Great hotel! Good location, near a beautiful park for walking. The hotel has two swimming pools, on the second and eighth floors. Sun beds and towels are provided free of charge. We visited this hotel for the first time, in early November 2023, with my husband and my adult daughter. They took it with breakfast and did not lose it. Firstly, there is nowhere to eat nearby, there are no shops and cafes. Secondly, we liked the breakfasts.The restaurant staff are great fellows, friendly. There were a lot of people, but there were always places, clean, no queues. There is always plenty of food, coffee, and dishes. There was a problem with the number. There were three of us adults, we booked a large room. As a result, they gave a room for two, put a folding bed in the remaining space and it was not convenient. They constantly did not report shampoo, gel, coffee, or water. The cleaning was bad, the garbage will be thrown away, and the dust will not be wiped off. The hotel is not located in a tourist location, there are no cafes and shops nearby. But you can get there by tram or metro - everything is a 7-minute walk away, only in different directions. Or walk to the Marina.There is no beach nearby, we took the tram 2 stops and walked for 7 minutes, in principle, it is not problematic, but there are no toilets and changing cabins on that beach.You can also take the tram to Dubai Marina beach, but we were not comfortable there, there were a lot of people. The breakfasts were good, except that there was no meat (except sausages). But everything was fine with us. Eggs in different types, porridge, hash browns, sliced cheeses, sausages, red fish,vegetables, fruits, waffles, rolls and croissants, muffins, honey in honeycombs, sauces, juices, various types of milk, coffee, tea, nuts, dried fruits.. I can only mention the staff in the restaurant - they work very well. At the reception, the guy literally forced us to write a good review, taking up our time (we were in a hurry), and telling us to mark him, pointing to his badge several times and calling his name.Although he did not help us in any way, and we did not ask for anything. I can mention the chef in the restaurant, a tall young man, he does a lot of things at the same time and everything is very well coordinated (he has fried eggs, omelets, waffles, croissants) and how deftly he manages everything.And once again I would like to mention all the employees of the restaurant, thanks a lot to them. Special thanks for having breakfast with you at early check-out. He was great! Coffee, sandwiches, water, pastries and even fruits! The rest, that at the reception, that at the cleaning of the room, worked "to fuck off." The room, as I said, did not suit me, due to the fact that they booked three full beds for three adults, but brought an extra bed as for a child and took up all the free space in the room. In principle, if not for this, then the room is normal, everything is there, but there were flaws (the floor lamp was broken and it was old and dirty), tea, coffee and water were given somehow or not at all, I had to ask.(They came from the beach, and after the "cleaning" there was not a single bottle of water for three) I even had to ask several times - nothing was brought from the first and second requests!Water is given in glass liter bottles , it is impossible to take them to the beach or with you (this is very inconvenient) . There is a closet in the hallway, a safe, an iron and an ironing board, a large bathroom, there is a bathtub itself (but not comfortable and everything flows out onto the floor), a separate shower (which is just very convenient), a large comfortable bed, bedside tables, a TV, a desk and a low coffee table and a small sofa in the room, which is not folding.It is supposed to be a constant set - coffee, tea, sugar, cream, but there are always problems with this. There was also a capsule coffee machine. We tried that coffee once-it's the worst I've ever drunk. I've never done it again. There was also a small refrigerator. There is no beach at the hotel, since the hotel is considered a business hotel, there are no transfers to the beaches, respectively. But by tram (stop 5 minutes away) you can get to the beach at the Marina or to the terminal in the other direction and walk for 10 minutes. There are few people there on weekdays, but there are no amenities. The hotel itself consists of two buildings, they are connected by a bridge. In the first building there is a main reception, a swimming pool and breakfast, as well as a small cafe. There is also a fitness room and a bar in another building. The pool! I liked him very much, especially when there are few people.It is not suitable for children, as it is immediately deep.In November, the temperature was comfortable, refreshing, but not cold. I was swimming freely. There were enough good deck chairs, and good music was playing.(the truth is the same)There's a guy on duty who gives out towels.You can order cocktails (of course, it's expensive). There is also a type of lounge area. Overall, the hotel left a good impression, apart from some details. The location of the hotel is normal, taking into account the distance to the metro (you can walk to the Marina or) it is better to get to the Mall of the Emirates very close. Ibn Batutta Mall with a transfer is also not far away. Of course, the hotel is not a tourist hotel, it must be understood and take into account the pros and cons. But some disadvantages are still the problem of the head.

We lived in this hotel in October for 23 years. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. The tram and metro stops are a 10-minute walk away. It is very convenient to get to the beach in Dubai Marina, take the Media City tram stop and go to the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 stop. Please note that the cost of sun beds is very high, about 200 dirhams for 2 sun beds and an umbrella. I would like to thank Jeanne for giving us a room with two separate beds at our request and for allowing us to stay in the room for another three hours on the day of departure (we had a late check-out). We had a good rest. The hotel is located within walking distance to Dubai Marina (where there is a good promenade), as well as from tram and metro stops. The room is pleasant, there is always fresh water in glass bottles, a guy named Bibek did a very good cleaning. A very big plus of the hotel is that there is Internet all around. Very tasty breakfasts (red fish, real cheeses, nuts and other goodies). the waitress girls are extraordinary, wonderful, the guys also work perfectly, I don't want to single out anyone so as not to offend. As for the dinners, they are cooked for four, but very small portions (it will obviously not be enough for those who like to eat well). I'm used to eating salad, main course, dessert and drink. Here you can choose only two dishes plus a drink. So, in general, I recommend it. I don't understand why they give good ratings to this hotel, as for me this hotel is not 5 stars. I'll start with the pros: close to the metro, near Dubai Marina (15-20 minutes on foot), good breakfasts (monotonous, but you won't get bored in 7 days), pleasant receptionists at the reception, did not hear bad words in their direction) I read reviews of other hotels, it so happens that they are rude / say bad words behind their backs having managed to turn away, in general, in this regard, it is good here. Now let's move on to the cons: the furniture is already old, the cleaning is disgusting, the bed linen is not changed, if not to say, they can leave an empty bottle of water / gels / shampoos, the balm is put on every other time, tea and coffee are not replenished, which is free in the room. The disgusting smell in the room from the old carpets that go all over the room, that's what ruined everything! They constantly opened the window so that the smell would not hit the nose so much, it was unpleasant to walk on it, since it was not even vacuumed, well, or they did it very badly. Mold in the bathroom, the sink was also poorly washed, or maybe not washed at all. Total: if the price of this hotel is not high, then maybe it's worth taking it, but I probably won't come here next time. Although, I have not yet seen other 4-star hotels in Dubai and maybe this is not a completely bad option.

Tea, coffee, water are always available. In our room 430, the cleaning still suffered periodically, I can't help but note this... Well, as it is, everything suits you at your hotel! Good swimming pools, comfortable sun loungers and relaxation areas, went to the gym (it works around the clock). The reception staff is pleasant, everything is solved quickly! Especially, of course, I would like to mention the breakfasts!!! It's just a feast of taste!!! We have tried everything, and there is everything in the assortment for breakfast that your heart desires! Pleasant waiters help you feel at home. I would especially like to mention a very nice young man, a cook, who greeted us every day with a smile, his calmness, good mood, which lifted our spirits and helped us make the rest more intense! Why... Yes, because a good breakfast, and this is very important, is a good start to the day!
