A wonderful hotel. Decent breakfasts, clean rooms, very attentive staff. Of the disadvantages, the service on the summer veranda is long. But overall, five out of five is unequivocal. I will definitely return there on my next trip.

I'm happy with everything. The reservation from the Russian website was successful, I was placed, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, everything is there. The street is quiet, sleeping with the window open was very comfortable, especially after a busy road, flight and business events. Breakfast is without frills, but everything is delicious and pleasant. I am satisfied, the price/quality ratio is super!

Although the price category is not cheap, but it's worth it. We were in a standard room, there is everything for comfortable accommodation. It is convenient that the room is zoned, while my husband was working, I was resting. The staff is friendly, cleanliness and anti-smoking measures are observed. The design of the room itself is also interesting, the furniture is comfortable. In general, I put a plus in the piggy bank of successful placements.

Upon arrival, the girl at the reception was not at all friendly. Breakfasts are quite normal, if you don't get to rush hour. The room is excellent, the view is simply incomparable, the audibility is very good (especially from the bath), breakfast was packed on request, water is brought to the room every day. I think the location is very convenient: the shopping center is nearby, the hotel is not located on the road, which makes it more cozy.

An ugly hotel. The doors in the room are wooden, the cracks are glowing, there is no sound insulation. The room is noisy. You can hear people talking in other rooms. They can be heard walking down the corridor. It is impossible to rest. You wake up several times during the night. It is IMPOSSIBLE to relax in this hotel. Double room - less than 15 sq.m. avoid it!!

To begin with, they forgot to send a transfer to the airport for me. Then, when I got there at one o'clock in the morning, they demanded a deposit, since I didn't have local money yet, I didn't have time to change it, then there was no way to pay. They demanded 10t rubles, gave 5t and demanded a receipt. Now about the room, I lived in the standard, in principle everything is not so bad, only the sheets are lovingly darned. The staff is hardly friendly.

The convenient location is a big plus. The breakfast is average in variety, but delicious, minus that the restaurant is on the 0 floor. The rooms are spacious (I had comfort), the furniture is not shabby. Towels and accessories are all there. Bathrobes are present. I was disappointed by the complete absence of not only shoe accessories, but a simple shoe spoon.

A normal hotel is close to the Almaty Arbat, everything in the room is as stated, except that the design is a little outdated. At breakfast, everyone can choose their own food to taste, the pressure in the soul is excellent. I had a room with a balcony, some kind of installation is constantly making noise under the balcony, which can create some discomfort. There is no water cooler. I would like to note the good work of the Almadi reception staff, this is a friendly and responsible employee.

I liked the hotel, perhaps in terms of price-quality one of the best places I have been in the last year. A standard room is enough to work comfortably and live comfortably. A good breakfast, a fairly high-quality buffet, so there is plenty to choose from. The staff is friendly enough, you can find out interesting places for an evening walk (they even drew a diagram for me). In general, next time I will stop here, I see no point in changing anything, since the quality is completely satisfied.
