Since February 28, my husband and I have been in isolation for 10 days at a hotel in Sharjah. A foreign country, a language barrier, complete isolation in 4 walls - all this made our vacation unbearable. And thanks to Svetlana, we resolved all the issues that were bothering us. She reacted very quickly to every request. There was concern and concern in her every word. We had a rest in early November 2025. The hotel is located on the border with the Emirate of Ajman. The first coastal strip . The beach is small, but enough . There is a fairly large swimming pool. I swam only in the sea . After lunch , the tide is out , the sea is knee - deep . The bathing area in the sea is small, but well protected by rocks from the open sea, in windy weather the waves are small. It is very good for children and those who do not swim . Umbrellas are not enough everywhere , you have to borrow early in the morning . The food is average, the staff works very well. The tables are always clean , dishes are immediately removed from the tables , they are very polite and friendly . There's a separate plus for the staff about this! In the evening, you can eat at the restaurant, there is a fish restaurant. There is a bar, ice cream, juices are all delicious. There are no strong queues . Alcohol is prohibited in this emirate, you can walk to Ajman , 50 minutes , you can take a taxi , inexpensive . The room is also clean and well cleaned.On the first day we couldn't check into the reserved room, we spent the night in a small room without a balcony. They start settling in at three o'clock in the afternoon , they settled in only in the evening . The next day we were given a huge room with two rooms of 100 sq.m. The balcony is even bigger, it looks at the sea, the second floor is visible in the photo. This is for the inconvenience caused to us during check-in . Two TVs , a coffee machine , a separate kitchen , a bathtub , a separate shower , a royal suite . The Emirate of Sharjah is near Dubai, you can take a taxi, and that's what we did. In general, we are happy with the rest . This is our sixth visit to the United Arab Emirates, and our second to Sharjah .

A great quiet, calm, measured vacation away from the stone jungle and the hustle and bustle. The service, accommodation, and food in the restaurant are all at a decent level. Check-in took place earlier than the scheduled time when the hotel is fully loaded. We are very grateful for the matching of the room provided to our chosen category on the tour, the beautiful view from the window and the comfort. We didn't get to the fish restaurant, although there were tables available and no appointment was required. The girl at the entrance gave us a message in Russian on her phone, where we were asked to come over in 45 minutes. The welcome billet was apparently offered to all interested visitors. Therefore, I had to spend all the evenings in the main restaurant. I have a question for the cleaners: they cleaned every day, but the stains on the floor from the rag were unpleasant to observe. The beach is beautiful: clean sand, good comfortable sun beds, which were always enough, and the gentle warm sea were memorable. We went on a sightseeing trip to Dubai for the day, and in the evening we couldn't wait to return to the Sheraton paradise. You can walk to the local GreenMarkt supermarket for goodies or visit a good candy store right in the hotel, there is also an Adidas across the street from the hotel - you can treat yourself to new items in it (there are big doubts about the authenticity of the goods). Many thanks to all the reception staff and those responsible for luggage, the staff of the kitchen, the main restaurant and the pool bar, the administrator of the fitness center and everyone with whom we crossed paths on vacation - the people are in their places, always smiling and friendly. I wish them continued prosperity. I do not exclude the possibility of returning soon.

