We were at the hotel on 12.11.2019-13.11.2019, went with my parents and three children, got under the reconstruction of the beach after the hurricane. Despite the fact that by the morning a part of the beach was organized very quickly, fresh sand - bulldozers went to another part. It's a pity that we had to leave, we moved to five star Blue Diamond and miss you very much. A surprisingly friendly, kind and exceptionally pleasant atmosphere has been created in the Mirage, I have not seen such a responsive and always ready to help staff for a long time. This is not just a cover, we remember people and their kindness with warmth in our hearts. My son almost demolished the lobby, where there is a very beautiful ship, ran with cars, rolled them on this huge wooden carved ship.. I didn't see it right away.. and a young man from the staff followed him around and supported him so that he did not fall. Without reproach even.. when I saw it, I immediately told my son that they don't do that, but it didn't help for long.. and the staff continued to follow him and help him, and the safety of the ship, in my opinion, bothered me alone) not a drop of reproach.. it's amazing, the staff just envelops with care! I still remember how delicious the food in the restaurant is! The main menu- the chef is just a master!Sweets, puddings, buns! Everything doesn't seem very special, just especially delicious! It can't be explained like that.. here we are now in five stars, there is more choice here, a huge hotel, and it's tasteless. Well, like tasteless food. And I literally remember with tears in my eyes your kind staff in the restaurant, constantly replenishing napkin holders, clean! Everything is very clean and tidy! I always look into the kitchen out of the corner of my eye - and everything is perfect there.. and by the will of my profession, I often walk through the kitchen, I see a lot of them, in Moscow this is my least favorite place where I go for work.. often you see a cool restaurant, and you go through the kitchen and kills both the smell and the organization of the space.. and here - just cleanliness, order .. eh. Why the hurricane passed before our arrival, what a pity..
my daughter still remembers cocoa! It would seem that what is in this cocoa? We constantly take it in different places in Moscow, children drink it, even just where I take Coffee with me - cocoa for children. But it's especially delicious here! We were at dinner, breakfast and lunch.. My daughter drank three cocoa and still remembers them!
For breakfast, an omelet with fillers and pancakes, among other things, is prepared by the cook in front of you. My daughter and I admired how gracefully he tosses the omelet, it's very nice to watch. I also want to try it at home. The food is very tasty, it's not bad after it, there is no heaviness.. this means that the ingredients are good. We tried White wine - pleasant, beer is normal, good. Delicious Coffee pleased. Here, where we moved, even Coffee does not please .. eh.. I want to come back to you, despite the reconstruction of the beach, I want to come back! You are warm, cozy, and so warmly welcomed us, and most importantly the children! When you look at their satisfied smiles, you don't need anything else)

An excellent hotel for a relaxing family holiday, located in a picturesque location (on one side of the mountain, on the other the sea),very responsive and friendly staff,delicious food.I didn't have enough animation, it was boring in the evenings, but since the hotel is under construction, I think it will appear over time.

It is not said or written about anywhere. You need to sue these tour operators who do not give information about this hotel, doing it intentionally.

When we rested at the hotel from January 1 to January 8, 2010, the beach was being renovated, the work did not stop despite the complaints of vacationers. Disgusting attitude on the part of the administration. In addition, there is practically no hotel territory, there is nowhere to walk, there is no beach. The rooms are small, there is mold on the wall in the room on the 1st floor. I do not recommend the hotel.

The beach is small and lame - a large dam, there is no running water, it is shallow and dirty.
