The hotel itself is not bad in terms of price/quality ratio. But with a Kazakh flavor, there are staff who are both pleasant and trained, as well as stupid and greedy. If something does not work in the room, no one does anything, does not repair it for years. I got a torn towel in the room, and they also made me pay for the damage! In general, if you are ready, if anything, to be bolder and respond in a boorish way, then do not be afraid. Breakfast and lunch are at a good level. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are quiet.

A very inconvenient hotel. While you take the elevator from the 10th floor, you can gather a bunch of people from each floor in turn and spend 5 minutes on just one descent. Meaningless and tasteless breakfasts of dishes more like dinner. The room was poorly cleaned. The audibility is terrible. WiFi works so-so.
On the plus side: spacious rooms, many amenities and useful things like a comb or toothbrush are already waiting in the room upon check-in. The bed is comfortable and clean.
