A cozy modern hotel, everything is standard and high-quality, the staff is charming and friendly, the wishes of the guests are fulfilled with lightning speed! There are some temporary problems with Russian cash cards, Union Pay from Gazprombank is working somewhere, and somewhere it is not, there is no pattern.
And the minus, which, I hope, they will pay attention to, is the Pavilion restaurant downstairs - do not try to go there in the evening to have dinner. Strange service, for example, our company did not bring cutlery, they went for forks themselves, the young waiter looked into the eyes, smiled and left… In general, this place is somnambulistic, the waiters are there in the evenings in zen, it's better not to disturb them.
Breakfasts, by the way, everything seems to be there, but there is no taste ... in the same place. It's a strange place.
The hotel itself is a solid five. The restaurant is a phantom, I don't rate it…
Nearby is a place for walking, Bakshasarai, cafes, old streets, hysterical motorists (they are in second place after Calcutta in terms of beeping frequency) and crazy scooters - be extremely careful...

An ordinary hotel. The rooms are normal and clean. The plumbing is in working condition. The staff is quite polite, but the level of training compared to other 4* hotels, in my opinion, is too low. I was not very impressed with the restaurant. A huge uncomfortable room, very cheap dishes and some very unassuming food. All this reminded me of the hotels of the 90s :)
In general, a confident three plus. For one or two nights, a normal option in its price segment

I'll start with the fact that this is a review for Russian guys, because I believe that my compatriots use Yandex in Kazakhstan. The situation is that southern Kazakhstan is very different from the Kazakhstan that I know. Arriving at the hotel, we were told that early check-in is possible only if you pay for an additional full day, despite the fact that we paid for breakfast separately and we arrived at 9:40, anyway we were told that they would not be able to check us in before 14:00 ... well, nothing, we left our suitcases and went for a walk, the good weather allowed) before before I left, I asked the reception to provide us with a higher floor - for example, 3.4 or 5, this is a normal practice and in all large chain hotels such a request is commonplace. Upon our return, they begin to register us and issue cards on the 1st floor, in rooms for smokers, although, for example, I do not smoke ... at my request to change my room, some fictional stories begin, that our company has booked such rooms and other nonsense, I call my manager at the company and ask for the phone number of the hotel reservation department, I am ready to write to the official representative office of the hotel and immediately they tell me that a room was found for me on the 5th floor. I don't like conflicts, but I can't stand it when they so obviously try to convince me of stories made up by employees. The first day everything seems to be OK, I return after the exhibition in the business center, I want to take a bath and what was my surprise when I realized that there was no hot water, I drain the water for an hour, two as a result, a quick shower in barely warm water, then the location of the shelf with towels was a surprise for me, I have to climb with a height of 160 cm they reach for the bath and towels at the risk of falling, but even here I did not pay attention to this and did not focus on it. Every day there are new adventures, at breakfast I did not finish the grapes with strawberries and in order not to throw away the fruit, I decided that I would take it to the room and calmly finish it, but then a woman literally jumps out at me from the next table and says that I cannot take fruit to the room and must either sit and to finish eating here or order a fruit plate to your room for money... where is the logic I do not understand, because it is impossible to return these berries to the general distribution, or do you trade for such a hotel? Or is it a matter of principle - neither for yourself nor for people? In general, it's strange, I left the berries on the table, asked this woman to make sure that the waiters did not take them away and returned to finish them after I gathered in the room… I am silent about the fact that the air conditioner thermostats do not work in the room, so that you just do not freeze in the room at night, you need to turn it off, which I did. Why do I say so confidently that all the thermostats do not work, my colleagues in other rooms faced the same problem, as a result - when I returned late at night from the event, I found a huge puddle on the carpet, flooded with water, as she was standing in the hallway, after my call to the reception with the words oh my God and deep breath, I was told that a technician will come now, it's after one o'clock in the morning, a technician comes, I show a puddle and drops from the ceiling, he says well, now I'm going to get the stairs, as a result of some manipulations draining Water into the basin, he leaves. I ask you to invite a cleaner to me to do something with a puddle on the carpet, the cleaner came and all she could do to help me was put a towel on the floor and left… For the first time in my life, a 4* hotel gave me not a feeling of hospitality, but a feeling of joy that I was finally leaving here. In general, it's up to you to decide whether to stay here or not, but the building is 12 years old, it is clearly not properly serviced, for this budget you can choose other more worthy options (Imho). The only thing - they took the head of the studio / junior suite - did not like it, because they gave it near the elevator and it was audible. If you work at the Alma-Ata exhibition, then this place is definitely the best choice. Accessibility is within walking distance. By the way, good white wine is served in the lobby.

Excellent double-glazed windows - noise does not penetrate. 2 rooms in the room, the furniture is good. One of the disadvantages is 100% prepayment before arrival. We paid at the time of check-in, but nearby people quarreled with the reception about the payment, the hotel claimed that it had not been received, and people said that they had paid and presented bills. I have been visiting this hotel since 2013.
As always, everything is on top. Order, daily cleaning. Food for every taste, kind and attentive chef.
The location is good, near a park and an exhibition complex.
I was pleasantly surprised by the bonuses provided free of charge upon check-in - fruits and a suite at the standard price.
I will be in Almaty, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Уже второй раз на протяжении 4-х лет. Отель держит свой стабильно высокий уровень. Предупредительный персонал, чистые просторные номера, в которых тихо и можно выспаться. Шведский стол на завтрак - стал даже разнообразнее со времени моего первого визита. Все необходимое в шаговой доступности, особенно для участников выставок в Атакенте. К недостаткам отнесу лишь некую нерасторопность при выставлении счетов по безналу для оплаты проживания наших сотрулников.