We stayed at the hotel from 5 to 12 September. We liked everything: the hotel is beautiful, the double room with a balcony (city view) is spacious and cozy. A huge balcony, two 1.2 m wide beds, a separate shower and a bathtub in the bathroom, there is an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, safe, kettle, cups, spoons, tea, minibar (for a fee). Sockets are mainly for Type G plugs, but there are one or two of ours and USB. We didn't buy the adapter, we got out. The staff mostly speaks English, and there was always at least one Russian-speaking girl at the reception. Check-in at 15.00, check-out at 12.00. Lunch at the restaurant (we had all-inclusive meals) starts at 12.30, so only dinner on the day of arrival, only breakfast on the day of departure. But the all-inclusive type of food allows you to have lunch on one of these days, we learned about this from the guide the next day, the reception did not advertise it. We arrived at 9:00 a.m., our suitcases were taken to the luggage room, given a Wi-Fi password, and offered to use the SPA locker room (lockers, shower, toilet). We packed our light bags and slates in advance, changed our clothes, toured the hotel, the pools, and had lunch at a cafe for the money. We were told that there was a good seafood restaurant across the street from the hotel, but we didn't get there. We were checked in at 13:00. The territory of the hotel is small, compact, the building is in the shape of the letter P, inside the "letter" there is a swimming pool area and a cafe with drinks and ice cream. Three pools of different depths are great! Sun beds near the pool are not easy to find. After the pools, the stairs lead down to the beach. The beach is small, white sand, sloping entrance. The depth varies depending on the tide. The water was 30-33 degrees. You can swim in the sea only until sunset. The main restaurant and two other restaurants where you can dine for free, but in this case they will serve only certain dishes from the menu. We went to a seafood restaurant once and the food was delicious. We also really liked the main restaurant, the cuisine is diverse. There is a pastry shop and a souvenir and clothing store on the same floor as the restaurants. The confectionery store has a good selection, a large flow of customers, the product is fresh, the seller speaks Russian. The guide at the meeting offers guided tours and provides all the necessary information. Guided tours are expensive. Tourists are transported from the hotel to the shopping centers of Sharjah for free at certain hours (the schedule is given at the reception). They also take us to the Dubai Mall on certain days by appointment (we couldn't make an appointment, everything was busy). Taxis in Sharjah are inexpensive, we missed the free bus, and took a taxi safely. We checked out after 3 p.m. At 12 p.m. we vacated the room, the Wi-Fi was turned off, but we were allowed to have lunch, we discussed this in advance at the reception. Overall, the hotel made a very good impression, I recommend it.

A gorgeous hotel that you want to return to! We were treated like Sheikhs! Excellent staff! The food was delicious. We took the tour with all-inclusive meals, and had a rest at the end of August, as the price was reasonable. It's hot, yes! But in the last days of rest, there was already a breeze and it was much more comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are always at the main Gusti restaurant, and once we had a free dinner at Ajwan restaurants with Arabic cuisine and Marasea seafood. I liked both places, fast service, a compliment from the chef, everything is very tasty and at the highest level! Without an appointment. In the main restaurant, at the entrance, they write down the number, last name and how many people, for breakfast, having taken a table, they always specify which coffee to bring you, all the staff really liked, all smiling and very sincere! Of the food for dinner, shrimp, mussels, oxtail, different fish, different types of meat, side dishes to choose from, a separate children's menu, and open an additional room if there are a lot of people, the queues are small, all dishes are instantly supplemented, from fruits watermelon, melon, pineapple, apples, pears, oranges, tangerines, delicious dates, and of course awesome desserts! We were checked in from about 13-14 hours, although according to the rules it was 15:00, but we approached several times persistently, since we were already there from 9 a.m.)) They escorted us to the locker room of the fitness club and then took our luggage. We were served lunch on the day of the star On the day of departure, breakfast was included, lunch was refused, as we ate lunch on arrival, but we had a snack at the pool bar for free without any problems, a hot dog, French fries with cheese and herbs, and a banana in batter with ice cream came to us very much before departure and no one He didn't refuse us! The pool is gorgeous with views of the beach and the Persian Gulf, palm trees around and in the center, a bar with ice cream and juices, a huge hotel in the form of a castle, a fabulous oriental paradise! The cleanest beach with white sand is simply excellent, clear water, fish swim, rays even swim up! There was no animation, but I personally don't need it. Like yoga started in September, but we weren't there anymore)) We took a room with a balcony and did not regret it, the 2nd floor came across to us, most likely it was not even a balcony, but as a spacious terrace with a good view of the city. It's better not to skimp on it, our company had three rooms, and they were all different, the other had a narrow balcony, but with beautiful lighting, and one without a balcony, both on the 8th floor. We dried things on the balcony, it's inconvenient without it in this regard. The rooms have a kettle, and water, tea, coffee, and sugar were replenished if necessary. