Great hotel. Good service. Check-in starts at 15.00, but if possible, try to check in early. Delicious breakfasts/lunches. On Saturdays, a gorgeous festive lunch in the meadow. The beach is quite large, there are enough sun beds for everyone. The entry into the water is excellent, you do not need to go far, the water is already chest-deep in 5 meters (with a height of 170))) The pools are gorgeous. Ice cream by the pool is expensive (22 dirhams for 1 ball. This is about 600 rubles). There is a disco club on site. It seems to work even during the day. Great gym. Free of charge, around the clock. Of the minuses, the beach is too far away. It takes about 5 minutes on foot, but "foundlings" drive. In general, the price/quality is consistent. I recommend.

We had a rest in July 2023. I really liked the hotel. Starting from the meeting from the taxi and ending with everything else. The staff is very friendly and caring, each service carefully transfers you from hand to hand, there are no questions where to go and what to do, the staff will organize everything, offer a rest room if you arrive early.
Arabic style, pleasant aroma throughout the hotel, but quite strong (not everyone may like it). The room is spotlessly clean, sooo comfortable mattress, bed linen is a separate buzz, Elemis shower cosmetics.
We had a tower ocean view room with a balcony, the view from the room is amazing. The room itself has been renovated, it is clear that the furniture is not new, but everything is in good condition.
An absolute plus is that the hotel has its own piece of beach. It is spacious and clean.
The area is very green and cozy.
The pool is temperature controlled, in extreme heat you can really cool off in it. A pool for children with a sunshade, there are 2 water slides and a cave grotto. Ice towels are distributed by the pool during the day. There are enough deck chairs for everyone. Water aerobics is performed in the morning. The bathroom near the pool is always clean and tidy.
There is an infinity pool for adults only.
The hotel has several different restaurants and bars. We always ate in the main restaurant, we liked the way they cook there. The Swedish line itself is small, but I consider it a plus, because you don't need to wander with a plate for half an hour. Every evening there are themed dinners, I especially liked how fish and meat are cooked, wonderful steaks, there are always dishes with shrimp.
The hotel has a good location at the very beginning of the JBR, so there are no traffic jams here. Near the metro, Marina mall, monorail, Dubai Marina, a small supermarket. There are numerous cafes and a promenade within walking distance.
A great hotel in its category. An oasis in the stone jungle of Dubai.

A beautiful hotel. The food is delicious. If dinner is paid in addition to breakfast, it can be replaced with lunch, without warning, which is convenient.
The pool, which is located above the reception, cannot be visited with children, only for adults. There is only a communal pool with children, where there are a couple of water slides and animation (gymnastics, volleyball in the water).
The rooms are beautiful, everything is there: shampoo, balm, gel, soap, lotion, dental kits, hair dryer, ironing board with iron, bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine, water.
A taxi to the Dubai Mall (Burj Khalifa) costs about 2000 rubles in Yandex, in which only business comes. Drive 25-30 minutes.
A more budget taxi is the careem app.
The hotel has a free bus to the Dubai Outlet if anyone wants to go there.
Prices, like everywhere else in Dubai, bite. Be prepared)
The tourist fee for check-in is 40 dirhams per person (approximately 1000-1100 rubles).

Yes, it's a good hotel. Clean area, gym and tennis courts for athletes. Beautiful swimming pool. Everything is good for food - the choice for breakfast is not too big, but sufficient. Dinners are at least in the buffet format, even in restaurants at the level (especially the grill bar). The construction site did not soar us. A beach with enough sun beds. There are cool Korean-Chinese cafes with reasonable prices near the hotel. It is recommended to visit.

This is the best hotel on JBR for family holidays! The staff is very attentive and helpful. And not least, this is one of the few hotels where drinks are included in the price of HB meals. Excellent location, convenient to go out for walks. And there is also a free shuttle service to the outlet and Emirates malls and there are always places, because the guests of the Habtoor Grand Hotel are always picked up and brought back first.

We rested on the May holidays . A wonderful hotel. We were upgraded to a room category for free, a Russian-speaking guy at the reception promptly, very kindly and professionally solved all the issues that arose. Very convenient location: there is a place to walk, and for beach lovers there is a private beach with white sand, umbrellas and sun loungers and turquoise water in which you can see fish. Very beautiful well-maintained territory, clean swimming pools. On one side there are skyscrapers, and on the territory of the hotel birds are singing, trees and lawns. When we had dinner in an Italian cafe, it felt like you were not in the center of Dubai, but somewhere in an Italian restaurant on the coast:white tablecloths, trees and birds. The dinners were themed, every evening the cuisine of one of the countries: Arabic, Indian, Japanese. The freshest products, a wide variety., very tasty. The restaurants are clean everywhere. In general, the hotel is very clean, everything is constantly cleaned. The rooms are also cleaned at a very good level. And most importantly, the atmosphere is friendly, professional staff who try very hard to make your stay pleasant. The only unpleasant moment was the hostel in the restaurant, which ruined our last evening. The dinner was themed by the pool, some of the tables were placed right next to the toilets. When we tried to move because the toilets were right next to each other, men were coming in and out, she wouldn't let us move to the empty tables. I understand that they try to seat large companies at large tables, and there were two of us, but there were other tables there. In any case, we did not have dinner next to the toilet in a five-star hotel, we were forced to leave. But the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the hostesses is the only negative impression, the rest was wonderful. We recommend the hotel and will try to return as soon as possible. You did well!

