Very nice hotel. The receptionists are very professional.l, especially Vard. But it was a shock when the first day we went to have supper at 18:00 instead of 18 30, which was the misunderstanding of some communication or even we were mistaken, Ruku, one if the managers if the restaurant without apologies order us to go out of the restaurant and come at 18:30 . it should be noted that we were about to sit at the table with the plates in our hands. All was good except room at 3rd or 4th floor, because of night club at 2nd floor and outside terrace with loud music. Several nights were quite sleepless and terrible. If you travel with family you’d better get room as higher as possible.

We got a room on the 31st floor, with a gorgeous direct sea view and a balcony, the room itself is fresh, clean, everything you need is present. We cleaned every day, sometimes twice, for which I thank you very much. The staff is polite, friendly, and there are Russian speakers. We had breakfast included, it was quite varied, everything was delicious and decent, there were no queues, there were enough tables for everyone. The beach is two minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient, it is public, but there is always a place. On the 3rd floor you will be given a beach set, which includes: an umbrella, towels, mattresses and a beach bag. Sun beds on the beach are paid. There are many places near the hotel where you can have lunch/dinner. There are markets within walking distance where you can buy groceries and the metro is a 10-minute walk away, which is also very convenient. There were queues for the elevator, as one of the 4 elevators was broken and not working. Unfortunately, it was not repaired in 7 days, which sometimes meant that it had to stand for a long time. The hotel is located in an area where nightlife is quite vibrant, it can be noisy at times, but for us it was uncritical. In general, we liked it, I recommend you to visit.

AN EXQUISITE HOTEL IN A TOP LOCATION IN DUBAI! Beautiful, refined. Everything is very clean everywhere, everything glitters, sparkles... and smells delicious… The rooms are great! Very spacious, bright, cozy… Comfortable beds, snow-white linen and towels. In the room: bathrobes, slippers, excellent cosmetics, coffee machine. Doors open between the bedroom and the bathroom, which is very unusual and romantic if a couple is relaxing. We had a room on the 15th floor (I think). Both the sea and the Marina were visible from the balcony. In general, the location of the hotel is just a fire!!! This is the best place in Dubai. On the one hand, the sea is close by (5 minutes on foot), on the other the city… And not just a city, but Dubai Marina - shops, cafes, promenades. It's crowded and fun in the afternoon and evening. Go for a walk - I don't want to! Not far from the bus stop, Marina Mall is 10 minutes away by taxi. The beach in this area is also very beautiful! On one side there is a view of the Eye of Dubai (Ferris wheel), on the other side there is a view of Palm Jumeirah. The beach itself is long and wide. The surface is white sand with small shells. The water in the bay in this place is clear and clean. The entrance is shallow. In addition, the hotel provides a free beach kit: a bag with a sunbed (such as a mattress made of thick material), towels and an umbrella. Meals: we had breakfast + dinner. Everything is fine! Everything is very tasty! Freshly squeezed juices in the morning and delicious coffee, a set of cheeses with mold and additives: honey, nuts, jams… Well, the rest is classic: different types of eggs, vegetables, greens… I enjoyed the dinner too! In general, I highly recommend the hotel! Cool by all accounts!

We had a rest with my sister at the Sofitel Jumeirah hotel in October. The hotel is wonderful, the location is very good - 1st line. The beach is urban, public, but very clean, with lifeguards from morning to evening. But it was very unexpected that at 6 p.m., as soon as the sun goes below the horizon, rescuers drive everyone out of the water. And if someone doesn't come out, they take pictures, and then they probably get a fine. I think so. We haven't checked. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid on the beach, but we didn't need them, as the water in the bay was 32'. Now about the hotel: the location is great (on the promenade street). In the evening, you can walk, cafes, music, shops. The hotel itself is a standard 5-star. There is a polite Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they help with everything. Food: nothing special, everything is there, but without variety. We had half board. The seafood dishes were magical. Everything else is so-so. But for an amateur. The breakfasts are standard. There is a pool on the 3rd floor, a pool with a bar. We went once, but we weren't impressed. The rooms were cleaned well, linen and towels were changed every day, the bar was replenished, there was enough water and you could take extra. There is a late check-out service for a reasonable fee. Overall, I really liked it. I recommend it!

