Everything ok except couple things: can’t open windows on the second floor, too much people at all amenities - not enough space; sound isolation is very poor: couldn’t properly sleep because of internal room a/c and somebody’s loudly celebrated events.

The hotel is fine overall. Careful and attentive staff across the place. I will specifically highlight an excellent job of a housekeeper who serviced our room for the most part of our stay (can't remember his name) and the concierge Malik. Breakfast buffet is nice, but does miss some premium options like smoked salmon, etc. We also had a couple of leaks in the bathroom - one upon the first day of arrival (got fixed quickly) and another one by the end of our stay. Another thing is shower. Not sure about other room categories, but the ones in a standard room category are designed in a way that allows for water go down on the floor if you are not careful enough while showering. So that was a bit annoying. One last thing. This hotel recognizes its guests' birthdays by presenting them with a nice birthday cake, which is great. However, the only issue is that this property does not actually keep track of guests' birthdays, so in order to make sure you or your friend gets this treat on their birthday is to approach the front desk and let them know about this occasion. And while it's probably not a big deal when you wanna let them know of someone's birthday, but it definitely feels awkward to go to the front desk and be like "it's my birthday today, do you guys do something from your behalf to make my day special", which was my case actually. I work in the hotel myself (albeit in a different country), but what we do to keep track of our guests' birthdays is quite straightforward - take their birthday info from passports upon their check in.

A hint for those who will go: The hotel is nice, solid, a little tired, no show-offs. We took breakfast - it is quite possible to find it for adults and children. We decided to order dinner for a couple of days before. The rooms are small, without a balcony, but the views are normal. We have two windows. For a child of 7 years old, an extra bed, very comfortable. We wanted to upgrade first, but all the rooms are the same, so there was no point in paying extra. Only if it's on a high floor. Derwandi is a very cool place nearby - delicious, expensive, large portions, super service, cozy. The Lebanese cafe by the beach is not very suitable for Russians, most likely there are no supermarkets nearby. There is a McDonald's within walking distance. Don't forget the socket adapter in the room :) The bathroom is cozy and beautiful - information for women, they will understand You can walk to the observation deck. Everything else is by taxi. One trip to Yandex. Go is ~ 1000₽. The beach is through an underpass, it's great, the Persian Gulf water is cold in January, but I swim. There are many different heated pools. The music and atmosphere are pleasant, no noise, calm and cozy.

A lovely hotel with a nice view! We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and were absolutely delighted. · Ideal location: on the Corniche embankment, near the business district. · Immaculate rooms: clean, spacious, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi. We had a vacation with friends at the end of September. I really liked the hotel. It's not new by itself, but the room has everything you need.Bathrobes are available on request.The staff was very helpful, they met any problem and fixed any problems. Great hotel, great cuisine, delicious and good menu, friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms, linen change every day, beach through the passage but not straining at all, pools available and a few more pleasant highlights, bay.. I have to rate the hotel for 3* for several reasons. 1) I was immediately upset by the view from the window. Then I'll attach a photo to make it clear. We tried to arrange a room change, the reception said that only tomorrow afternoon it would be possible with an additional payment. We didn't bother because we stopped for three days. They just didn't come to the window. 2) the mini bar is empty, there are no bathrobes. 3) Breakfasts deserve special attention! In our cheapest dining room, everything looks much more appetizing. At first glance, there is everything for breakfast, but the products on the distribution are the cheapest in appearance. Cheeses, sausage, yoghurts, nuts, dried fruits seem to have been bought at a discount. Apart from oatmeal and eggs, everything else was not trustworthy. Although the waiters offer coffee, it is also not possible to drink it, it is easier to drink it in the room from tea bags. The vegetables on the distribution look like they were chopped with an axe. There are a lot of people in the restaurant, we were lucky to pass right away, but then we saw a picture that there was a queue at the entrance. I describe the breakfasts in such detail so that there are no high expectations. For 5* kitchen for 3*. From the positive! A beach area across the street with two pools, a fitness center, and a cafe. Everything is fine there!

Well, the hotel has 5 points. Not for the numbers, they're ordinary. Not new, not old, ordinary. For example, in Al Raha, the rooms are more spacious and have balconies. Food? We took breakfasts and dinners. Breakfasts are normal, everything you need to eat. And here's dinner for three. The assortment is poor, the dishes are spicy, and most of them are not tasty. But! Everything changes when you come to the hotel's Beach Club (for guests only). It's just great. A huge beach on a wide water area, five pools (along with a small one for crawlers). Two restaurants, a cafe, two bars. The beach is open until sunset, pools until 20-00. There are always places (umbrellas and sun beds) on the beach and at the pools. By definition, there are no problems with places. If necessary, they will bring you an umbrella and put it on the beach. There is no such widespread bullying, when people run from their wounds to take up places with towels, and then they make a fuss. The hotel is practically in the center of the city and I believe it is one of the best urban (with the exception of the Garden) beach clubs. Although there are often waves on the beaches of Sadiyad. In short, the hotel's beach club is beyond praise.

Good location, within walking distance of marina mall. Good breakfasts. The beach club is the main advantage of this hotel. The room stock is tired, everything creaks, falls off. Laminate (or quartzvinyl) has bulged and you can get hurt / tear your socks when walking. The air conditioner is as low as an airplane turbine, it's impossible to sleep, and it's hot without it. In some places in the hotel, something is dripping from the ceiling, and it hasn't been fixed in 5 days (I'm adding this to the hotel's fatigue list). In general, it's good for your money.