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board were in the room, very convenient! By the way, the plug from the hair dryer fits into the outlet that is near the mirror in the hallway, it has an on/off button, and the refrigerator was immediately asked to empty of paid treats and drinks, because they themselves were packing delicious Dubai chocolate and dates with different fillings! You can rent bicycles, but we had other entertainment, we went in front of the hotel to shop at the Adidas store)), the original, the receipts are original)), as we clarified in the Sahara Mall shopping center in the same department and were told that it had recently opened. But by the way, we still haven't been able to arrange free taxes there, referring to the fact that the store is new, while everything is being set up. In the evenings we walked to supermarkets, the nearest Brand Mart and a little further Nesto, it's easy to find on the map! The hotel does not have a territory as such — all life takes place inside and on the beach, but there is a beautiful embankment nearby, where it is pleasant to walk in the evening. There is no animation at all, so the hotel is suitable for those who prefer a relaxing holiday without noise. There is a fitness room, including a separate room for women only, which is a big plus. The hotel organizes free transfers to the center of Sharjah (to different shopping centers and at different times), as well as a paid transfer to the Dubai Mall — 50 dirhams per person, departure at 10:30, return at 16:00. There is a large supermarket near the hotel where you can buy everything you need inexpensively. We got a room on the 8th floor with a balcony and sea view (originally booked "with a view of the city"). I think the upgrade is due to the fact that my mom had a birthday party during her vacation — it's nice that the hotel celebrated it.: A cake with the inscription “Happy Birthday” was waiting for us on the day of arrival. The room is spacious, with two large beds, a bathroom and a shower cabin. The equipment is excellent: napkins, towels, bathrobes, slippers, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Hygiene products — shampoo, gel, conditioner, soap and hand cream — are available in both the bathroom and the shower. One of the disadvantages: the day before departure, bottled water was not supplied, although they usually gave 2 per person daily. Cakes are for the amateur. The fruits are standard (apples, oranges, pears, watermelon, melon), but the pineapples were especially delicious every day. The sea is simply excellent — clean, transparent and warm. Low tide starts after 3 p.m., so it's better to swim in the morning. At low tide, you can watch crabs on the rocks — the children will like it. By 8 a.m., there are almost no free sun beds. The pool is ordinary, there are not very many places near it.Many people occupied sun beds by the sea and went swimming in the pool, which is why there were not enough places for someone. The rest left pleasant impressions. The hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday by the sea, without fuss and entertainment.

I am writing a thank you review to all those involved in the congratulations, very very, very pleased, in my very heart (I attach the photo below). The hotel itself is gorgeous, inside and out an Arabic fairy tale))) The room was Delux, on the seventh floor, room 728, a huge bathtub, a separate shower, huge beds with luxurious mattresses and pillows, and.... An incredible view of the sea from the window. The disadvantage is that there is no balcony in the room and there is nowhere to dry wet things... Food: we had half board: breakfast and dinner, we changed dinner for lunch and went to a nearby seafood restaurant (this is generally a love story, as everything is delicious there, from soups to any choice of seafood, the menu is huge, they bring in Russian, a Russian-speaking waiter and not very expensive), everything is fine, but there are not enough fruits: melons, watermelons are bland, not tasty, and oranges are everything. In the evening, do not be lazy to go to the City Market, a 3-storey grocery store, there is everything there and everything is much cheaper (the same gas, water in cans, juices, chips, sweets, chocolates, souvenirs home and much more). The disadvantage is the crows, who are very arrogant, if you want to eat on the veranda, the crows are right there, stealing food, driving them away, but they still sit next to you and watch))) The hotel has a shuttle in the shopping center, you need to make an appointment, tell the reception which one you want to go to. The sea: ooooh, it's just a fairy tale, fresh milk, lovers of swimming, it's better to look at another hotel, it's a bay and quite shallow, but very cool. There are always enough sun beds for everyone, the guards always look and bring a sunbed if someone is missing. The only negative for me is smoking! There are sofas nearby where you can sit and smoke, there are no people sitting on their sun beds and all the smoke goes to the person sitting/lying next to them.... The staff is excellent, friendly and friendly. If you don't know English, a translator will help you. Thanks, the rest is great))) We were very satisfied.🫶

