I really enjoyed my vacation. The food is very high quality, the service and staff are all friendly and friendly. The beach is clean, comfortable and close to the rooms. We were at the hotel from 02.03 to 08.03 2024..They were in the main building.. The room is very large, with a beautiful view of the sea from the window.. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, our bed has never been changed (although it should have been every 3 days).. The towels were changed once, only when we asked. The food in the dining room is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry.. Very few sweet dishes and fruits, just a minimum..(3-4 kinds of cakes, panakota..) Green apples and melon are impossible to eat, but delicious oranges.. Watermelon also leaves much to be desired..The beach is nice, but there are breakwaters all around, there are no waves, it feels like you are swimming in a pool..We went to the wild beach, it's much better there..We saw turtles and crabs..This is the tenth time in the UAE, so there is something to compare it with..We will definitely not come to this hotel anymore..

If you need an "open" ocean, then it's a minute's walk away. Of the cons: food (everything is edible, but monotonous), the reception staff does not strive to help solve the issues that they are asked. With a large arrival, there are not enough sun beds on the beach and by the pools. People were lying on towels on the sand. The hot water was cool for most of the rest.

All rooms are new, not tired, but the designer did not try very hard, so in the style of brown laconicism)) The food is delicious, the restaurant is cozy, the staff is friendly, they love Russians. The guests from Europe are mostly friendly. There is a very beautiful hall in the 5th floor, it is pleasant to sit. The beach is not big, literally a puddle, convenient for small children and the elderly. We did not use it, because the hotel is the last in the chain and behind the fence there is a beautiful ocean and 2 km of wild beach, where there are many fish and turtles, you can dive. There is a small shop on site. We walked in the evening towards the neighboring hotel and behind it there is a residential area along the sea, there is enough for a promenade. Friendly service staff. Wonderful girls are animators. All children and adult vacationers are friends with them. Despite the heat, daily water aerobics classes, volleyball, water polo, darts. In the evening there is entertainment for children and adults. I remember the foam party. Thank you for being allowed to swim in the pool until 22.00. Of the minuses, of course, the absence of any civilization outside the territory. You need to get to the nearest town by taxi.

Beach towels can be changed at least every 30 minutes, towels are changed in the room every day, linen 1/3. They are cleaned every day in the morning.

1. Delicious food. There are 3 types of salad, meat, and desserts to choose from. They didn't stay hungry.
2. Friendly staff who try to help make your stay comfortable: the shower head in the room was repaired, bathrobes and towels were brought, and water was brought to the room upon request. Water delivery is 4 bottles per day for two people.
3. Fun water aerobics in the pool with a Russian animator girl. Thanks to her, there was variety during the day: gymnastics on the beach, water aerobics in the water with music, darts, bocce, beach volleyball. We had enough of these activities. There was also a foam disco in the pool, karaoke in the evening and belly dancing.
4. Sandy beach with its own sun beds and deck chairs (tired, requires renovation)
5. Daily and wet cleaning of the room

After all, the rest is ruined, they never bought in the sea.

We rested for 2 weeks in December 2023 in a bungalow. The rooms, of course, are tired, but we did not plan to spend time in the room (just sleep), so it is not critical for us. All shampoos, gels, coffee and tea, towels were put properly. There is very little space in the closet, it's not even a closet, but a misunderstanding.
Only TNT from ours and a couple more are on TV, some kind of Orthodox channel, there's nothing to watch.
We had an all-inclusive diet, but we didn't drink alcohol, and everything was varied and delicious. Yes, I was in 5 stars earlier, of course, it's better, but here it's quite! Everything is fresh, delicious, mainly with a bias towards Indian cuisine, I adore it (paneer, dal, samos pies).
We swam in the sea on the beach and in the pool, went to the wild to look at turtles. In my "pen" I saw stingrays, sea cucumbers, 10 species of fish, cuttlefish and crabs. The sea is warm, without waves. There were always enough sun beds, they were cleaned on time.
We did not go on excursions, did not participate in events. Purely seal recreation.
There is a fruit market nearby, you can bargain, 30 percent will be thrown off for sure. Very tasty coconuts and corn on coals in the 17th department.
The only thing I didn't like was the drunken command of our compatriots, comrades, it's a disgrace. Yelling at the whole emirate about how you use a forbidden drug and try to kill your wife, and even in front of the hotel owner ...
