Good afternoon to all interested. We are currently resting at the hotel. At the very beginning, I want to say that this is our 7th visit to the UAE, we know the nuances of rest. I'll start with the transfer - almost individual. Everyone was going to one hotel and only one family to another, which was further away from ours. The road is the usual 1.5 hours. We checked in an hour later, the bracelets at 15, you can have breakfast, with the condition that you will no longer have breakfast when you check out. Initially, we bought a bungalow - it's 4 *, settled in 5 rooms , all rooms with sea views. It is spacious, the cleaning is excellent, all hygiene supplies are available. According to alco, it's weak - it's interesting to anyone. There is an alcohol market to the left of the hotel . Needs can be met. The food is delicious, the choice is modest, but enough - this is not Turkey for you. The ocean - breakwaters spoil everything, but to the left of the hotel is a wild beautiful beach, clean enough. Take masks - fish, turtles, jellyfish can be viewed. You can also see 3 turtles in the hotel puddle every day. The service is one of the best, unexpectedly and pleasantly. The animation is just chic, circling all day. Fruit market for Thai fruit lovers 15 minutes walk from the hotel, bargain , the prices are excellent. I recommend taking a knife, a corkscrew, plates, you can also ask for plates in the room, they will bring them without any questions at all. As a result, it's not chic, but it's better than Rotana in December. The price corresponds to the quality.

Not a bad all-inclusive hotel. We were accommodated in 5* instead of 4 without extra charges. Buffet-style meals, there was everything at the same time: fish and chicken, but beef and lamb alternated. Classic soups, sometimes even tom yam was. There are several types of porridge. You could have asked for an omelet, they fry it in front of you, as well as pasta.. Dumplings with mutton were just a bomb! There are a lot of salads, as in the same Turkey or Egypt. Alcohol was also normal: 2 types of beer (strong and normal) of tolerable quality. Rum is white and black. Brandy, vodka and whiskey. For gourmets, if you leave the hotel and walk to its edge, there was a door.. And there you could buy alcohol from different countries for cheap. Everything is cheaper than in duty. Everything is gorgeous in the rooms, the bed is huge, as if not 3 meters wide and more than 2 meters long. There were two Russian-speaking employees. We promptly resolved issues and helped. The pools are warm, there is a sauna and a hammam. I recommend it!

There are a lot of minuses, we came with children, there were a lot of empty rooms, they asked us for $ 50 for early check-in, and he does not give change from $ 100, like I will give only local currency. They reminded me 3 times that they would not feed me, only in the evening, I did not understand what $ 50 was for. The room is damp, with the smell of sewage and mold. To get rid of this, you need to turn on the air conditioner in the cold, without air conditioning, the walls and floor flow. The food is all monotonous. On the ocean, everything is spoiled by breakwaters, this bay accumulates and sun creams and the water is muddy naturally. How the receptionist met us at the reception desk, just to rip off the money. We are 4 people, there are only 2 single beds and 2 blankets,2 towels, there is no toothpaste at all, in short everything is for 2 people. And we paid for 4 people. They asked for an extra bed, only for money. Well, everything is not as we imagined.

Very tasty food.
Animators work very actively, but not obsessively.
A wonderful clean private beach with an abundance of umbrellas and sun loungers, closed from storms by artificial jetties, is very suitable for a comfortable relaxing holiday.
The hotel is somewhat remote from civilization, but the taxi is quite inexpensive, there are many sightseeing routes.

Good afternoon. I am currently staying at the Mirage Bad AL Bahr 5* hotel in Fujairah. This is our first time in such a terrible hotel. When checking in in the room, two adults and a child have only one towel (bath) and one for the face. Toiletries for two people, the child does not need to wash and brush his teeth. We turn to the reception for the same answer - later. For any question you address, they have one answer "later". There is no food at all, you can say it simply does not exist. Fruits are watermelon (cut into cubes, mash) and melon tasteless also cubes. The fish is smelly, the chicken is dry, the meat is a mess. But for a fee they cook according to the menu. The juices are disgusting, they stink of bleach. I can't say anything about alcohol because I don't drink it. Water is given to drink only after 11.00, get drunk at breakfast. The second day I am in the room with poisoning, I feel very bad. In bars, the floor is tiled, people come in to drink coffee from the beach, no one wipes, it's slippery. I slipped, fell, hurt my knee, a girl fell after me - they are like sheep standing watching. A 5* hotel does not pull in any way, unless the indicator is the lobby in gold. I kindly ask you to move to another hotel, since I have a small child with me, the money is not small.The receiving side of coral does not willingly solve our problems. There is an opinion that guides are interested in selling us more excursions and nothing else. This is the first time I have met such an attitude towards tourists.

We checked out of this hotel today. The service is at the highest level. I've never had a door held and an elevator called before) delicious food, but very little seafood, not enough of them. We had 2 wonderful animators Lilya and Adeline. As far as I'm a seal on vacation, almost every day, when we didn't go on excursions, I participated in water aerobics, yoga. In the evening there was entertainment all the time - karaoke, discos, guess the tune show. Despite the fact that you can't really walk around the territory, the girls brightened up this vacation with a variety. The hotel has its own beach, it's generally gorgeous, and the ocean came out, if you don't like this beach, you can go outside the hotel and there is a wild beach. A beautiful landscape, what delightful sunrises, soft sand.
BUT there is one huge disappointment, how the hotel demonstrated itself initially and what impression has been preserved. We arrived on September 29th, had a voucher on hand, bought a ticket back in July, naturally made a request to check in, and the next day sent a confirmation. There were 10 of us, and when it came to settling in, we had to live in 4*, it turns out there are no rooms, but that's half the trouble, the most important thing was not our names in their database! Not one out of 10 tourists! How is this possible. The time is 4 am, we have 3 nights in Moscow. I called without even expecting that our tour operator Ruslana from Tui would answer me. But she replied, thank her very much! I sent an application and after 40 minutes we were settled in 5*. A lot of nerves were spent, because they had not encountered this before and did not know what to do. The hotel blames the tour operators for allegedly not warning us that we would arrive on the 29th. Our hotel guide said if there is a voucher, this is the confirmation from the hotel. I certainly believe our guide. 3 days passed, 2 women moved into our hotel, they had an early booking, and they were generally moved to 3 *, because there were no seats. This is extremely outrageous and very unpleasant. You pay for your vacation, and they spoil it for you in the first minutes of arrival at the hotel.
Keep in mind that this is the case. Have more patience, and have a wonderful vacation for everyone)

We rested at this hotel from April 18 to 28. I won't go here anymore and I don't advise others. They settled in a bungalow, asked for two separate beds, gave two, but they could not be moved apart, that is, they were given one in fact.
The room is small, suitcases did not fit in the closet, old bed linen with holes stood on the aisle, towels if they change, then one less all the time, they can't count up to two. The food is monotonous, tasteless, dry chicken, fish or telapia or some kind of smelly, beef meat I didn't understand at all, finely chopped, dry, but in gravy.
