We stayed at this hotel in March. The hotel is very good, price-quality. I was very pleased that we checked in immediately, we didn't have to wait for 3 p.m., and we arrived at 8 a.m. We were escorted to the room, the suitcases were carried, the breakfasts were good, there are fruits, a variety of pastries, freshly squeezed juices, even lightly salted red fish. Eggs are fried in any form, as you ask, even an icing, even an omelet with any addition, pepper, onion, cheese to choose from. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, but one (on the 2nd floor) did not work for some reason. The second pool is nice, deep, clean, towels are provided. The only bad thing was that the bar next to him wasn't working. Of the advantages, of course, the location: bus (8 went by Kite), tram (3 stops and you're on the Marina), metro - Red line -all within walking distance (7-10 minutes). The monorail to Palma is 10-15 minutes away. There is a sitting area on the second floor, there is a microwave and a coffee machine (but for some reason it did not work). The four-bed rooms, of course, were not very freshly furnished, but the mattresses on our beds were as new and comfortable, the blankets were airy, and we slept like babies. For those who like to hang out, 3 beech claba is within walking distance. Personally, I really liked the hotel, however, like Dubai, I recommend the hotel.

We visited this hotel from March 16 to March 22. A city hotel, but very comfortable to stay on vacation. Firstly, it's a great location for public transport, and secondly, the proximity to Dubai Marina (literally 10 minutes in a straight line... (Although when we were on this street it was renovated, but it didn't hurt to get through, only from the aesthetic side - it wasn't very nice))) They only took breakfasts, but there were many options for the breakfasts themselves. Yes, every morning is monotonous, but from a variety you can make up different options every morning. There are a lot of fruits, juices, and milk options. Coffee from the coffee machine, with the possibility to take it with you in a cup. The waiters are very polite. On the 2nd floor, in the passage between the main buildings, there is a microwave in which we heated food bought in supermarkets or brought in boxes from restaurants. Which is VERY convenient! Also on the second floor of the passage there are rooms with upholstered sofas where you can wait for the return transfer if you vacate the room at 12.. The check-in was standard, but if we (two friends) would have agreed to one, not two beds, we offered to check in immediately (around 9 a.m.), and so honestly they said that only at 14:00. We left our suitcases and went for a walk to the Marina. All the staff is very friendly and tries to help (including with our "broken English"))). The two girls at the reception, Zhanna and Nargiza, speak Russian. Thanks to them, especially Nargiza!!!! The hotel has two swimming pools, but not heated. It was not critical during our stay. The room has everything you need except dental and shaving supplies (soap, shampoo, hair balm, shower gel, body cream, shower cap, cotton swabs, discs). Bathrobes and slippers are provided upon request. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, ironing board, iron. Towels were changed every day, bed linen once every 3 days. The cleaning is good, it's fair! Or are we so lucky))) the room is on the 4th floor of the second building. A white thread fell from the robe on the floor, but she didn't pick it up to look at it...She wasn't there after cleaning! The guys really vacuum the carpet... Our numerous shoes (two women) were arranged in a row))) 1 liter of water for two is replenished daily. At around 12 o'clock at the reception there is water (with pieces of fruit), tea and small sweets, dates. There's also a popcorn machine, but we didn't take it. A good hotel for urban living and walking, within walking distance of the metro, tram, bus and monorail, which takes you to the Water Park, the fare is 30 dirhams round trip. The buffet breakfasts are varied and delicious, the lunches and dinners at the Cesto restaurant are excellent. 2 swimming pools on the 2nd and 8th floors for four. Not impressed. The location is great - it takes 5 minutes to walk to the tram stop (the fare is 3 degrees one way), after three stops you are in the beach area, and 7 minutes to walk along the American University to the subway. There were a lot of people in the Marina this year, and believe me, it's much more pleasant to live in a peaceful place than in a crowd of tourists from all over the world. There is a wonderful park near the hotel, a lake and even parrots live on palm trees. There are two tram stops to Palma and you change to the monorail. The area is green and houses offices of world-renowned companies. For a non-hot stay in the UAE, the hotel is 100% suitable, but if the purpose of the trip is a beach holiday, definitely NOT. Tk it takes n - amount of time to get to all the beaches. Now about the hotel itself. The hotel charges a tourist fee, keep this in mind, immediately upon registration. The rooms are spacious, clean, the cleaning is at the proper level, all accessories are present in the bathroom, you do not need to bring anything with you. A bathrobe and slippers are provided on request. The window opens in the room, this is super important out of season, it is not necessary to turn on the air conditioner, but an influx of fresh air is necessary. Usually, the windows in hotels don't open. The hotel itself consists of two buildings with a transition from one to the other, there are two swimming pools on the 2nd and 8th floors. That's the problem with them. Is the water heated , as they say ? We complained that the water was cold, but it didn't lead to anything, we couldn't swim at all. Moreover, there is no sun on the 2nd floor near the pool, either, from the word at all, if it is very hot, then it is normal in the shade, but for January this year it is NOT very high from +23C. There was always sun near the pool on the 8th floor, but it only turned out to sunbathe. That was a big disadvantage, maybe you'll be lucky with the temperature of the pool water. Within walking distance of the metro , tram stop, monorail, Dubai Marina, Carrefour supermarket, pharmacies, McDonalds, restaurants on the waterfront. The beach is very far away if you walk and even take into account the movement by tram. The nearest shopping mall is Dubai Marina Mall. It has a zero-level currency exchange and supermarket.

A great hotel worth the money. The breakfasts are great. I liked the design of the rooms and the hotel as a whole. Excellent location to the metro station, bus and tram stop in 10 minutes. The room is very quiet. A very good hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location (near the metro and tram), the only thing is that there is not much shopping center and supermarkets nearby. Two small pools, the one on the roof is for some reason very deep, 1.9 meters across the entire area. The breakfasts are very monotonous, the assortment does not change. It seems that there are European cheeses and red fish, but somehow I still walked in circles to choose what to eat.

The hotel earns its three stars. The rooms are shabby, but everything is bearable. I was pleasantly surprised by the bedding: a mattress, a blanket, pillows at the highest level!!! The view of the park is gorgeous. Russian Russians are not at the reception, there was one girl who spoke a little Russian, but not willingly. The transport interchange is excellent. The food is monotonous, but you can choose for sure.

Excellent hotel, good location, near the tram stop you can get to JBR beach, Dubai marina can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Nearby are macs, starbucks, supermarkets. I have been staying at this hotel since 05/06/25 The old rooms are very small, the breakfast is nothing special, there are cockroaches in the room, the refrigerator did not work, old, smelly towels in the pool. Everyone is running around and asking for a good review. Last year we stayed at the nearby media hotel. Everything was cool there. We decided to try a new high-rated hotel this year and regretted it.

It's a good hotel, but it's not the only thing...a very poorly functioning mini-bar with room temperature inside. We complained on the day of arrival, and only replaced it on the third day with a slightly better one. All the guests we met at breakfast have the same problems with the mini-bar, apparently some kind of system bug. The rest of the hotel is good.

The hotel is not new, but the location is very good! Near Dubai Marina there are 2 transport stops, you can walk, but somehow you can't walk in the heat! Also, there are only 6 stops from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The hotel is located among the offices of international technology companies and just in one of the courtyards of such companies, namely in the courtyard of the CNBC building there is a good food court with many cafes, a pleasant courtyard with singing birds and a fountain!
