We rested at this hotel in February 2023, for the first time in Dubai. Pros: the area is cool, everything is nearby, supermarkets are within walking distance there they bought ready-made food, a Pakistani cafe is relatively inexpensive, a mosque, a square, a very beautiful neighborhood, 2 stops to the Marina, and a little further away the center, fountains, etc. The breakfasts are delicious, there was no balcony in the room, they are cleaned every day, the room was an apartment. Cons: There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, and it's bad that there is no Russian-speaking employee at the reception, and they also took a deposit of 300 dirh, (6 thousand rubles) although the travel agency assured that the hotel does not take a deposit ((very strange ... (maybe only Russians pay a deposit), in general I recommend it!

Rooms are cleaned daily, water, tea, coffee.The breakfasts are decent, the menu is varied. There is a park around the hotel, very comfortable. The metro is 5/10 minutes away and the bus stop is nearby. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, Daily buses for excursions and shopping leave the hotel.

The attitude of the hotel to visitors is completely consumer.
I was booking a tour for my parents and my ten-year-old son.
When the vacationers arrived at the hotel (18.11 at 12 a.m.) to check in, they were given a room with one large bed and a sofa (pictured) on which the child is invited to sleep. The description of the number says "add. a bed for children is mandatory and included when placing," the bed is just that sofa. At the same time, their children are considered to be up to 11 years old inclusive. After some proceedings, we had to pay for an additional place, "at a discount", transferring to rubles, about 12,500 thousand rubles, for 6 nights. Or there was an option for all three to sleep on the same bed, "it's big!"
In the morning I wrote to the tour operator through whom I booked the trip. It turned out that they had to move into a room of the same category, but not with a king-size bed, but with a regular 2-bedroom, plus a single. Such rooms were also available. The girl tried to solve the issue, wrote that we were provided with an "imposed" service, that we need to relocate and return the money. To which I received the answer: "All the conditions are met. The visitors themselves decided to pay for an extra seat. We will not return the money."
What to say. The mood was ruined. Customer orientation is not familiar.
The hotel would not recommend visiting with teenage children.