We stayed at the hotel in November 2025. It was a great vacation! Lovely hotel, cozy rooms, courteous staff. The restaurant has delicious and varied food (buffet), in the evening you could visit two more restaurants - fish and with local, Arabic cuisine, and in the afternoon enjoy soft drinks, coffee, ice cream and other goodies by the pool. The pool, I dare say, is very beautiful and comfortable for both kids and adults! And what delicious coffee is prepared in the hotel bar, near the reception! And cakes, pastries are above all praise! A very nice and comfortable beach, closed by breakwaters from waves, soft white sand, sun beds, umbrellas ... Beautiful and well-maintained territory, convenient access for cars, buses, Parking ... The weather in November was wonderful!!! I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel!!! I will definitely come again! I recommend it!!! By the way, it was my birthday while I was on vacation. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone at sea. Sandy beach, there are three showers to wash off the sand and sea salt from yourself. These are all advantages. Now, what was not pleasant and what were the difficulties. First, the sea.... That's what we're going to get from cities where it doesn't exist. Man-made boulders of stones erected around it, I don't know exactly what they are intended for, make a swimming pool with green, mud-scented water. At low tide, the water level fluctuated from knee to neck for several days. The second half, with the rising tide, already allowed my feet to lift off the bottom. It is forbidden to walk on the boulders, the beach watcher will stop you with a whistle. The second disadvantage (although not for everyone)- lack or lack of knowledge of English. All the staff speaks this language. Although half of our compatriots are in the hotel. Third, the hotel is located far from any shops. There's a single sports shop across the street, and restaurants line the waterfront. In the evenings, locals come here, walk with children, run along the paths, ride scooters, sit on the beach, admiring the sunset. Fourth: if you get a room without a balcony, with a non-opening window, then prepare for the fact that the washed clothes or swimsuits will dry for three days. We couldn't pay extra at the reception for a room with a balcony, everyone is busy. And in a huge hotel, when building balconies, they didn't stick much. To get to the shopping centers, you will be called a taxi on request. There is a transfer from the hotel, but we did not use it. Rooms are cleaned from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day. Water is provided free of charge for 2 bottles of 0.5 liters per person. The hotel has a separate gym for men and women. It's small, but nice and cozy. Check-in at 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m. We checked out at 7:30 p.m., so we paid extra like a day. Around $100.

We had a rest in the middle of September, 2025. We were very satisfied. The hotel made the best impressions. We arrived early in the morning and checked in immediately + 250 dirhams, but at 8 a.m. we were already in the room + lunch. The room made an impression with its interior. The view was of Sharjah. I was completely satisfied with the food, different meat, seafood every day. The sea is lovely, there was always enough space on the beach, you need to take seats early by the pool. Because it was too hot outside, we only visited the aquarium (I liked it) and the fountain show. There was a prize from the hotel on my birthday, very nice. I recommended this hotel to my friends and hope to visit it again myself.

Overall, everything is fine. The rooms are spacious (I had a club room with a balcony), cleaning is done every day, bottled water is replenished, there were bathrobes, an iron, a kettle, tea/coffee, even a capsule coffee machine (capsules were replenished). The buffet is not exactly varied, but it is normal for a week. There is no entertainment on site at all, except for some kind of beauty salon and gym (neither of which were useful to me). But there are many cafes and shops around the hotel. Of the cons: the hotel is quite old (2015) and in some places it is already noticeable, cosmetic repairs did not hurt. In the very season, I strained with sun beds, people got up and took their seats at 7 a.m., and then went to breakfast, and someone probably fell asleep)) although there is a sign with a warning to vacate the deck chairs if you leave for an hour, but of course no one followed this rule. There are already a lot of people in the dining room at 9 o'clock and it's not comfortable enough.