A great place to relax, for the whole family. Beautiful views towards the sea. Just need to look a little to the left. Your own beach, which you can walk to, surrounded by beautiful landscape and greenery, or drive an electric car that runs throughout the day.
The food is excellent. The buffet, the menu is optimally selected and everyone will find what they like. The staff is quick to help, always friendly and friendly. There are a lot of Russian-speaking staff. There are also Russian-speaking managers at the reception. So, there won't be any problems.
The rooms are serviced on time, of course, to a fairly high standard. What is very pleasant, upon check-in, you will be given a full tour of the room and will be told everything in detail. This minimizes all possible inconveniences and misunderstandings.
All walking areas, restaurants and malls are within walking distance. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Dubai Marina at a leisurely pace, and you will enjoy magnificent views. Especially at night. By tram you can get to Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah and other places located a little further away. By the way, it should be borne in mind that the monorail stops traveling to Palm Jumeirah, after 22 hours, inland to the Atlantis hotel. It will be possible to climb only to the observation deck at the entrance.

One of my favorite hotels in the Jumeirah area, great location, great beach, there are not a lot of strangers on it. excellent beach service and room service. I love the UAE. I love Dubai. This hotel feels like home. Very cozy. Delicious food. It's always clean. It is located at the beginning of the Dubai Marina district. My favorite area of the city. There is a place to walk in the evening. Close yacht trips . It takes about 15 minutes to get to the subway, as you have to go around . The think Mall is a 20-minute metro ride away, by taxi it all depends on traffic jams.

But in the main hall there was a constant and strong smell like from a dirty toilet. The staff explained that the smell was from the water in the fountain. I was with my wife last year for the first time in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for about 10 days on vacation. The country as a whole is interesting and there are interesting historical and tourist places in these two cities. We lived in a 5-star hotel on the coast in Dubai, as we were advised by experienced comrades, because in hotels of lower ranks there is already a lower level of service and a more "shabby" atmosphere. But here, who has any requests and opportunities ..
I think for those who have not been to these parts, everything will be interesting.. But the country is rich and not cheap...

We visited in 2022 and 2024, we liked the hotel both times.
We took rooms with sea views, not to say that we often looked out the windows, but the views are beautiful.
The staff is very friendly and tries to help and resolve all issues. It was nice to communicate with them and there was no unnecessary importunity.
The hotel has its own beach area with sun loungers, free towels, and a shower. We liked the beach, as a result, we did not use the pools. The beach is open from 8:30 a.m. until sunset.
In terms of nutrition, they took only breakfasts, in our opinion more than normal, without any frills, but they did not get bored in a week. Otherwise, we ate outside the hotel, there were much more interesting places.
Of the serious disadvantages, two points can be noted:
1. Not very good transport accessibility. If you use public transport, walk for 15 minutes to the nearest metro/bus stops in the heat. Well, or take a taxi.
2. The construction of another building begins at the hotel and it is quite large. As of September 2024, this did not cause any special problems for us, but it will be noisier further, there will be more workers on the territory. We think we will prefer a different accommodation on our next trips before the construction is completed.

Several restaurants (we liked the main one, Italian, Japanese - sushi is just something)
The service is good enough
There were moments, but after clarification from the manager or at the reception, the staff said that it was a slight linguistic misunderstanding - so be it
The promenade is a 10-minute walk away
There are shops nearby - you can find everything you need
There are tennis courts, a gym (the gym is spacious, there are many exercise machines)
In general, a wonderful hotel for relaxation!

We are resting here now. I really like the location of the hotel! In the evening, you can go outside The Walk and walk there, you can go to the canals. Everything is beautiful and clean! There are not many people on the beach, since the hotel is at the beginning of the beach and outsiders do not come here, which cannot be said about the middle of the beach, where there is a real "anthill" of people. There are 2 small construction sites on the territory of the hotel, on the first day we were tense and upset, but then we quickly forgot about them, as they did not interfere at all. The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, the rooms are well cleaned. I recommend it!

The hotel is not bad, the staff is very responsive, the rooms are good, the breakfasts are modest but there is something to bite, red fish, scrambled eggs, pancakes, ask for nutella paste, they take it to themselves, but if you say nutella, they give it without problems. Lunch and dinner are also modest, there are only two types of meat. The beach is good, the sea is beautiful.
And now the most important and FAT minus is that an apartment building has begun to be built on the territory of the hotel, and if it is still normal during the day, then at night it is just tin, the construction is boiling and it is simply unrealistic to sleep. We raced for a couple of days, then asked to change the number to another one, changed to the other side, but we can still hear it. We rested from 01.11.2024 to 09.11.2024. The house has just begun to be built, in the next year or two I definitely do not recommend this hotel!!!

