Nice hotel, varied breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. There are shops, supermarkets, McDonald's, Starbucks and many more around. Taxis are allowed right to the entrance of the hotel. The view from the window to the city is beautiful. There is a beautiful bar on the ground floor, where no one else was there all evening)

Nice hotel. I would also mention the location in a very good location. There is a park nearby where you can walk in your free time. During the off-season, when the air conditioning is turned off and the heating is turned on, the rooms are incredibly stuffy. The reception advises opening the window, but given that there are always traffic jams near the hotel, when the window is open, the sounds of car horns do not stop until late at night and begin in the early morning. Of course, this sometimes causes irritation, because if you close the window, you start sweating like in a sauna.

Great place! The rooms are cozy, fresh and clean. We stayed for the duration of the event and participation in the exhibition. An exchange office, a grocery store and a shopping center are within walking distance. A magnificent view of the mountains in the morning during a decent breakfast with a variety of products. The only negative is that they asked for an advance payment for an earlier booking.

Respect to the girls at the reception - they checked in early on their birthday! It was a pleasure! Breakfasts are not fancy, but it's enough for an ordinary person to eat in the morning! We were pleased with the 2 liter bottles of water in the room. There are a lot of traffic jams in Almaty, it took an hour to get from the airport to the hotel in the morning. The price for a taxi on Yandex was 700 rubles. If anyone is interested, it takes 35 minutes to get to Almaty Arena from this hotel without traffic jams, and 45-60 minutes in the evening with traffic jams. The price of a taxi is from 600 to 1200 rubles per rush hour. The price per night for this hotel is a bit too high in my opinion. Everything brightened up the mountains!

I chose a hotel a week before the trip, so the choice was not great in the budget segment. I wanted to find a comfortable hotel with a comfortable bed and a countertop in the bathroom (since we came to Almaty for a week and still wanted to put the brushes and washbasins somewhere), and the location is not very far from the center. Therefore, the choice fell on this hotel. The room is decent with a double bed, we cleaned every day and each time we brought two liter bottles to the room, we didn't have time to drink them. The bathroom is generally spacious. Breakfast was also included in the price, the price with or without breakfast was not much different. Now the cons: The bed has a 3.5 comfort level. The wooden frame is felt, which creaks. The pillows are already tired, the sintepon is crumpled, but fortunately there are 4 of them on the bed and you can find a tolerable one. The air conditioning system is noisy and it doesn't matter what speed and temperature you set, so I just turned it off at night, since the weather wasn't hot at night. I'm a light sleeper and the extra noise makes it difficult to sleep. At the end of our stay, the toilet began to leak, the master came to wipe the floor and did not notice the problem. The next day, it started leaking again. But we were moving out the next day, so we gave up on it. I don't recommend taking breakfast. There were a lot of reviews on Yandex, mostly positive, but everyone has different tastes. We went to them 2 times in 6 days. Firstly, they were until 10 a.m., and Moscow time until 8 a.m., we simply did not have time for them, we wanted to sleep more (vacation). Secondly, the restaurant has dirty cloth chairs and dirty white tablecloths, which makes it unpleasant to eat. Dirty dishes are not removed from the tables quickly, which also spoils the view and makes it more difficult to find an empty table. Thirdly, my husband and I have visited many places and generally like to eat delicious food, for us personally the food was simple. I certainly didn't want to get up early on purpose for such a breakfast. It's easier to go to a cafe nearby and have a delicious and satisfying meal of national cuisine. The cappuccino from the coffee machine was tasteless, somehow bitter and too diluted with water. I would give the hotel 3 stars, not 4. For comparison, I was in a 4-star hotel in Astana, Hilton Garden Inn, this is heaven and earth in terms of service, room stock and breakfast, although the room per night is not much more expensive. And one more thing, a very persistent room service in the mornings. If you don't put up a "do not disturb" sign, they will persistently knock on your room in the morning (approximately at 10 a.m.) and if they don't get an answer, they will come in themselves (once I was in the bathroom, my husband was lying in bed when the employee opened the door with his key, shouted to him that we were here and he left). Why the hell are they breaking into people so early?! We went out for a walk all day, so come back in the afternoon. You can also ask about a convenient cleaning time when checking in. In any case, you're lying in bed after waking up, and from the hallway you hear an endless "knock, knock, room service."
