Among the advantages: Proximity to media city, and Arenco tower, and good breakfasts. Of the cons : San.the nodes in the rooms are tired, in places with black mold. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. The pool is too small on the sunny side.
There are no shops, no exchangers, nothing within walking distance.

Very nice hotel for its price. We took breakfast and dinner (I highly recommend it). Breakfast: buffet, but dinners are portioned (a la carte), the menu changes every 2 days. Keep in mind that the hotel can buy lunches on the spot for 85 AED/per, so take advantage of this).
From the hotel it is 15 minutes to the free Barasty beach, 10 minutes to the tram, also to the metro.
There are 2 swimming pools on the 8th and 2nd floor.
Excellent wi-fi, there is a coworking on the 2nd floor.
Special thanks to our housekeeper Jhoana, who cleaned the room daily and was responsive.

The Russian-speaking staff at the reception are a man and a woman.
There are many more disadvantages :
It is unrealistically far to the sea, only by taxi or tram/bus in 1 hour drive. Beach towels are not provided.
The metro is also far away, at least 15 minutes on foot
The rooms are old, the furniture and plumbing have already worn out quite a lot
They clean well, but sometimes they forget to put water on, you have to ask for it several times, because they forget even after calling the reception 🤷♂️
Sockets are NOT Euro, adapters have not been given🤷♂️
Initially, they generally gave a bad little room where all the equipment did not work, I had to ask to be given another room.
Of what I didn't like yet, it was the obsession of the staff to write a good review. An employee named Saha brazenly took my phone and used it to leave himself a good review in Google Maps. When I realized what he was doing, I almost snatched the phone from him and took a picture of his badge.

There is no private beach, the nearest one is 3.2 km away, and a good one is 5.5 km away. Go only by tram, taxi, or metro. You can walk, but it's very difficult in the heat.

Positive:
* close to metro and tram stop
* Daily cleaning (including towel change)
* No deposit is charged, only tourist tax
* a good breakfast buffet, a rich selection and everything is replenished promptly
* 2 pools, small, but still a plus. Besides, there are already towels on the sun beds, no worries
* there is a safe in the room, you can use it for free
* works great throughout the WiFi (the router was right in the room)
* additional water/towels/ hygiene kit are available on request
Of the cons/disadvantages:
* our room specifically had very dirty windows
* The air conditioner did not change the temperature. You turn it off, but it still blows from time to time
* There is no beach nearby. It is not possible to reach the sea "directly" - private territory. Only to JBR beach. The beach is nice, just far away. There is no shuttle service from the hotel (tram or on foot)

The reception is located at the back of the complex, the hotel itself is outside the campus. And usually it's unrealistically quiet. And now to the cons: a double bed, it's just two single beds, covered with something like a small mattress in thickness, the result is falling into a hole in the middle of the night. The pool is extremely incomprehensible, in an uninhabited building in the shade of the sun, on an air tube, probably to catch a cold in a draft. Disgusting plumbing, lives the way you want, it's unclear what mixes, boiling water from a cold tap, a madhouse. And the cherry on the cake - without warning and apologies, they threw a party on the last night from midnight until morning, although they could have moved the family and the child away from this bedlam.
