I liked the kitchen, the staff. The beach is fenced off by breakwaters. There was no luck with entertainment for children, as there was no animation. The children's club operates in the form of paid rides. It's a long way to civilization. There is only a small market 15 minutes walk along the road with no sidewalk for pedestrians. In our room on the 8th floor, out of the 6 days that we stood, we missed cleaning 3 times. Once we asked not to clean, 2 others, apparently as a bonus, once at 2 o'clock I came to clean, the other at 3, the child is sleeping at this time ... The pools are excellent on the common territory of 2 hotels. I liked the foam party on Saturdays (16-00), every evening there was a disco and karaoke.

You won't stay hungry, but it's not tasty. Apart from the restaurant where they ate, no other restaurant was open. People who come to this hotel not for the first time said that the food used to be better. The room is cleaned daily, if you leave a couple dirhams, everything will be done conscientiously. If it wasn't for the smell like in the toilet, it would be great. The service seems to be good, but very unobtrusive, even to the point of indifference. In general, there are pros and cons. But the Hotel definitely does not pull on the "five".

Nice hotel. The vacationers are mostly Russian-speaking. The choice of food is not great, but it is delicious. The beach is not big, but turtles were often seen in the water. We were at the hotel from 02.03 to 08.03 2024..They were in the main building.. The room is very large, with a beautiful view of the sea from the window.. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, our bed has never been changed (although it should have been every 3 days).. The towels were changed once, only when we asked. The food in the dining room is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry.. Very few sweet dishes and fruits, just a minimum..(3-4 kinds of cakes, panakota..) Green apples and melon are impossible to eat, but delicious oranges.. Watermelon also leaves much to be desired..The beach is nice, but there are breakwaters all around, there are no waves, it feels like you are swimming in a pool..We went to the wild beach, it's much better there..We saw turtles and crabs..This is the tenth time in the UAE, so there is something to compare it with..We will definitely not come to this hotel anymore..

With a large arrival, there are not enough sun beds on the beach and by the pools. People were lying on towels on the sand. The hot water was cool for most of the rest.

The guests from Europe are mostly friendly. There is a very beautiful hall in the 5th floor, it is pleasant to sit. The beach is not big, literally a puddle, convenient for small children and the elderly. We did not use it, because the hotel is the last in the chain and behind the fence there is a beautiful ocean and 2 km of wild beach, where there are many fish and turtles, you can dive. There is a small shop on site. We walked in the evening towards the neighboring hotel and behind it there is a residential area along the sea, there is enough for a promenade. We rested at the hotel in August 2023. We liked everything. They were placed in the rooms immediately after arrival. A small area. We lived in a bungalow, almost on the shore. Friendly service staff. Wonderful girls are animators. All children and adult vacationers are friends with them. Despite the heat, daily water aerobics classes, volleyball, water polo, darts. In the evening there is entertainment for children and adults. I remember the foam party. Thank you for being allowed to swim in the pool until 22.00. Of the minuses, of course, the absence of any civilization outside the territory. You need to get to the nearest town by taxi.

1. Delicious food. There are 3 types of salad, meat, and desserts to choose from. They didn't stay hungry.
2. Friendly staff who try to help make your stay comfortable: the shower head in the room was repaired, bathrobes and towels were brought, and water was brought to the room upon request. Water delivery is 4 bottles per day for two people.
3. Fun water aerobics in the pool with a Russian animator girl. Thanks to her, there was variety during the day: gymnastics on the beach, water aerobics in the water with music, darts, bocce, beach volleyball. We had enough of these activities. There was also a foam disco in the pool, karaoke in the evening and belly dancing.
4. Sandy beach with its own sun beds and deck chairs (tired, requires renovation)
5. Daily and wet cleaning of the room
6. There are no waves due to the presence of a breakwater
7. The presence of a gym (requires renovation), sauna, toilet and shower next to the pool and next to the beach

1. The sea was covered in oil, there was also a smell, the feet were washed for a long time. An oil production base is located 30-40 km from the hotel, and there are periodic drains into the sea. But no one writes about it. Pegasus and his guide Maxim did not solve the problem in any way: although we had a desire to move to another place without additional payment due to force majeure, or we expected some kind of compensation. After all, the rest is ruined, they never bought in the sea.

3. The territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to walk, only along the pier
4. Sun beds should be occupied in the morning, otherwise there are no places after lunch.
5. The music is playing the same thing at full volume - very tired of it

An extremely strange hotel, I still did not understand whether I was satisfied in the end or not
First, the main disadvantages:
1) An extra bed for a child costs some crazy money, from 22000 rubles. for 8 nights at the tour operator, up to 300 dirhams per night at the hotel
2) The contingent is exclusively Russian vacationers, most of them from the regions. Quite a large part spends the whole day without leaving the bars, the mate is heard everywhere. Well, such a thing.
3) Animation... There seems to be an animator, but what and when he does is a mystery behind the 7th seals. Then suddenly there is some kind of aqua aerobics in the sea (1 time in 8 days), then there is water polo in the pool (also 1 time), then in the evening there is insanely loud music by the pool in front of the dining room, and hours before 11 pm, but also 1 time. Is it in a hookah-looking building? (there is a hookah sign, there are no hookahs) some music in the evening. There is no children's animation at all.
4) Quite random work of everything except the dining room. One pool is open until 8, then the second, then the beach bar is open until 6.45 pm, then until 19, then at 21. The same goes for the pool bar. It is not known what it depends on
5) There is a children's water park, which is a plus, but its condition is a minus. The tile on the bottom has broken off in places and continues to break off. The rope net is torn at a decent height, the joints at the slides are very painful, the water is cold for some reason. There is not always a lifeguard.
6) There is some kind of building with children's slot machines, but no one has ever been there - whether it works is a question. There is a skating rink, but it definitely doesn't work.
7) The beach is fenced with breakwaters - like a children's sandbox, But when an oil spill occurred in the sea, it was not there.
8) Well, for small things: for some reason we got a room with single beds, the conduits are poorly regulated, the water pressure is jumping, we have to sign a receipt for alcohol every now and then... but sometimes you have to, sometimes you don't, and then they give you only 2 drinks per person, then no - the trend, like everything in the hotel, is incomprehensible.
Positive:
1) Food in the dining room. Here it is consistently delicious. There is fish, chicken and beef every day. And always on schedule. And it's always delicious.
2) The premium bungalow is quite spacious and with 2 toilets, sound insulation is good.
3) There is a nice "wild" beach behind the fence, where you can swim normally, where there are fish, turtles and soft sand.
4) The liquor store is practically on site, open from 9 a.m. to 02 a.m. This is a plus for the Emirates.
There is a tent on site, a la shop with a rather annoying seller. His prices are surprisingly ordinary, not too high, although he brazenly lies that everything is cheap and merges without fulfilling promises (for example, he promises mangoes for $ 1 kg, but in fact for $ 2.5 as at the fruit camp for tourists, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes).
In general, the hotel is tolerable, for a "vegetable" inclusive holiday, it requires repair, but so far it is not fatal.

The number of rooms is different, we have a room in a bungalow, the rooms are small, but quite cozy, and in the room only at night, the rest of the time by the water, of course. The food is delicious, the wine is super, the beer is not bad (I haven't tried the rest). Wine, by the way, is poured everywhere, both on the beach and by the pool and in a restaurant, and not by 50 ml, as in Egypt or Turkey, but by normal glasses ...
Beach towels can be changed at least every 30 minutes, towels are changed in the room every day, linen 1/3. They are cleaned every day in the morning.
If questions arise, they are resolved very quickly...
