I would like to especially praise the guys from the restaurant la terrace hotel Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi! Well done! They organize quickly and are very kind! The hotel is fine overall. Careful and attentive staff across the place. I will specifically highlight an excellent job of a housekeeper who serviced our room for the most part of our stay (can't remember his name) and the concierge Malik.
Breakfast buffet is nice, but does miss some premium options like smoked salmon, etc. We also had a couple of leaks in the bathroom - one upon the first day of arrival (got fixed quickly) and another one by the end of our stay. Another thing is shower. Not sure about other room categories, but the ones in a standard room category are designed in a way that allows for water go down on the floor if you are not careful enough while showering. So that was a bit annoying.
One last thing. This hotel recognizes its guests' birthdays by presenting them with a nice birthday cake, which is great. However, the only issue is that this property does not actually keep track of guests' birthdays, so in order to make sure you or your friend gets this treat on their birthday is to approach the front desk and let them know about this occasion. And while it's probably not a big deal when you wanna let them know of someone's birthday, but it definitely feels awkward to go to the front desk and be like "it's my birthday today, do you guys do something from your behalf to make my day special", which was my case actually.
I work in the hotel myself (albeit in a different country), but what we do to keep track of our guests' birthdays is quite straightforward - take their birthday info from passports upon their check in.

A great hotel! A wonderful vacation ) Polite staff. Check-in and check-out in 5 minutes) the room is very cozy and clean! Daily cleaning with a change of bed linen! All accessories were updated daily and drinking water was replenished every day) Quite a variety of breakfasts, lots of fruits and cheeses) there is an opportunity to have dinner for 100 dirhams per person, which we used 1 time, because it was just something - too much delicious food)))
The sea is close, the beach is clean, the sun beds are comfortable! Umbrellas and towels are free!
But, but the water is paid, although we were not warned about this - and at the same time a 1l bottle costs 25 dirhams (in the store the exact same bottle cost 1.25 dirhams) we took 4 bottles and then the bar employee ran after us so that we paid 100 dirhams - 2800 rubles , for this water it is trash.. ((
There is a restaurant on the beach, it is very romantic - on the day of our visit there was live music (French songs) and fireworks ! It was amazing!
Also, there are water activities on the beach - we also took advantage of them! We also really liked the Ferrari trip to the island, where we watched fish with masks!!
Overall, the hotel is very decent! Conveniently located- there are many attractions, cafes and shops nearby! There is an alcohol and grocery store within walking distance!
The PRICE-quality ratio is consistent! I wholeheartedly recommend it for a visit!

The hotel is amazing, it has everything for a better stay: excellent location, a gorgeous beach with soft sun loungers in good condition, clean new rooms, friendly and friendly staff. In general, I recommend the hotel. Radisson keeps the stamp. The reception staff speaks Russian. There is a connection number. We took breakfast, lunch, dinner- it was quite tasty, the drinks included apple, orange juice and water, coffee and tea in the morning, the rest for an additional fee. From the entrance of the hotel, an underground passage leads to a gorgeous beach, there are also swimming pools, spa, fitness, bar. If you come to the beach and walk, then the hotel is wonderful.

- good location, there are many places nearby where you can walk, the nearest mall is 15-20 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop nearby. The airport is about 30 minutes away by taxi.

Minuses:
- the hotel is very tired, it can be seen that it has been working for a long time.
-small windows in the rooms
- there were nuances in the bathroom: the door did not close - you had to slam it with force, the handle from the faucet in the sink is located so that it closes all the time if you do not set the maximum water pressure.
-there are stains on the carpet and walls in the room
- the breakfasts are generally good, but rather monotonous: there are freshly squeezed juices, omelets and scrambled eggs are cooked. Not tasty pastries: croissants and buns (hard).
- there are few towels in the bathroom and no hooks for them (except for one in the shower)
- the beach and SPA are located across the street, which you need to go through an underground passage - 5-7 minutes. The territory is pretty and rather big compared to other hotels. The spa area is small, with a hammam and sauna. there is one shared Jacuzzi.

A good hotel, worthy to be chosen among the neighbors. It is a little different from the neighboring ones in that it is low-rise).
Breakfast is not very big and very monotonous - you try everything in a week and start in a circle). If your room has access to the lounge, that's great. From 17.30 to 19.30, you can eat and drink quite well (the choice is quite decent and sufficient).
They clean decently, respond tolerably well to requests, if you write to a chat, and then call, then they react immediately). The beach is very decent, as decent as possible for the city center, much better than in nearby Conrad and Bab Al Kasar.
The Marina Mall is just a 20-minute walk away. There are good, delicious restaurants on the beach, along the Corniche, including on the beach of the hotel.
In general, the hotel is pleasant, comfortable, without frills, somehow cozy.

We had a rest in the second week of April 2024. The hotel is where I stay on business trips. The usual network, comfortable, but no frills. There are a lot of guests, Europeans, Indians. On the first night, the children and I were accommodated in rooms at different ends of the third floor - there are no rooms for which we paid. The third floor is tired, old renovation. The next day, after a small scandal, they moved to the seventh floor in two rooms connected by a door. These rooms were newly renovated. There is a queue at the restaurant to enter if you arrive late. BUT: the hotel has a great beach with an aqua zone, it is convenient, the children are delighted. The beach compensated for the rest of the inconveniences.

