A disgusting roadside motel. It's not worth your money for a penny.
I chose this one from two hotels - with a swimming pool and a spa. The pool was closed, and we were fed "breakfast" all the time that it would open the next day. So they left without a pool.
The mini bar is empty. There's only ice on the walls of the freezer. The showers are dirty. The air conditioner does not work (in two rooms). The handle falls off the window. From-vra-ti-tel-no.
They didn't react to my review, I wrote three pages in vain. I demanded an administrator - he does not work, then he has a day off, then he eats, then poops, etc. and so on.
Come here? Never! Don't get fooled by airport advertisements and booking ratings.
The staff is disgusting. Liars and snobs.
Purity. On the last day, the cleaning was done only after the scandal.
The windows are dirty with someone's saliva.

I hate to write this, but even if you take a suite, you will be faced with the fact that without warning at 11.30 (check-out at 12.00) your card will be blocked. You will have to go down from the 11th floor to the 1st floor with a request to do something and the staff will not be able to activate the card the first time. You will go up and down again.
Do not despair!
Dirty glasses are also waiting for you in the breakfast area. They will have either seeds or something else on them. Since you did not expect this, the main thing is not to blunder and choke.
Take your slippers! You don't know when they will bring yours, maybe an hour after check-in, or maybe three. Along with the robes.
Don't count on the refrigerator - it doesn't work.
It is useless to call at the reception - the cable from the phone falls off.

I never thought that after settling into a not cheap hotel, I would have to fix the plumbing and wash the floors myself... the story of how the room was flooded with a non-working drain in the shower ...
It would seem that everything would take a bath, but there is no plug, and they could not provide it... after a difficult working day on a business trip, I wanted to relax most of all, but I only got tired.
The drain did not work and all the water instantly ran into the room, after a while taking a shower, I did not immediately notice that a pool had formed, what to do, where to run, call hz, stopped with towels as best I could ...
It turned out to be such an idea. I agree with other reviews that it has been necessary to invest money and fix everything for a long time.

The worst hotel experience. The sound insulation of the rooms is extremely poor. You can hear the neighbors talking and going to the toilet.
The rooms have carpet on the floor, which is not vacuumed during cleaning, unless you set it up yourself during cleaning. The maids are cleaning in a hurry. Apparently they save on staff.
The beds are not comfortable. The headboards with a solid frame are above the level of the pillows, which is why I added a couple of bumps to myself.
The bed linen is washed, in pellets.
The rooms were cold at the time of the stay (September). There are no batteries in the room. The doors to the rooms are scratched, as if there was a battle going on here.
No one checks the ashyk and body temperature at the entrance. Masks are not worn.
I do not recommend it.
