I recommend the hotel, it's very good. There is a Russian-speaking employee, but she is not always at the reception. We checked in as soon as we arrived at 13:30. I paid the tour tax in dirhams, I bought it in advance in Moscow. For 5 nights ~77 UAH. There are exchangers in shopping malls, I haven't seen them nearby, but maybe there are too. You can exchange large sums of money at the reception. (The remaining dirhams can then be spent in dutifrey).
The room is nice, it's comfortable to sleep in. Our socket fits, even though there are three holes, there is a USB connector, you can charge your phone directly. There is a refrigerator, a hair dryer, one Russian channel on channel 33, not the best. When checking out at 12, the rest of the time you can use the pools, shower, there is a room with sofas and a coffee machine and a toilet on the 2nd floor.
In winter, the room is a little cool in the evenings, you can ask for a blanket by pressing 0.

We stayed at this hotel in March. The hotel is very good, price-quality. Of the advantages, of course, the location: bus (8 went by Kite), tram (3 stops and you're on the Marina), metro - Red line -all within walking distance (7-10 minutes). The monorail to Palma is 10-15 minutes away. There is a sitting area on the second floor, there is a microwave and a coffee machine (but for some reason it did not work). The four-bed rooms, of course, were not very freshly furnished, but the mattresses on our beds were as new and comfortable, the blankets were airy, and we slept like babies. For those who like to hang out, 3 beech claba is within walking distance. Personally, I really liked the hotel, however, like Dubai, I recommend the hotel.

During these New Year's holidays, the prices there were so biting that I considered a hotel in the Media City area and did not regret it. The location is great - it takes 5 minutes to walk to the tram stop (the fare is 3 degrees one way), after three stops you are in the beach area, and 7 minutes to walk along the American University to the subway. There were a lot of people in the Marina this year, and believe me, it's much more pleasant to live in a peaceful place than in a crowd of tourists from all over the world. There is a wonderful park near the hotel, a lake and even parrots live on palm trees. There are two tram stops to Palma and you change to the monorail. The area is green and houses offices of world-renowned companies. For a non-hot stay in the UAE, the hotel is 100% suitable, but if the purpose of the trip is a beach holiday, definitely NOT. Tk it takes n - amount of time to get to all the beaches. Now about the hotel itself. The hotel charges a tourist fee, keep this in mind, immediately upon registration. The rooms are spacious, clean, the cleaning is at the proper level, all accessories are present in the bathroom, you do not need to bring anything with you. A bathrobe and slippers are provided on request. The window opens in the room, this is super important out of season, it is not necessary to turn on the air conditioner, but an influx of fresh air is necessary. Usually, the windows in hotels don't open. The hotel itself consists of two buildings with a transition from one to the other, there are two swimming pools on the 2nd and 8th floors. That's the problem with them. Is the water heated , as they say ? We complained that the water was cold, but it didn't lead to anything, we couldn't swim at all. Moreover, there is no sun on the 2nd floor near the pool, either, from the word at all, if it is very hot, then it is normal in the shade, but for January this year it is NOT very high from +23C. There was always sun near the pool on the 8th floor, but it only turned out to sunbathe. That was a big disadvantage, maybe you'll be lucky with the temperature of the pool water. During breakfast, small queues accumulated in the elevators. In elevators, you need to attach a room card so that it starts moving.
The hotel has 2 pools - on the 2nd floor and on the 8th. Both are quite cold, although one has declared heating (it is there, but weak). A towel is provided in the pool area, where you can also ask for a sauna to be heated (it is heated only on request). The pools themselves are small, the one on the 8th floor is 1.8 meters deep. There are sun beds. There is a gym.
There is free WiFi throughout, and the connection was good.
Number (341). The room size is average, even rather small. View from the window of the American University. The furniture was tired, but not falling apart - everything was functioning. There is no balcony. The window opens for ventilation. There are blinds and sliding panels. There is no noise from the street. Sockets - half are suitable for Russian plugs, half are not. There are USB sockets, but they only work if you turn on the switch next to them. The water pressure is good, but the plumbing, in general, is tired - the drain button on the toilet bowl " stuck sometimes, the water from the shower " leaked.
The air conditioner did not respond to the remote control, which made the room very cold . I had to ask him to turn it off. The light in the room is warm, even yellow, dim. There is a kettle, refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, TV, safe, a bunch of hangers. Coffee , several types of tea, and sugar are left every day after cleaning. Water is poured into a glass bottle, but not always. There were no complaints about the quality of cleaning. Slippers and a bathrobe are provided on request.
Breakfast items. Everything was delicious and varied enough. The cook prepares two types of eggs - an omelet and a glaze (there are always small queues for it), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, there are cuts of meat, fish, bacon, several types of nuts, all kinds of cereals and muesli, yoghurts for making granola. Pastries, waffles, pancakes, and a can of nutella that always runs out quickly. There is honey in the honeycomb. Slicing vegetables, cheeses, bread for the toaster. Hash Browns. There are several coffee machines. Fruits: watermelons 🍉 melon 🍈 , pineapple 🍍 , bananas 🍌 , pear 🍐 , apples 🍎 . Four types of juices plus smoothies and freshly squeezed juices (carrot and pineapple). The staff does not forbid taking fruits with them. Around 9:30 a.m., a queue builds up, and employees are allowed into the room as tables are cleared, of which there are not so many.
Location. Within walking distance of the metro , tram stop, monorail, Dubai Marina, Carrefour supermarket, pharmacies, McDonalds, restaurants on the waterfront.
The beach is very far away if you walk and even take into account the movement by tram.

The hotel is not new, but the location is very good! Near Dubai Marina there are 2 transport stops, you can walk, but somehow you can't walk in the heat! Also, there are only 6 stops from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. A nice hotel. It is very conveniently located relative to transport (metro, tram in 5-7 minutes walk). The Marina area is a 20-minute walk away. The breakfasts are very tasty, buffet style. They allow you to take some food with you. One of the disadvantages is the very tired furniture in the rooms, similar to the Soviet one. Also in our room there were very dirty glass windows facing the street, all covered in bird droppings. But that's how lucky you are.

The breakfasts are very tasty. There are a lot of things on the buffet. The staff is diligent and responsive. The room was cleaned every day. The location is good. There are several beautiful squares with lakes around. Round-the-clock Carrefour in the next block with skyscrapers. We had half board. For dinner, there are 2 dishes to choose from. It seems that it is not enough, but we always left full). The menu is changed every day, so you can try a salad with buratta, cannoli, and red fish with asparagus. They have 2 swimming pools. The one on the 8th floor is on the sunny side, and the one on the second floor is in the shade. We are completely satisfied with this hotel

A good hotel for a relaxing holiday. Good rooms, thorough cleaning, good Euro-breakfast buffet.
There are a couple of tiny pools, better than nothing.
It is well located - 16 minutes to the metro, about the same time to the tram. There is a Palm tree and a Marina nearby.
The beach is 30-40 minutes away.
Suitable for adult tourists or businessmen. It is not suitable for families with children who came "to the sea".

The hotel is good. Not the most modern, but excellent service, good location. The place is quiet and clean. The metro is 5-7 minutes away, the tram is 5 minutes, the sea is 20 minutes. The nearest beach is not very good, but there is a cool pool. The breakfasts are excellent. Only there is no cafe. I didn't manage to have a snack in the evening. And so I liked everything.