We had a vacation with a girl in April last year. The hotel is renovated, the rooms are fresh and clean. Another advantage is the location, located near the Mall.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. If you are considering it, I sincerely do not recommend it to you. This is not the first time we have been vacationing in the Emirates, we have lived in different locations, in different hotels, chain, themed and apartments. But I did not expect this from a well-known grid.
The hotel is very tired, very! And who writes that the hotel is fresh, I have a question for them-where did they rest before?!
There are no hooks for hand towels in the bathroom, one on the door and that's it. There were three of us, two adults and a child-a set of shower gel/shampoo and so on, for one person. There has already been cleaning twice, but every day, they did not replenish it, the dirt was lying at the door, obviously not from us, and it lies there.
But the wildest thing for us is the queue at the restaurant, it is small and cannot cover all people. I haven't seen this anywhere else. If you are vacationing in Turkey and Egypt, it is probably customary. But not in Abu Dhabi, komon guys!!!! Once we were in Turkey and there was a queue, but it was in front of the closed doors that people stood and waited for the restaurant to open and that was it.
There's a queue everywhere-for hot, for an omelet, for coffee.....

Plus of the hotel: the location, that's why we chose it. But the hotel does not match its stars. Our plane (FLY DUBAI) was detained for a day. At the hotel, we showed a certificate of flight delay and were promised that everything would be resolved, we would be settled and we would not pay for an unlived day. But the hotel manager came and the issue of paying for the first day was not decided in our favor. The bathroom door wouldn't close in the room (the latch was broken), the window was locked, but we insisted on opening it. When changing towels, they constantly forgot to put everything in (maybe they didn't count well). Three or four bottles of water were put in the room (it is unclear what it depended on). The bed linen was changed only after a reminder. I also had to insist on cleaning the floor. Slippers and bathrobes are available on request, there are no toothbrushes. The breakfasts and dinners are normal, the pastries are very tasteless. Happy birthday to the hotel " forgot" to congratulate. The beach across the street is free for hotel guests, and anyone can relax for money, they are also allowed to visit restaurants. The embankment on the water side is closed by various establishments . We do not recommend it.

We checked in on the eve of my birthday, two rooms, on the eighth and fifth floor, in the de luxe rooms, where the view from the window is on two sides , on the one hand a beautiful blue water space and on the other , a view of the city. There are two rooms in the room, a large wide bed, two people are good and there is a lot of space, it is fashionable for a child to lie down with a third, there is also a sofa, and in the second room there is a sofa. Two toilets, a bathtub and a shower. All personal hygiene supplies , a powerful hair dryer , huge snow - white towels and bathrobes , bed linen , white and crisp - how I love good comfortable disposable slippers , these are the right ones .
Also in the room there is an iron, an ironing board, wardrobes with an early number of clothes hangers.
There is a refrigerator and a kettle , drinking water , put in the room every day.
A beautiful smiling Salome receptionist works at the reception, speaks Russian fluently, for Russian-speaking visitors there is a huge plus, you can solve all issues related to your vacation, Salome responds to your questions and wishes.
In the morning, we just woke up and knocked on the door , I received a compliment from the hotel, happy birthday !
And the day started so well!
We went down for breakfast , my dear people gave me flowers 🌹( by the way, Salome helped me order flower delivery ) and the hotel team presented congratulations again at breakfast , a compliment - a cake with a candle and the whole team sang: "happy birthday"!
All the hotel visitors who came to breakfast sang "happy birthday" too. Wow!

The staff, all nice, smiling and trying to help you - at check-in they gave us the opportunity to check in two hours earlier. We changed our clothes and went for a walk.
There is a Russian-speaking specialist at the reception, who works, in my opinion, from 9:00 to 17:00. There is a separate travel manager, offers excursions , and part of our company went on safari in the desert and were very satisfied.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, with a delicious aroma in the rooms - additional aromatization of the air and this is also pleasant.
There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers , we realized this when we passed through the floor .
You have your own beach at the hotel, go down, cross the road through the underpass and you are already at the reception of the beach. You will be registered, your hand will be marked with a bracelet, you will be given a ticket for towels ( they are huge , though) and you will be allowed through the turnstile.
Two, or maybe more, swimming pools, well-groomed beautiful territory , there are sun beds near the water, which is of an incredible color . Entertainment on the shore . There is a cafe and there is a lounge bar, cocktails by Arab standards, well, as if everyone would appreciate it for themselves. The main thing is that everything is there for a comfortable stay, friends!
And my dissonance is somehow quite unusual, you are swimming in a pool, next to the sea, water, even if it is the Persian Gulf, and you see beautiful high-rise buildings above you. Well, that 's it 🤷♀️
About the food also - a delicious breakfast - a full buffet, - everything is delicious, I will list the dishes and so on, "kitchen" - delicious food for a variety of preferences.

Slides and a children's playground are also closed on the beach in summer/autumn 2023.
The beach area itself is also old, life-worn lay, but neat, well-groomed.
