Let's start with the rooms where I expected to immerse myself in comfort and luxury, but instead I felt the smell of dampness, as if I was in an underwater cave. The air conditioner, which was supposed to create an oasis of coolness, turned out to be not only noisy, but also impossible to make it quieter, depriving us of the opportunity to enjoy tranquility. Although this is after calling a technician who came into the room in dirty shoes.
Further, the problems only accumulated: in addition to the dampness, there was a smell of old linen in the room, which did not decorate our stay in any way.
Imagine my amazement when I opened the curtains and saw a construction grid in front of the window, spoiling the view of the mountains. It seemed that the windows had not only not been cleaned for a hundred years, but also served as a source of dust and dirt.
And what was my epiphany when I went to the spa, hoping for relaxation and peace! Instead, I was met by the rudest spa employee, who did not even offer towels, I had to beg for them from him myself.
What about the fitness bar? Unfortunately, there is none, and if you want to replenish your energy reserves after training, you will have to look for inspiration on another continent.
But the most terrible moment was breakfast, where I was greeted by a rotten chicken with an unpleasant smell. My appeal to the head waiter did not bring any apology, only indifference and an explanation that it was a mistake of the novice waiter.
