We have been vacationing since June 8, 2025. I really liked the hotel. I liked absolutely everything. The food is very tasty. The husband wanted to thank the chef, so they brought him straight in and the husband said thanks to the chef. We've been to a lot of places before, but we really liked the food here. When we were driving, I was very worried that it would be very hot. But everything was comfortable for me. The sea is +34 (I liked it). A large swimming pool with a hydro massage area (for those with back pain, I recommend it). There is still one disadvantage, choose a room with a balcony!!!

Special thanks to the Arabic cuisine restaurant and its chef for the incredibly delicious barbecue. The rooms are comfortable, everything is clean! The hotel itself is pretty. The early closure of the pool was very frustrating, as people come here to relax and swim, and not sit in the evening by the numbers. On the day of departure from the hotel, the restaurant staff and the reception staff severely frayed our nerves with their unflappable smile. Having handed over the room at 12.00, my mother and I expected a transfer at 13.15, respectively, we managed to have lunch at the restaurant (we had an ALL-INCLUSIVE tariff). After entering the restaurant, we calmly went to lunch, had lunch! An employee of the restaurant saw me in the hall and shook a check for 390 dirhams in front of his nose, smiled and left with this check in an unknown direction! We were not even warned at the entrance to the restaurant that lunch might be paid for at the all-inclusive rate! Before finishing lunch, we dropped everything and went to the reception, where your employee continued to smile maliciously, saying: well, you handed over the room!? And none of the restaurant staff warned you that you can eat for free at your own rate! A question for you: should we warn your employees about this? Please explain to the reception staff that their duties include not only smiling at customers and issuing unreasonable checks!

It was dusty and noisy when we got to the pool renovation. The result is that the price/quality does not meet expectations. My daughter also suffered from allergies, maybe the pillows, while they were sorted out and removed, they suffered from coughing, I had to drink antihistamines.

But this time, we arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., and checked into the room at about 3 p.m. We've been waiting for 5 check-ins!!! hours. We always checked in 15-20 minutes after arrival. The wait was very long this time! They explained that the room was not ready. After 5 hours of waiting, we were finally checked in, but when we arrived at the room, it was not ready. During this time, the entire hotel could be cleaned. They explained to us later that the hotel had a new manager and now there were new rules. It is very sad that the new manager does not understand that people with children are tired after a night flight and they want to relax. An elderly couple was also waiting for a room nearby on the sofa. The woman lay down on the sofa because she didn't have the strength to sit and wait for the check-in. I gave it 3 stars because this expectation ruined all the positive emotions from this hotel.

But this year there were no basic hygiene items in the rooms - important discs, ear sticks, shower caps, soap was put in 1 piece and then not every day. When I started clarifying with the service guys, they said it was only for suite rooms. In a 5-star hotel, it's even a shame to save on such a trifle. Next time, I guess I'll have to take toilet paper with me. And overall, the impression is good, free buses to different malls 3 times a day. This is a good bonus!. Let's come back again!

The hotel has a shop where there is a very large selection of chocolate-covered dates, and it is cheaper than in a supermarket. In the hotel itself, the air conditioning is very hot everywhere, well, it's very cold, the children are wet from the beach and their teeth are chattering. Maybe something has changed since 2023, but we were vacationing in November and it was still quite hot outside. But we went to the hotel and it was +21!!! As a result, my youngest daughter lost her temper. So much so that I had to call an ambulance and go to the hospital (the pace was over 40). Of course, at first I just cursed this hotel, but objectively, if you don't take into account our sad case, then the hotel is decent. By the way, when we were discharged from the hospital, the hotel replaced our rooms with more spacious ones, where the windows opened so that there was fresh air (there were two adults and three children), for which we thank them very much. And about the beach. Very small! It's just a micro! Swimming is sometimes uncomfortable, everyone gets in each other's way. And it is absolutely impossible to swim to the neighboring one, they immediately ask you to come back. The pool is NOT heated. The territory doesn't exist. There is no transfer to the malls! To sum up: the hotel is on the level, the rooms are decent, the food is fine, but the disadvantages outweighed our further return here. And there are too many bad memories about the illness here.

On the first day we had lunch and dinner, and on the day of departure we had breakfast. The second year we decided to visit the same hotel. They were supposed to move in on 12.06., but starting in 2025, Sheraton decided to earn an early check-in and sell for 250 dirhams. At the same time, your lunch disappears because you check in at 15, and on the day of departure you leave at 12 and also miss lunch, for which you paid, or we were not notified of the new conditions. We repeatedly approached the reception, no one cares about the presence of a hungry child, and we couldn't offer any options either. Consider the fact of paid check-in and the new level of customer orientation. I'll update the review: We settled in the area of 16. We clarified the current situation and received a very interesting comment.: the tour operator did not give any comments on your booking, although there is correspondence. In the morning, we had to approach 100 people and, probably, we would have decided something and, it turns out, we were offered to improve the room category rather than pay for early check-in. Of course, now you can say anything. The fact that we are regular customers and members of the Marriott Club doesn't matter either. Now about the room: there is no dental kit, one bathrobe (room for three), 2 sets of towels, and there is absolutely dust everywhere, plus dirty bed linen. There is a separate question, what kind of room cleaning was?! Let me remind you, it's 5 stars!

Of course, there is no animation for children, but I think it is not needed here, because half the time is on the beach / in the pool, half is on excursions. The service is top-notch.
