A cozy modern hotel, everything is standard and high-quality, the staff is charming and friendly, the wishes of the guests are fulfilled with lightning speed! There are some temporary problems with Russian cash cards, Union Pay from Gazprombank is working somewhere, and somewhere it is not, there is no pattern.
And the minus, which, I hope, they will pay attention to, is the Pavilion restaurant downstairs - do not try to go there in the evening to have dinner. Strange service, for example, our company did not bring cutlery, they went for forks themselves, the young waiter looked into the eyes, smiled and left… In general, this place is somnambulistic, the waiters are there in the evenings in zen, it's better not to disturb them.
Breakfasts, by the way, everything seems to be there, but there is no taste ... in the same place. It's a strange place.
The hotel itself is a solid five. The restaurant is a phantom, I don't rate it…
Nearby is a place for walking, Bakshasarai, cafes, old streets, hysterical motorists (they are in second place after Calcutta in terms of beeping frequency) and crazy scooters - be extremely careful...

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are cozy and warm.
Friendly staff, clean every day, change everything. Everyone is happy and ready to help. The breakfasts are decent, there is always something to eat. I noticed that there are more meat dishes than fish)

A great location for business trips if you participate in exhibitions at an exhibition complex nearby. There are also a large number of food outlets nearby for a wide variety of budgets. The rooms themselves are comfortable, but some of them overlook the wall of the neighboring house.

Everything is fine, especially the lobby bar, where you can have a great meal, but in my opinion, the air conditioner cannot defeat the heating (I write in autumn, in November), the window open wide copes well with cooling. Coffee, tea, water - they don't regret it, but if something is missing, there is a store around the corner from the smoking room. You can order room service. Overall, a very pleasant place.

An ordinary hotel. The rooms are normal and clean. The plumbing is in working condition. The staff is quite polite, but the level of training compared to other 4* hotels, in my opinion, is too low. I was not very impressed with the restaurant. A huge uncomfortable room, very cheap dishes and some very unassuming food. All this reminded me of the hotels of the 90s :)
In general, a confident three plus. For one or two nights, a normal option in its price segment

It is a good hotel, it is very nice that there is such a good hotel near the exhibition complex. Lounge with comfortable sofas, excellent breakfasts. The only thing - they took the head of the studio / junior suite - did not like it, because they gave it near the elevator and it was audible. In the room there is a hairdryer, toothpaste and brush, iron, water and a kettle with coffee, tea and sugar. A very comfortable bed. Excellent double-glazed windows - noise does not penetrate. 2 rooms in the room, the furniture is good. One of the disadvantages is 100% prepayment before arrival. We paid at the time of check-in, but nearby people quarreled with the reception about the payment, the hotel claimed that it had not been received, and people said that they had paid and presented bills. Not the most convenient system.

I have been visiting this hotel since 2013.
As always, everything is on top. Order, daily cleaning. Food for every taste, kind and attentive chef.
The location is good, near a park and an exhibition complex.
I was pleasantly surprised by the bonuses provided free of charge upon check-in - fruits and a suite at the standard price.
I will be in Almaty, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

This is the second time in 4 years. The hotel keeps its consistently high level. Helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, where it is quiet and you can sleep. The breakfast buffet has become even more diverse since my first visit. Everything you need is within walking distance, especially for exhibitors in Atakent. The disadvantages include only a certain sluggishness when invoicing by bank transfer to pay for the accommodation of our co-workers.

A good hotel, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, convenient to get to if you need to go to Atakent. I really didn't like the ironing service - out of 3 times, 2 times the iron was busy. But when it was brought one day, it would have been better if I had walked in mint... The board is all skewed, it's not worth it, the cover is stained, it's just scary to put clothes on it. The iron was brought in generally faulty, the water from it lasted like a stream. It's just awful! A hotel of this level simply has to have a decent inventory.