I am also a fan of the members of the band Radisson, but the hotel in Abu Dhabi is a complete disappointment (( very tired, dirty, the windows have not been washed for many years. The breakfasts don't seem to be Radisson- there's nothing to eat. Modest and tasteless, sorry. The drain is clogged in the room; curtains are stuck; a strange dirty chair at the dressing table. And this is the executive category! The rooms are buzzing around the clock from the climate control units below. I don't open the windows if it's important to someone. On our dates, the hotel was completely full, but the public is not discerning, they are content with a dirty restaurant and a huge queue for breakfast. There is no question of any 5 stars!

We were with our family and took rooms with the all inclusive option. A couple of problems - the air conditioner was wildly noisy in the room, making it difficult to sleep. And the quality of the alcohol included is poor. I had to pay for the drinks separately. And the all-inclusive food at the pool cafe is half of the available menu, I got really tired of it in a week. Umbrellas and towels are free! But, but the water is paid, although we were not warned about this - and at the same time a 1l bottle costs 25 dirhams (in the store the exact same bottle cost 1.25 dirhams) we took 4 bottles and then the bar employee ran after us so that we paid 100 dirhams - 2800 rubles , for this water it is trash.. (( There is a restaurant on the beach, it is very romantic - on the day of our visit there was live music (French songs) and fireworks ! It was amazing! Also, there are water activities on the beach - we also took advantage of them! We also really liked the Ferrari trip to the island, where we watched fish with masks!! Overall, the hotel is very decent! Conveniently located- there are many attractions, cafes and shops nearby! There is an alcohol and grocery store within walking distance! The PRICE-quality ratio is consistent! I wholeheartedly recommend it for a visit!

This is the best hotel. good location and clean room. perfect living conditions! The service and the kitchen are excellent. The hotel staff are polite and attentive people, very pleasant. The bed is changed every other day, not a speck of dust. there are personal disposable supplies in the bathroom, replenished every day. They give you water, and if you ask, they'll give you bottled water in plastic. No slippers or bathrobes were found in the room upon arrival, but we asked for them and they brought everything to us. I read the reviews and prepared for the worst, but apparently we were lucky :) We booked the most common superior - two windows in the room, one with a sea view. The food is good, it's true that I've had enough for a week, but in general it's very decent - without fast food. Meat, seafood, fruits. The staff is as friendly as possible. The fatigue of the hotel is felt, although it seems that the room has recently been renovated, something is broken somewhere. The socket, the light bulb, the plug in the sink, etc. do not work.. You call, you say, they fix it The beach across the street is not very annoying. By distance, as through large areas of ordinary hotels. There are children's and adult pools. The beach is sandy, but with rocks and crabs (although they hide in the sand). Small fish can sometimes be seen in the water. Overall, I am completely satisfied. The price/quality definitely justifies itself. There is nothing for children : (the food is almost all insular, no play, etc. There is a small playground on the beach, which is not the most convenient. There is also a children's pool (it is good), but not a single small slide. There is a box of sand toys on the beach. But the sun beds on the first line are usually occupied in the morning, so keep an eye on the children only by sitting on a towel by the water.

When you book a 5-star hotel (having dozens of hotel visits in different countries), you can't help but have high expectations. But you definitely don't expect that in room 209, the grout between the tiles is coming off, there's a crack in the sink, and the tub is the size of a basin. The bathroom is so cramped that I took away from the hotel a souvenir in the form of a bruise from the door handle. The tunics are worn, the clothes dryer sags to the floor (in a budget hotel it stretches like a string), and the swimsuit has not dried overnight. You definitely don't expect the lid to fall off when pouring from the kettle and splashes of boiling water will fall on the child. The icing on the cake: the noise of the toilet flushing on the floor above is audible in the room, especially near the bed. Romance. 🤦‍♀️ The view from a dirty window (well, OK, I understand the sand, you can't wash the windows regularly) onto a slightly dirty roof with a slight accent on the city. Naturally, the view is more beautiful at night. Windows are blocked. Service and facilities: Slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes are available on request. It was not possible to connect the phone to the TV, only one of the Russian—language channels. They didn't find any music files. Water per day is 1 liter for two people, so we bought extra. We didn't take breakfast — we ate at the Marina Mall (it was more profitable that way). Cleaning was daily, there was almost no contact with the staff. The reception is working promptly, you can leave your luggage after check-out and continue walking around the city. Beach: There is a free passage to West Bay across the street — that's why we chose the hotel. I'll tell you about the beach itself separately. Generally: The hotel does not look expressive against the background of the surrounding skyscrapers. But perhaps the value of the hotel lies in its history. I liked the lobby (interesting works by photographers in black and white with views of Abu Dhabi , pleasant aroma). Is this hotel worth the money? In my opinion, no. Anyway, I didn't understand what I paid the money for. During my travels, there were two hotels about which the impression was "not a fountain", so this hotel took the honorable third place)))

Nice hotel! We were a family in my Premium Suite City View room. It has two rooms, which is important. Large full-size beds were brought for the children. The food was great, we rode a lot, so we didn't take everything all inclusive, but breakfast + dinner (lunch) turned out to be more than enough. Another snack bar was included in the price from 5.30 pm.
