which has 95% of the wonderful advantages and 5% of the sad nuances.
1) Accommodation. My family and I lived in the Three Bedroom Family Suite (a room with three bedrooms and a living room) on the 5th floor (room 3513). I have visited many countries and many hotels, but a cozy room of more than 200m2, in which the whole family lived comfortably, in which there is really a lot of space and very beautiful is beyond praise. The room was admired, the view from the balcony....yes, this is not a balcony, this is a real loggia, perfect! 5+. Friends were vacationing with us (a married couple with two children) and they had a two-bedroom room without a living room, much smaller, but the feedback from friends on their room was also only positive, although without such surprise as we had. Many people write that the rooms need to be repaired – in general, this is probably true, but we were lucky and neither we nor our friends had such thoughts.
2) The staff. Here, again, it is simply excellent. A Rixos-level service and that says it all. Special thanks to Botakoz and Victoria (personal assistants). The girls worked in the "do more than the guest expects" format, it's nice! Example: a cabana (a large sunbed with a roof) was reserved for us for the entire rest period on the beach, which, at our request, was changed to the same one by the pool. And we didn't ask for this reservation, it exceeded expectations. When we lost one thing on the beach, we just texted the assistants and everything was found and brought to the room on the same day. The entire hotel staff smiles sincerely, and not with a stretch "because it's necessary." All the time spent at the hotel is spent in a pleasant friendly atmosphere. It's 5+
3) Beach, pool, water activities, etc. – without a single argument. It's just that everything is so good that friends have already decided to return here in September. We are generally inclined to the idea that when we go to Dubai again, we will come here again.
4) I especially wanted to draw attention to the managers (men in jackets) in the general restaurant. Whatever the question or preference, these gentlemen suddenly appeared and solved the issue instantly. This service is respected, especially considering that there were 10 of us together with friends, everyone has their own expectations and preferences and we are quite demanding of the service 😊
5) A la carte restaurants: We liked Toro Loco, a good restaurant. Bodrum on the beach is also pleasant. In general, it is worth a visit.
6) A gym on the beach, where everything is made of wood (all pancakes for barbells, dumbbells, etc.) – very cool!
7) Daytime animation – I personally did not visit, but all our people who went were very praised, so this issue is perfectly thought out at the hotel
8) And like the cherry on the cake – fresh fruits by the pool, on the beach, at the sun beds – they bring you everywhere or you can take delicious fruits yourself, from exotic to familiar, I would like to highlight this plus in a separate item, I really liked it!
Well, a fly in the ointment, those things that left an unpleasant aftertaste:
The main disadvantage that caused the whole family upset: the restaurant L'Olivo. Okay, whatever is not delicious there is not a problem, since you can always go to a shared restaurant and there will be a wonderful dinner. But what struck me was that the service in this restaurant was terrible! The waiter put all the dirty dishes on our table and it stood for 10 minutes (what is this anyway! 0_o), then the waiter took away the dirty dishes along with clean plates and did not bring new ones (no kidding, while 5 people had food, the other 5 sat without plates, without glasses and were at a loss)…It gets worse. The waiter scared the child for some reason, but at the remark he smiled and ran away 0_o. And to finally kill our evening, it turned out that behind the curtains in the restaurant (where there are panoramic windows) and usually either a convector in countries with cold climates, or just the floor ... there is a hole in this restaurant. I don't even know how to explain it. It's just that the child goes behind the curtain and falls through the hole with his feet. There are no signs that this is a dangerous place, just hidden behind a curtain. We have a child (at 2.5 years old, children do this) – he went behind the curtain and fell through this gap with his feet. It's clear what's next – tears, fright and a completely ruined evening. An adult can easily fall and break a leg there, a chair leg can fall through, anything. We kindly ask the hotel administration to pay attention to this issue, as this is not only wrong, but also simply dangerous.
You can also call the weak evening animation, which is almost non-existent in the hotel, a disadvantage. Many of those who came to the hotel in pairs or small companies (3-4 people) said that there was simply nothing to do at the hotel in the evening, except to drink at the bar. Actually, it's true, there is such a problem. It was easier for us, since there were 10 of us and we were comfortable and fun everywhere, especially since we spent most evenings traveling around the city and attractions, but if you are traveling with a small company, be prepared that after 19-20 hours, the hotel has only dinner and a bar. There were a couple of singing groups and one dancing animation, but of a very weak level, so in general we can assume that there is no evening animation at all.
That's the whole review. Decide for yourself, we decided for ourselves that we will definitely return.

I'll start by booking the hotel 3 months in advance. I indicated in advance that there should be a floor above and that the baby's bed should be closer to the elevator. Besides, I bought a seaview. As a result, we were given a room with a view of the park on the ground floor. We waited another hour for a crib for the baby. Since we were off the road, we were terribly tired and immediately went to bed. The next day they wanted to resolve the issue, but the proposed view was even worse. We were also checked in only at 3 o'clock.
The hotel positions itself as an all-inclusive. However, only food and drinks are included. All entertainment is paid. It costs from 2 to 5 thousand to draw for a child. For an hour) pour clay, too, 5000 rubles) and so on.
I didn't like the pool. The beach is not bad, but wow didn't happen either. You can only lie on regular sun beds for free) on beds for a fee.
The food is delicious, and so are the desserts. The alcohol is good. But my stomach still hurt. Although they ate a little bit.
During the eviction, they were not allowed to extend the check-out!!! They were evicted at 12 with a child. They tried to extend it for a fee, but there was no way either. From 12 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., they dragged along the street with a small child. They gave a voucher only for a free dinner)
The location of the hotel is also for an amateur. It takes only 20 minutes to drive along the palm tree alone and then there is a huge traffic jam. That is, it takes about an hour to get to the pier or Marina.
The second time there is no desire to go.

The hotel is good, the food is good and varied, I recommend taking everything inclusive, the first line, its own beach, a children's club, although small, but interesting, a lot of activity for children. It's a long way to Dubai Mall, take a taxi for about 30 minutes

We were very upset with this hotel, we had everything included, room 2+2, not only was the room just "tired" of the word at all, the smell there clearly leaves much to be desired, on the first day we did not even clean! There were ala carte restaurants that were included in the price, but we never managed to visit any of the 3! During the entire vacation , it was simply impossible to sign up there , further , the pools are cold, even the children's area where the slides and the pool are 60 cm, the water is just icy, well, the cherry on the cake was that the youngest daughter accidentally touched the lamp near the bed and it cracked, swung into the wall and the bottom crashed, after which we ourselves called the staff to fix everything, naturally realizing that they have to issue an invoice, but what kind of invoice they put up is something! 15.000!! For a lamp that costs 3,000 thousand maximum! At the same time, they do not have scheduled prices for property damage, it just goes out of their heads apparently, there was no Russian-speaking manager at the eviction to clarify the situation and the English-speaking manager simply shrugged at all my requests, and this is a 5-star hotel!

It was a little crowded by the pool, there was almost no one by the sea. A good restaurant, a variety of high-quality dishes, including strong drinks. It's a long way from Dubai itself, at the very end of the outer ring of the palm tree. But maybe it will be a blessing for someone.
