It's a great hotel. Good location. Near the Internet City metro station. The room was on the 26th floor, so a beautiful view of Dubai at night is provided). I liked the hotel, I caught a good price, only $350 for 4 nights with breakfast, in my case the perfect value for money. The breakfast restaurant is too small, the food is for 4, the assortment is for 4, the pool is small and there are few sun beds, the room has everything you need, everything worked, the staff is smiling, the location is good. Stayed at this hotel in February 2023. We liked everything. The staff is friendly, everyone is trying to help. They asked for a higher room, they gave it on the top floor. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast is varied-boiled eggs, omelets, scramble, sausages, potatoes or spaghetti, porridge, vegetable salad, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, fresh pastries-I do not know what else should be on the breakfasts of those who wrote negative reviews. Cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, once they forgot to leave shower accessories, it's all solved, just ask. The hotel is very conveniently located -supermarkets, pharmacies, outdoor cafes where you can have lunch or dinner, and it's not just about fast food. The metro is 5 minutes away, the bus station too. We will surely stop here when returning to Dubai. There are also free transfers to different locations from the hotel. I recommend it.

But... don't rush to make your choice in his favor. From the first minute you will be given to understand that you cannot count on a warm welcome here. You will be told that the room is not ready yet, and you can count on the services of the hotel from 13.00. (I was refused breakfast). They will immediately offer to pay the tax and deposit in dirhams. They will refuse to take a deposit and tax in dollars. (At the same time, the hotel does not have a currency exchange office). And so, tired of the road (which took almost a day from my city to Dubai), leaving your suitcases at the hotel, you will go in search of an "exchanger". You will be told that the exchanger is located to the right of the hotel, not far away. And you, tired and hungry, will walk among the skyscrapers in search of a sign about a currency exchange point. As a result of a survey of passers-by, you will still find a gate through which you can walk across the courtyard to the playground. You will see a market, passing through which you can get to another courtyard, where the official currency exchange office is located. On my way back, I wandered among the skyscrapers before I found my hotel. After paying the tax and the deposit, I realized that this is not all my disappointments from this place of "REST". I always start choosing a hotel by asking if there is a free transfer to the beach. And I chose this hotel for the same reason. I wanted to go to the sea right away, but... it was not there! Transfer to the beach at the First Central Hotel Suites Std Apt starts from 14.10. I was given a transfer schedule to the beach and back. Three flights each way. However, as it turned out later, the transfer from the hotel, which leaves at 14.10, arrives at the beach at 15.30 (is the location of the hotel not close to the beach?). And he does not arrive at the beach, but in the Blue Water area, from where he will have to walk several kilometers over the bridge to the other shore. And there will be no three flights back, there will be one flight at 19.00. It's amazing what to do on the beach at these hours! It was not very pleasant to get out of the water in the evening of January (the wind was 34 meters per second). Sunbathing in the evening is also, as you know, not the time. But, as you know, I didn't get to the beach on the first day. I took a taxi and, to calm myself down from the "WELCOMING, WARM WELCOME", I went to Miracle Garden. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I went to dinner. I looked at the plates of sliced meat and was surprised, to put it mildly. Did you ask the waiters that there would be no more meat or fish? The menu was brought to me. I chose some kind of chicken dish (it looked like chicken giblets). The dish was on fire! My throat burned from the abundance of spices. Attempts to drink water caused an even greater burning sensation. She asked if she could order something else, change the dish. Naturally, I received a negative response. In the following days, I asked the waiters what they would recommend not to be too spicy. On the second day, towels were taken from the room. Not a single towel was brought in exchange. But the garbage was not removed from the trash cans, although one of the baskets was full. On my call, the towels were still brought, the garbage was promised to be removed the next day. There are probably 90 percent of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, and not a single Russian-speaking person from the person. So think about it, would you like to feel like an unexpected guest?

The service is good. The location is excellent - 5 minutes to the metro station, 5 minutes to the bus stop, near a supermarket, pharmacy, but far from the sea. The rooms are small with a kitchenette and a washing machine. The window opens - this is a very big plus. The staff is friendly and ready to help in everything. They clean every day very well. I don't understand the rave reviews. The only advantage of the hotel is its good location. That's all. The floors stink, the rooms are dirty, damp, and the water pressure is weak. The breakfasts are terrible, the fruits are rotten, the vegetables too, just pancakes. The 3-star hotel is a stretch. It's not worth the money.