We had a rest from 09/22/2025 to 30.09.2025. My impressions were great! The hotel has a high level of service: attentive staff, cleaning, rooms, restaurant - everything fits. A swimming pool with sun beds and towels; the sea is nearby, towels are provided with sun beds. It's certainly very hot this time of year. The sea was 35 degrees on the first day of arrival, not ice, of course, but in the following days it was normal - relaxing water temperature. Dubai Marina area is bustling with life. By the way, my husband did not appreciate the feature of the room with a sliding bathroom wall. I went around grumbling for two days, what the hell is this?. The hotel was renovated in 2021, and the public areas, corridors, and rooms look fresh. Balconies, apparently, remained outside the renovation area. But it's not critical. The standard rooms have partial sea views, they are located "on the sides" of the building. Some of the rooms (Luxury category) have a frontal view of the beach, the Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel, the Bluewater Islands and the Palm Tree. There are also suites and rooms with access to the lounge, I have not been there. The view is good both in the afternoon and in the evening. It's a little noisy (JBR road is under the windows, where rental lambs and other colorful Ferraris roar with engines, plus a small amusement park makes sounds. The hotel provides meals in the breakfast format, as well as half and full board in the restaurant on the 3rd level (there is also a swimming pool). The food is quite decent, varied, and for dinner there is an opportunity to improve the standard dinner package with higher-level dishes, as well as alcohol (both in the form of special offers, a la 2 for the price of 1, and unlimited home items. The small (for a hotel with 400+ rooms) pool is quite cool (considering the heat, this is rather a plus), there are about 40 sun beds. It's not always possible to find a free day in the morning, but closer to lunch it's easier. There is a bar in the pool where you can have a snack (until 19-30), on the menu you will find borscht, shish kebab and even honey cake. The pool itself is open until 20-00. The situation with the beach is as follows, it is across the street and there are a number of shops, public. The hotel at the SPA provides a set (a folding umbrella, a folding sunbed and beach towels in a bag, see photo). With this set, you need to walk for 5 minutes in each direction. in the SPA (in the locker rooms) there is a sauna and hammam, a small gym, where there seems to be basic equipment (both strength and cardio), but if more than 3 people are engaged at the same time, it is no longer very convenient. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, Dubai Marina, so there is a place to walk, the metro is about 10 minutes on foot, although you can also take the tram. One of the disadvantages is traffic jams, during peak hours you can stand right outside the hotel for 20-30 minutes.