We are currently vacationing in this hotel. In general, nothing, a wonderful Lounge for club rooms, convenient location, large territory, but there are a few nuances.
1) gym. I actively use it in all the hotels I stay in. It was a problem to find the opening hours, since they were not indicated anywhere, although other hotels indicate either on maps or on the website. I accidentally saw them on the glass of the gym when I went to the beach. It is indicated that it works 24 hours. I thought, cool, around the clock, you can come at any convenient time and calmly, slowly, train. Today we returned late from an excursion and I decided to go to the gym before going to bed and take a shower there, went to the locker room, changed my clothes (it was about 12:00-12:20 at night) left my things in the booths there and went to the gym. I practiced for an hour and went to the locker room, I put the key, and the door was locked, fortunately there was one of the hotel employees in the corridor who contacted security. It turned out that the locker room works until 12 ( although I went in quietly at 12 ) and it's kind of embarrassing that you find out in fact when you get into such situations, even if a sign was made for the locker rooms with opening hours, otherwise it's not clear what time it opens and how much it closes. It's also a blessing that they didn't close it when I was in the cutting, because the Internet doesn't catch well there and I would have to wait until morning for it to be opened, since I got the impression that they didn't check whether someone was there or not, but I won't say for sure. A sign about the opening hours would not be superfluous
2) Coffee mugs. For the first time I came across such a thing that they are not suitable in size for a coffee machine (both are quite large, and one is so huge), perhaps one such is intended for tea, but the smaller one also does not particularly fit, so it is better to drink coffee in the nearest coffee shops. At the hotel, Latte coffee is also wonderful for breakfast. I haven't tried a worse latte yet. It tasted like Americano, which was just poured with milk. Yes, perhaps this is a quibble, but the hotel is 5 stars and the neighboring hotels on the Marina have no such problems.
3) if you take rooms, then take them with a view of the city if you want to sleep, because along with the sea you will get a noisy disco from the club, which hold a party until 5 am. The first nights were sleepless and with noise-suppressed headphones, but even sometimes they did not help, since even the bed was shaking from the Bass. Fortunately, we replaced the room without additional charges on the other side and now we sleep peacefully. For reference, keep in mind. This is certainly not the fault of the hotel, but it was very unpleasant.
P.s personally, my head is a quibbler. This is for the work of the locker room, because it was very unpleasant and it was the first time I encountered this, at least write how much it opens, otherwise I don't want to find out again on my own skin

The most popular place for Russians on vacation packages. The Marina area is built up with hotels. A good place to relax. Those who have been to Dubai and have seen the sights at least once will just lie on the beach and go to restaurants in the evening. There's nothing else to do after what you've seen. Great hotel!! We were with children 4-7-10 years old. A huge beach, there are always sun beds. Large territory, many restaurants. It's just that everything is very good. The only thing: when you check in, they offer lower floors, so you can safely ask for higher ones, they are there. We didn't have an extra paid seat right away - they offered to pay extra, we had to have a little fight with the hotel manager (our guide helped), no more questions arose. And in rooms where there is no balcony, there is no dryer. Yes, it's inconvenient here. The swimsuits did not dry out until the end. Everything else is perfect!!

Although there are several big disadvantages, perhaps for someone these disadvantages on the contrary will be advantages… So my "cons": the sink and toilet in the room have a "child's size", i.e. lower than the usual, standard sizes in height; sound insulation leaves much to be desired, because the bed is next to the front door and the audibility of various noises from the corridor is quite good... and completing the impression of the room is a suspended door to the bathroom a room that is very noisy when moving, especially it is "impressive" at night. I have no special complaints about nutrition, although I am very surprised to spend the evening eating in the "fresh air", at an air temperature of about 30 degrees ... the pleasure is not pleasant for me. Whether I will go to this hotel again... is unlikely!

The hotel is great!!! The territory is very well maintained, everything is clean, interesting bridges and paths. A beautiful fountain made of large vases. The beach with a stunning view, white sand, clean water. Impressions are the best! An excellent solution in the heat is the Infinity pool on the 3rd floor, where even at 38 it is very pleasant to spend time.
The food at the hotel is very diverse and of high quality , during the week for dinner the dishes were practically not repeated . There has always been meat, fish, seafood, a large selection of cheeses. Breakfasts are modest, but as some write "there is nothing to eat" straight nonsense. Salmon was always delicious, sliced, vegetables, cheeses, pastries, eggs, pancakes.
I recommend the hotel, although it is old, but they keep the Brand!!! I want to come back!!!

A nice hotel, a large area for milking children, but there is an adult-only area. There is a private beach.
Tomorrow is not wow, but generally normal.
The rooms are nice, but now there is something just behind the tennis courts, which are also on site, so now the sea view is spoiled by cranes and the sounds of construction.
We will return to the hotel with the children.
