Were in February 2022. The water in the pool is very cold. The location of the hotel is just perfect. We got to any place by taxi for a mere penny. The food at the local restaurant is great, the cuisine is excellent, there is no fault to find. But you need to clarify in advance what exactly is on the menu included in your ticket price, newcomers are being deceived and asked for additional payment, although it was possible to choose several other dishes on the menu and there is also a good "clearing" of goodies

Flew home this morning. The hotel is a nice, cozy room. The furniture is not entirely new, but it is decent enough. The breakfasts are ordinary, you won't be hungry, but without frills. The hotel is conveniently located - the metro is close, there are several shops, cafes, a currency exchange office around. Everything seems to be fine, but......Room equipment (I'm writing about my own) - 2. Upon check-in, there was no microwave, dishes, kettle, iron, clothes hangers, adapters for sockets, shampoo and conditioner in the room. This is all what they write about when presenting this hotel. And the daily trips to the reception began with requests to bring something. To achieve the result, it was necessary to remind several times. When I asked the administrator how many towels are given out per person, they told me that one, I was very surprised. In a 4-star hotel?! I was even more surprised when on the penultimate day, late in the evening, we returned from a long excursion and found that the room was not cleaned. There are no clean towels in the room, no shampoo, no tea and coffee...... I really didn't want to go and ask again. Tired......If it doesn't bother you, come, everything else is fine. In Dubai for the third time. I am delighted with him, From the two previous hotels too, although one of them was 3 stars.

The hotel is very cozy, without any special frills. Within walking distance from the metro. 30 floors, 5 elevators. On the top floor there is a spa and a swimming pool. The staff is impeccable. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception. From the receptionist to the cleaning lady, everyone speaks English fluently. Cleaning every day, with replacement of towels, replenishment of drinking water, tea bags, coffee, etc. Breakfast is traditional: porridge, rice, omelets, pancakes, croissants, fried sausages. I enjoyed breakfast. I recommend trying mango juice and watermelon) Only it was strange there was no tea, as I used to. They serve us very politely, with a smile. Very courteous. I've never seen a gloomy face at all. Please note that there is a bus stop right next to the hotel, just across the street, route 84 goes to the Marina. The fare is 3 dirhams. Who needs kite beach and La Mer, go to the subway, go to the other side of the crossing. There is a bus stop right at the exit. Route 88. Goes right past these places all along the coast. Very informative) Just don't plan these trips in the evening. Traffic jams and people coming from work on buses. Near the hotel there is a square, a sports ground, and a lot of shops and cafes. I stayed at this hotel in December 2019 - I really liked it! Firstly, the cleanliness of the room, towels are cleaned and changed daily. Polite staff-any question or problem is solved immediately. The room was equipped with a kitchenette.. very convenient! There are necessary utensils. Free shuttle service to the beach every day. I want to mention breakfast separately.. Delicious, varied + fruits. 10 minutes to the metro is convenient. I will advise my friends. Many thanks to the staff.!!!

The hotel provides free shuttle service to the sea and to various shopping centers！Arabic style hotels, beautiful! Including thanks to a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. Very helpful and friendly employee on the 30th floor, in the pool area and hamam. Thank him very much. For cleaning the room and serving in the dining room, too, five out of five. There is only one wish for the hotel: debug transfers to the beach. Often the bus comes to the hotel already filled. It is not convenient to travel with metro-bus transfers, it is expensive to take a taxi. It would be good if the bus went more often from the hotel directly to the beach, even for a fee. This is the only thing that created problems. Thank you for everything else, we will be glad to return to your hotel again!
