We stayed at this hotel for a week (01.09- 06.09.25). This is the very first hotel from Palma. The hotel consists of two towers. On the 3rd floor there is an outdoor swimming pool. They take you to the beach on a buggy. The beach is located opposite the Ferris wheel (I recommend you to visit). Instead of dinners (a lot of people ) we went to restaurants in the hotel (a la carte).I highly recommend the grill restaurant (opposite the reception), excellent rib eye steak is served, another restaurant behind the pool is Luciano. And the pub bar is Underground. Everything is great. We are satisfied with this hotel.(despite the fact that there is a construction site nearby, but there is a construction site everywhere - this is Dubai Marina )

Staff: They work politely and quickly everywhere. I would like to say a special thanks to Tarsem, who works on the beach. He always greeted us with a smile and promptly helped us find free sun beds in the right place. It's just hot and uncomfortable in summer, so this attraction is available seasonally. There is a good fitness club on site, also with a panoramic view of the wheel. There are several bars that are open late. In general, the hotel is worth the money. And an important remark: the construction site does not interfere at all. Moreover, the whole of Dubai is being built up all year round. This is rather a temporary inconvenience, which is compensated by excellent service, rather than a minus.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel for 8 days. The room is generally good: bright, tidy, comfortable. However, cleaning is not carried out every day, in fact, it becomes regular only if you tip the maid. Without this, cleaning can be skipped, which is, of course, a minus for a hotel of this level. The biggest and most significant drawback is the construction site right next to the hotel. You can hear the noise from it all the time: hammer blows, drills - all this accompanies you literally everywhere. When you go out into the courtyard or garden of the hotel, you can forget about the silence and peaceful walks. In the pool, the construction site can be heard in the background, while it also spoils the view. The same noise is heard on the beach, and on the playground, too. Even during dinners in the open-air garden, when live music is playing and you want to enjoy the atmosphere, construction work continues until late in the evening (sometimes until 11 a.m. or later). This greatly spoils the impression of a vacation. I would like to mention nutrition separately, especially from the point of view of recreation with a small child. My child is 2 years old, and unfortunately, the kitchen in this hotel is not child-friendly at all. There is no simple, easy food: pasta, steamed dishes, familiar children's food. Everything is mostly fried, fatty, with sauces and spices. Even porridges (oatmeal, semolina) are prepared only with water. As a result, the child ate mostly cucumbers, corn and bread. The variety of cheeses and fish was very modest, fruits are cut only on request. If the dinner time is coming to an end, the food begins to be cleaned in advance. The biggest disadvantage for me is that my child was actually starving in this hotel. Nutrition can still be adapted for adults, but not for young children. I was also surprised that the buffet clearly has an emphasis on Indian cuisine: there are many dishes with curries and spices, which is not suitable for children or those who do not like such food. It's the same thing every day. There was also an unpleasant moment with the staff: once, when the child fell asleep, I asked to take food with me for the child, but they refused me. There was also a serious problem when leaving. The concierge downstairs made a mistake: when my transfer arrived, he put my parents in it, even though they were supposed to take a separate hotel transfer. As a result, they ended up at the airport in another terminal, where my transfer took them. This was a clear mistake by the concierge and created a lot of stress and extra expense at another airport terminal before departure. Of the advantages, I can mention the convenient location of the hotel: there is a supermarket nearby, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the metro, and Dubai Marina and Dubai Marina Mall are also about 20 minutes on foot. Overall, the impression of the holiday turned out to be mixed: good rooms and location, but the constant noise of construction, inadequate meals for children and staff mistakes greatly reduced the overall quality of the holiday.

We had a vacation in November 2025 . The hotel does not match 5🌟 maximum 4! It 's very noisy by the pool, and construction is underway on the territory . There is also music on the beach from all sides, as there are paid beaches on the right and left. The breakfasts are weak , there are no berries , only one type of porridge , the same thing every day . There are not enough staff for high-quality service. The three restaurants on site are also not encouraging.

There is a laundry service The territory is large for small children, there is a swimming pool with a covered area, which is very cool! And the cons. First and foremost , if you don 't take water from the room , you have to buy it on the beach , I think that the hotel is not in the middle segment and the price is not 100k per person , you can bring water to the beach and get it to the hotel visitors for free ! Secondly, there is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor , it is 16+, so what is the problem , the territory is also not small, and there are backyards nearby, so they were not allowed to walk with a child there (I specify not to swim, not to sunbathe) but just to walk , neither in the morning nor in the evening On the third day of departure , lunch was refused ! Although we didn't have lunch or dinner on the day of our arrival, I think you should think about it! We left the hotel for the airport at 1 p.m. and could have eaten safely, but we only had to pay extra, which means you won't pay us back for lunch and dinner on the first day! The territory is large, everything is always clean. It's 3 minutes to the sea, and there are also shuttles. There have always been places on the beach and by the pool (although there are plenty of people who like to leave a towel). Towels are provided both at the pools (3rd floor and street) and on the beach, they will definitely help you choose sun beds and spread a towel. White sand on the beach. The staff is cultured everywhere, but there are practically no Russian speakers. The hotel is conveniently located, there is always somewhere to walk. One of the disadvantages was the construction site, but it didn't bother me much.