It's a strange place, on the outskirts, in the middle of the night you can easily see the newlyweds in full parade from a car that is more expensive than half of the hotel, probably it's either the owners or relatives :), or the guests are led to the pretentious fashionable long name of the hotel! Хороший отель, чистота в номерах, вкусные завтраки, удобно добираться, если вам нужно в Атакент. Очень не понравились услуги глажки- из 3 раз 2 раща утюг был занят. Но когда однажды его принесли, то лучше бы я шла в мятом... Доска вся перекошения, ровно не стоит, чехол в пятнах, на него просто страшно класть одежду. Утюг принесли вообще неисправный, из него вода длилась ручьём. Просто ужасно! Такого уровня гостиница просто обязана иметь достойный инвентарь.

A mediocre hotel. I do not recommend it, it is definitely not 4 stars, as they claim to be.
I was here from 22.04 to 24.04.
Positive:
- if the windows overlook the courtyard, then at night you can hear birds singing when the window is open, and it's pretty quiet.
- there are good pastries and dessert for breakfast, really tasty and fresh. There are ripe pineapples .
- it seems to be a fairly recent renovation. - neat, clean floors.
-good TV in the room (see photo).
-next to the exhibition (if it is important)
there is a fairly nimble Internet during the day (although it catches poorly, the signal is weak).
- 2 large 1L bottles of water per day, free of charge.
Minuses:
- breakfasts: a small selection, there is always something missing, glasses, dishes. The "restaurant" itself is more like a canteen - simple swinging dirty tables, very noisy, everyone is jostling, the staff do not have time to clean and replenish the dishes.
04/24 half of the dishes were gone already at 9 a.m. - there were no grilled vegetables, there was no potato dish (I forgot what it was called), there were no peppers, some pastries and desserts. I made a remark, but I did not wait.
- there is a very hard mattress in the room. Uncomfortable pillows (thick, but a little harsh).
- the Internet is almost down in the evening.
-the air conditioning/oven in the room is not working.
- the tap water is barely flowing. Hot after a long wait.
-shower gel and shampoo noname (see photo), conditioner is not provided.
-a very small and uncomfortable closet (see photo), hangers facing you, it is very difficult and inconvenient to hang and get them.
- the mini-bar is empty, there is nothing in the fridge.
- there is no chain and no peephole on the door.
-poor sound insulation inside the rooms: I woke up several times at night from the noise in the hallway and from the alarm clock in the neighboring rooms.
- unfriendly staff at the reception. They argued with me for a long time that I didn't have an early check-in booked.
- I found a dirty teaspoon in the room.

В целом отель не плохой, но не мешало бы обновить интерьер номеров (под устали). Хорошее расположение отеля, рядом парк, ботанический сад и большой торговый центр, два обменника валюты в пешей доступности, отличные завтраки (большой выбор). Также есть места, где можно посидеть перекусить, возле отеля есть ресторан Elephant (разная кухня).

Жил в июне 2023. Бронировали непосредственно перед прилетом. Один из немногих отелей, в которых были ещё места. Ожидал подвоха, но нет. Отличный отель по соотношению цена/качество. Платил около 9000руб в сутки. Номер стандарт. Состоит из двух комнат. Очень чисто. Завтрак очень приличный. Вокруг отеля в шаговой доступности нашёл все что было необходимо (в отличии от центра). Остался очень доволен.

Отель понравился. Очень хороший, внимательный, отзывчивый персонал. В номере чайник, чай, кофе, сахар и сливки в пакетиках, вода (ежедневно приносят), халат, тапки, зубная щетка и паста, сейф, холодильник, нормальный шкаф для одежды с достаточным количеством вешалок, телевизор, столик с креслом. Окно в номере открывается. Минус: подача воды в душе. Постоянно произвольно меняется температура воды: то тёплая, то горячая, то холодная. Звукоизоляция в номере хорошая, соседей было не слышно. Отличные завтраки: хороший ассортимент шведского стола и повар готовит омлеты, яичницы с наполнителями на любой вкус. Особенно хочется поблагодарить за то, что не убирали еду ровно в последнюю минуту окончания завтрака, и даже опоздавшие на 10-15 мин были накормлены. И ассортимент еды, если приходишь за 15 мин до конца завтрака, такой же как и вначале. Хорошо бы во всех отелях относились к гостям! Есть доставка еды в номер и ресторан. Меню ресторана и доставки в номер отличается. Внизу бар. Будем останавливаться здесь ещё.

Замечательный отель, находится рядом с ботаническим садом. Очень уютный номер, в котором я жила. Есть номера для не курящих и курящих. Всегда есть возможность выбора. Очень вежливый персонал. И что очень было приятно, что персонал проявили заботу к тем людям, которые держат оразу и в номер на саресi приносили еду, которая была вкусно приготовлена. Спасибо!