A wonderful hotel in Sharjah, probably the best! The area is very beautiful and peaceful. The sea has a breakwater and is almost always calm and clear. The pool area is very beautiful. The linen is clean, the robes are clean. The hair dryer is normal, not vitek, shampoo, balm, body lotion are all there. We stayed at the hotel in the middle of October. This room has a balcony and direct sea view. 1. The hotel is small, consisting of one building with "wings". It is very beautifully illuminated in the evening! It looks like a fabulous sand castle! On the very border of the two emirates. The only inconvenience was the lack of grocery supermarkets nearby (but the Adidas outlet is across the street)) and the construction site at the beginning of the promenade towards the center of Sharjah. There was an area on the boardwalk itself with a disgusting smell from the lagoon. Fortunately, only in one place. There are also many different restaurants and cafes on the boardwalk. 2. The hotel is restrainedly beautiful inside. There are no special "chips" or glamorous photo spaces, but overall it is cozy and pretty. Convenient fast elevators, 2 on each side. There are practically no queues. It's very cool inside the hotel! Probably hail. 20! The hotel has 2 a la carte restaurants, fish and Arabic. The menu selection is very small! Not impressed at all! There are several shops in the hotel, we bought sweets, chocolates and dates. 3. The hotel has no territory. The pool is located between the buildings and immediately access to the beach. 4. Everything is clean, constantly being rubbed, washed, swept, there is enough staff, everyone is friendly. And even the skinny Emirati crows, who had taken root in the hotel, were not very annoying)). 5. The pool is good, small, pleasant to be in, there is no excessive chlorination, the water is pleasantly warm, the pool is open until 20h.!!!, in the deep part 1.67 m. there are enough sun beds. 6. A beach with EXTREMELY clean, dense, fine creamy sand! Entering the sea on dense sand. Even when the water is rough, it is not very cloudy at the surf line. There are almost no shells. The beach is cleaned daily and every evening. 7. The sea is shallow. At low tide, there is a puddle. Very warm! The water temperature is about 33 degrees! The buoys are close. You can swim only on the right along the line of buoys, 40 meters there and back. The sea is usually very calm, because it is closed by an artificial stone pier. 8. There is no animation AT ALL. After 22h, it is already quiet and only the sound of surf and flying planes can be heard (the take-off and landing line next to the hotel). In the evenings, we enjoyed drinking tea on the balcony and listening to the sound of the sea, but then we ran to the room under the air conditioner, because the temperature was even at 22h. 30-32 degrees, and humidity! 9. Room. Spacious, slightly tired furniture. Excellent mattresses/pillows/linens! Everything you need, including an iron and ironing board, is there. Only 1-2 chairs for 3 people and a dryer for clothes and swimsuits were missing. Everything you need is available for free upon request. The air conditioner is not noisy. And overall good sound insulation. The mini-bar is heavily charged. Water, tea, coffee - free, replenished daily. The bathroom is VERY spacious! There is a bathtub, a separate shower compartment, and a separate toilet cubicle. 10. Service - no comments at all. Employees don't get paid in vain. There are also Russian-speaking girls at the reception, and it's not a problem, of course, to communicate in English. The room was cleaned thoroughly. 11. We took a taxi to DM, but we didn't use the hotel transfer. Taxis are right outside the hotel. 120-140 dirhams one way, depending on traffic, time and route (we returned in the evening through heavy traffic jams, drove from DM 1h 40 min, and then - avoiding traffic jams!). 12. The only and biggest complaint is about nutrition. We had half board. It's not a big deal that the food is budget-monotonous. It was impossible to stay hungry, you could always find something delicious. But it was very annoying: a poor selection and bad (unripe) fruits. Monotonous and poorly prepared pastries. There were almost no fish and seafood. The food is definitely not at the 5-star level! Because of this, the overall score is 4.