On one side there are many buildings under construction, on the other side there is a wasteland. Oh yes, I really liked the local waterfall in the pool, it's peaceful, wonderful, and the pool itself is beautiful. Cool water, clean. The water park is small for children. A French hotel chain, the hotel as a whole is of a fairly high segment, based on a combination of factors: location, service, service and comfort. A few words about JBR: this is a very controversial location from the point of view of a beach holiday, because you are relaxing in a city among skyscrapers. At the same time, the hotels that are actually on the first line with their own beach can be counted literally on the fingers. Therefore, the main array of hotels is located conditionally on the second line or along the channels of the Dubai Marina. You need to understand that the closer you aim to the sea in this location, the more confident the price tag you will pay becomes. Do not forget that the beach is shared, and starting from Friday to Sunday, a fairly large number of workers from Pakistan and India will be next to you on the beach. If you want a private beach where only you can, you can use the beach clubs, which are quite numerous here. The average entrance is between $70 and $100 per person. In short, this is a highly hyped and overrated tourist location, in which, in my opinion, it is enough to spend 3-4 days, just like on Palm Tree. On the one hand, it is beautiful here, there is something to see, a fairly large number of hotels, restaurants, various entertainment and water attractions for children and adults: skydiving over a Palm Tree — in general, everything is for tourists. So this is a beach vacation in the city. And, of course, the prices in all the restaurants in this location in the initially expensive Dubai need to be multiplied by two. About the hotel itself: this tower is 50 floors high, it feels like it was originally built as an apartment, but then it was bought out. Although this may not be the case, it's just my guess. However, all the neighboring towers are roughly similar in architecture; I would even say they are identical and belong to other fairly well-known hotels. The price for the hotel at the time of our stay and now, when I checked the prices, is in the upper price range: for two people they ask for breakfast and dinner from 30,000 rubles per day. We were for 25,000 rubles a day, but sometimes for 35,000 rubles. Frankly speaking, it's not cheap. The rooms are quite compact, but at the same time cozy and modern — I liked them. We had a small balcony; in general, this is enough. There are no complaints about the number. Bathrobes, water, etc. — everything is in place. Breakfasts are beyond praise: a huge amount of everything that is possible. There are many places where you can sit down: verandas, enclosed areas with and without air conditioning. In general, it all looks like a small show: many chefs prepare a variety of food of all possible kinds at different stations. Dinner looks modest relative to breakfast and, apparently, is not very popular, because there are not many people for dinner. Yes, there are quite a few normal passing positions, but the level is just OK. You need to understand that the entire hotel and all its infrastructure are located only in the tower. The hotel does not have any adjacent territories, so that small pool, saunas, hammam and everything else are located on one of the levels — in the same place as the restaurant. That is, there is nothing to do at the hotel except have breakfast, dive into a small pool, go to the sauna and have dinner before going to bed. Summary: I want to say that this is the case when you greatly overpay for the brand of the hotel and for the location. If you look at alternatives for similar money, then in Abu Dhabi the level will be much higher. This will be a normal first line without channels. So that you can understand for comparison: I saw Rixos at a price of 30-35 thousand rubles in Abu Dhabi for breakfast and dinner - and this is a completely different level.

There is a city beach nearby, the hotel provides all beach accessories, but you need to go to the beach and the beach itself is not the best - there are a lot of motorized watercraft diving, the sea is not the cleanest. I was a little upset that the breakfast at the hotel is only until 10:30 in the morning. And there are a lot of people at breakfast after 9 a.m. But the breakfasts themselves are delicious and varied. They cook a lot in front of you.

We rested here for two weeks, in general we liked everything, but there are nuances. There is a disco nearby, it can be noisy in the evenings, keep this in mind. The food in the restaurant is mostly spicy for European tastes, there are also many Indian dishes, it is hard for a Russian stomach to bear this) But the pasta and grill corners always work, so you won't stay hungry. On Saturdays, the festival has a sea of products, an abundance of delicious seafood and not only dishes. The chefs are good, the pastry chef is just great. If you take a room with access to the lounge, then you can eat there normally during the day at no extra charge. The hotel is not very convenient for families with young children: there are no normal children's beds, only folding soft playpens, which are not intended for sleeping at all, and a child over 6 months old should not be put there at all. There are no low beds or sides for the toddlers either. There was not much to eat for a 2.5-year-old child in the hotel, but at our request, the chefs were always ready to cook empty pasta or our buckwheat at no extra cost. Three for cleaning! In two weeks, no one wiped the dust in the room, and it was not cleaned on the lamps for 5 years, the balconies were not cleaned, they vacuumed so that it was painful to look at. They didn't wash the shower, for some unknown reason. Toys scattered on the floor were being vacuumed into a pile in the corner of the room. Clean towels were once waited for three days until they came to the reception to swear. This, of course, is unacceptable in 5 stars. But maybe it's just us who are so unlucky) In general, I repeat, the hotel is not bad, especially if the length of stay is not very long, most likely you will not notice anything incomprehensible)

A wonderful place! We've been back 3 times already. Beautiful rooms, interesting interior, the hotel itself is very beautiful and stylish, paintings and flowers everywhere. Excellent cuisine, excellent breakfasts. The staff is on top. The main feature is the pool on the roof of the third floor, where you can spend the whole day even in the fiercest heat.
