A good choice for a budget family vacation. The room has a kitchen and a washing machine. Breakfasts and dinners are the same all the time. The pool is small and of course weak. There is no point in spending time there, neither the beauties of Dubai, nor the scale for sunbathing and swimming. They cleaned it every day. Requests were fulfilled immediately (the adapter to the outlet was brought, but! there was one outlet under the table, they charged the phone in turn), several people from the staff speak Russian. There are buses to the beach and to the shopping center. Overall fine, but not wow. Usually. Last time, for the same money, there was a hotel with a magnificent view of the city and a rooftop pool

The rooms are spacious. There is everything for a comfortable stay. WiFi throughout the hotel.

We took a burning tour, it turned out very profitable 90 thousand for two with breakfast and dinner with a flight for 8 days. The hotel pulls on its stars) the location is good, 10 minutes to the metro, there are shops and food nearby. The room had a kitchenette, but it was kind of awkward that they didn't use it. The rooms are clean and quiet, although the mosque is not far away. The rooftop pool is small, but there was always enough space.
We took breakfast and dinner, everything is monotonous, as well as in other hotels of this category, but you can eat, sometimes it's just delicious. It's much more profitable than eating by yourself.

The hotel is good. The reception is mostly English-speaking hotel staff, but there is a man Serge - he speaks excellent Russian, I believe - works in shifts. They took a deposit of 200 dirhams from us, but this is a situation from the category of how you get there) for example, they did not take a deposit from friends, from the guests who came after us they took 300 drh. Also, when checking in, they paid a tax (fee) of about 175 dirhams for 7 days. 29 floors, on the roof there is a swimming pool - you can sunbathe and swim, there is also a reception - towels are given out; on the roof near the pool there are sun beds and a shower area, as well as a table for smokers. Since the flow of people is large, 5 or 6 elevators work properly and quickly. Towels, bed linen are changed in the room every day, they are washed, bathroom accessories and tea with coffee and sugar are added, as well as drinking water. The only thing I didn't have enough of that little dryer for things. The room had a washing machine and a kitchenette, a refrigerator, 2 electric forks, a huge pot, a frying pan, sets of spoons, forks, knives, a large knife and plates with mugs, a microwave oven and an electric kettle are attached to the kitchenette. The room is cool, as the central air conditioning system is working, but it can be adjusted (the sensor on the right on the wall as you enter the room, you will see it). There was also a TV, but we tried to turn it on - it didn't work for us, and we just scored on it) the bathroom is spacious, they give two large towels, one for feet and one for hands, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel and soap are also replenished. The bed is comfortable, warm and fresh at night. Breakfast: on the ground floor in the lobby according to the buffet system. I will not say that they are diverse, but everything is enough and everything is delicious: porridge with milk, omelet, scrambled eggs, bulgur, couscous, vegetables, fruits, watermelon, melons, cheese, olives, sausages, pancakes, pancakes, potatoes), bread of various types, cupcakes, croissants and toppings for them). Coffee, tea, juices, milk, water and so on and so on are all there. I can't find a photo of the room, unfortunately, but I have invested the rest.

