Recently returned from vacation March 2020. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the metro, the hotel itself is solid 4. The breakfast is varied, delicious. There is a transfer to 4 beaches. Cozy rooms, responsive staff. Many thanks to the hotel staff for a great stay!

We rested at this hotel in February 2023, for the first time in Dubai. Pros: the area is cool, everything is nearby, supermarkets are within walking distance there they bought ready-made food, a Pakistani cafe is relatively inexpensive, a mosque, a square, a very beautiful neighborhood, 2 stops to the Marina, and a little further away the center, fountains, etc. The breakfasts are delicious, there was no balcony in the room, they are cleaned every day, the room was an apartment. Cons: There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, and it's bad that there is no Russian-speaking employee at the reception, and they also took a deposit of 300 dirh, (6 thousand rubles) although the travel agency assured that the hotel does not take a deposit ((very strange ... (maybe only Russians pay a deposit), in general I recommend it!

Lived from 03.02.20. to 09.02.20. . I really liked the hotel. The staff is very responsive, the food is varied, there is little meat, but there was no special need for it. Mini apartment. We lived on the 26th floor, the view from the window is excellent. The call to prayer did not interfere at all.I didn't want to leave. I will try to come here again!

Very nice metro area, very close. The service is five, the food is so-so. The room is great, even without a balcony. The shuttle to the beach is taken last. Getting in can be problematic. But there is always an option - to go by bus or metro. In general, I liked it.

I liked everything, except for 2 moments. One day, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found no towels. They asked at the reception, after 10 minutes they brought us two large ones, i.e. without towels for hands and feet. They asked to bring the remaining ones, but they didn't bring that day, only a day later. The second point is that until the very last moment they could not find out the time of the transfer, although it may be the fault of TUI tour operators.