IN PRINCIPLE, I RECOMMEND IT
We had a rest together with my son from January 27 to February 3, 2024. We booked and paid in advance. Arriving almost at midnight, it turned out that the room of our category with two separate beds, booked and paid in advance, was missing. We offered a room with one large bed. The next morning, promising to relocate. The room with one bed was nice, on the 26th floor. Everything would be fine, but the son is an adult and one blanket. Having asked for a second blanket at the reception, they brought a blanket (like a bedspread)… In the morning, as promised, they were moved to a room with two separate beds on the 3rd floor, above the restaurant with all the accompanying smells and sounds. But the room itself is good, after renovation, everything worked without complaints, they did not move, because they did not have the strength and time to collect the already laid out things, since the smells and sounds of the restaurant were not immediately caught. Moreover, the Windows overlooked the entrance of all taxis and transfers to the hotel. There is a kitchen, dishes, appliances, washing machine. The beds are comfortable, the linen is good, slippers in the room, bathrobes on request. For some reason, toothbrushes and toothpaste, everything else (even a shaving kit) are on request replenished. Tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water were always replenished, water was even more supplied than two bottles. The most important advantage of the hotel is its location. The metro red line "Dubai Internet City" is literally two houses away, inexpensive cafes (Royal Gate liked the most – the portions are large, the prices are normal) and supermarkets nearby. The staff is generally responsive, there is no Russian-speaking employee, they even communicated with my minimum of English normally. There is a transfer to the beach and to the store - they did not use it, because there was their own program, it would be cool to swim, it was windy all days and plus 24-26 maximum, water plus 22, it rained a couple of times! We were not looking for an exchanger, since we bought dirhams at home (very convenient!), check with banks for their availability and do not overpay for conversion. The rooftop pool is from 9 to 21, the water is not heated! About breakfast. Here it's a little weak for 4*, but in principle, everything is fresh, there has always been oatmeal porridge on water without sugar (that's just how I like it), eggs, there was nothing meat – soy sausage and sausages do not count. There is no soup, potatoes, rice or pasta are on the side. Watermelon is sweet, melon is not, oranges every other time. To summarize, I would like to return to this hotel again. I was just unlucky with the number.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the Internet City metro station, which is sooo convenient. The tekom district itself impresses with the presence of skyscrapers and lights))) near the hotel there are 3 supermarkets within walking distance from 3 sides, which is also very convenient. There is an exchanger in one of the zoopermarkets, which is also an advantage. In general, I want to come back here 😄😉😎

I bought a tour with a flight. I chose the hotel because of its location. We got an apartment with a kitchen, a washing machine, a microwave and a refrigerator. Apparently, the opening of the hotel was a long time ago and in some places in our room there were signs of wear, for example, baths. But... In general, the staff is very friendly, the entrance is beautiful, the pool is on the roof. The room had a large refrigerator, a kitchen with a stove, a kettle. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Considering that we only slept in the room, we were comfortable.

The studio is very small in size, the refrigerator did not fit in the hallway along with the kitchen corner, it stood against the wall in the room. However, it worked silently. The minimum required volume of dishes was present. The windows are small, it can be seen in the photo. The breakfasts are very good. The staff was very pleasant, they were always ready to help, cleaning the room every day (the room is very clean). I liked the location of the hotel, just 2-3 minutes walk to Dubai internet city metro station.

Flew home this morning. The hotel is a nice, cozy room. The furniture is not entirely new, but it is decent enough. The breakfasts are ordinary, you won't be hungry, but without frills. The hotel is conveniently located - the metro is close, there are several shops, cafes, a currency exchange office around. Everything seems to be fine, but......Room equipment (I'm writing about my own) - 2. Upon check-in, there was no microwave, dishes, kettle, iron, clothes hangers, adapters for sockets, shampoo and conditioner in the room. This is all what they write about when presenting this hotel. And the daily trips to the reception began with requests to bring something. To achieve the result, it was necessary to remind several times. When I asked the administrator how many towels are given out per person, they told me that one, I was very surprised. In a 4-star hotel?! I was even more surprised when on the penultimate day, late in the evening, we returned from a long excursion and found that the room was not cleaned. There are no clean towels in the room, no shampoo, no tea and coffee...... I really didn't want to go and ask again. Tired......If it doesn't bother you, come, everything else is fine. In Dubai for the third time. I am delighted with him, From the two previous hotels too, although one of them was 3 stars.

Stayed at this hotel in February 2023. We liked everything. The staff is friendly, everyone is trying to help. They asked for a higher room, they gave it on the top floor. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast is varied-boiled eggs, omelets, scramble, sausages, potatoes or spaghetti, porridge, vegetable salad, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, fresh pastries-I do not know what else should be on the breakfasts of those who wrote negative reviews. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, once they forgot to leave shower accessories, it's all solved, just ask. The hotel is very conveniently located -supermarkets, pharmacies, outdoor cafes where you can have lunch or dinner, and it's not just about fast food. The metro is 5 minutes away, the bus station too. We will surely stop here when returning to Dubai. There are also free transfers to different locations from the hotel. I recommend it.

The food at the local restaurant is great, the cuisine is excellent, there is no fault to find. But you need to clarify in advance what exactly is on the menu included in your ticket price, newcomers are being deceived and asked for additional payment, although it was possible to choose several other dishes on the menu and there is also a good "clearing" of goodies
