I've been there many times, before the price tag was more democratic and fully corresponded to the hotel, prices have increased significantly in recent years, plus the real difficulty of single occupancy has appeared. They impose a room with a sea view, and it would be OK, but only in my room the front wall of the balcony was about 150 cm high and deaf, that is, you could only see the sea by standing on tiptoe. Well, the hotel has been a little tired for 10 years, the breakfasts are the same from year to year. At the same time, there is a good beach, there is a long embankment nearby, where you can walk in the evening.

Great! Simply the best hotel for families with children! Polite, customer-oriented staff, cool rooms, delicious food, lots of locations for kids, and most importantly - no alcohol (and drunken guests)! We arrived in Dubai at 9 a.m. We were at the hotel at 10. Check-in after 14. To go to the beach, I had to change my clothes. And at the 5* hotel they offered to change clothes in the toilet!!! I was shocked. Wi-Fi is available only after check-in. There was a reservation with a balcony and a sea view. But upon arrival, they began to offer different rooms. Sometimes without the sea, sometimes without a balcony. Only the 5th room was offered what I wanted and even much better. Food. A large selection of various dishes. Service. The staff is very friendly. All questions/requests were resolved quickly. The beach is clean. Those who like to sleep, there may not be enough sun loungers under the awnings. We occupied it near the pool at 6 am. At 7 o'clock, there were no good places. Would I want to come back here? Most likely, "Yes." Despite the shortcomings, I liked my stay at this hotel. They took breakfast and dinner, the rooms are cleaned on average, 3 people live in the room, they always put two towels and 4 bottles of water, they constantly had to beg for water and towels from the cleaners, the faucet was constantly flowing in the bathroom, a whole puddle of water is always on the floor, the smell of mustiness and humidity is present in the room, the air conditioner does not help to get rid of this smell. Air conditioners are working very hard everywhere, even in a restaurant where there is a children's area, the child has a cold all over. There is a girl at the reception who speaks Russian, answers sharply, not very politely, I don't even want to ask anything, the staff at the restaurant are all great guys trying very hard. This particular hotel is located on the border with Ajman. The hotel is positioned as 5*, but when compared with Turkish hotels, the maximum is 3+. TOTAL: Location - 3-. The number of tourists is 2. Meals - 3-. The service level is -2. Music and entertainment on the territory -2. Pools and their condition - 4. The number of rooms is 4. Beach - 5. The sea is 4+. The cost of meals on site is -2 (frankly expensive prices). Now everything is in order. We came with our family for the May holidays. We had a private transfer to the hotel, so we got from the airport to the hotel quickly, about 25 minutes. We went to the lobby, the porter took our suitcases, as always, and while we were checking in, he LOADED THEM ONTO the BUS LEAVING FOR THE AIRPORT (as it turned out later)!!! As a result, we were on edge, first we spent an hour asking the staff where our luggage was, then we waited another 4 hours for him to return to us in the lobby. A great start to your vacation🏖😂It's more fun going up to the room, it should have been a deluxe family room with a sea view. As we saw in fact, there is only one small window in the room, from where you can see the corner of the sea.. That was the last straw, I went to argue with the administration. As a result, I reached the hotel manager and, realizing the situation, he suggested that the next day we move to a two-room suite in a separate building, the closest to the sea with a large balcony. Of course, thanks and respect to Him for this. The rooms are clean and spacious. I will not describe the suite, there is everything you need. Spacious and comfortable. The territory is VERY small, like a cheap troika in Turkey. There is one small swimming pool on the territory, divided into 2 parts. The beach, in my opinion, is quite large, there are a lot of sun beds, they, like umbrellas, are in excellent condition. The sand is simply of amazing quality and absolutely white, like in the Maldives. There is no debris or shells, it is perfectly cleaned. The sea is warm, clean and affectionate. But very small. The sea area near the beach is very small, surrounded on all sides by "breakwaters". I won't be able to swim...Just to walk around... If you want to swim, you'll have to swim behind the buoys and the lifeguard will whistle like crazy for you to get back to the shoal!!! Some kind of game. I'm telling you, the hotel is for pensioners and families with kids)))). The RESTAURANT IS VERY TIRED AND DIRTY. A meager menu, the same every day.. Not tasty, not interesting. If you are used to hotels with a wide range of decent fives, you will be, like us, very disappointed... And yet, before each entrance to the restaurant, you will receive a receipt indicating the cost of breakfast or dinner, and you will personally have to write your number, name and signature!!! I've been traveling around different countries for so many years, and this is the first time I've met someone like this! I asked the restaurant administrator (a very nice person by the way), why is that? After all, everything was paid for, and I received an answer - that's what the management decided. It's clear... By the way, towels by the pool are provided according to the same principle. The contingent of vacationers is pensioners and families with young children 90%! Therefore, the hotel is quiet, there is no music playing, no animation, etc. In general, it's rotten and not interesting. Sad and quiet)) It's a sanatorium where it's the same thing every day. It is very noticeable that all the staff is focused on making money for the hotel, and this is very noticeable. For example, if you bought ice cream, signed a receipt, specified the room number, etc. In a regular hotel, you will pay at the check-out, then here this waiter will run up to you every hour and ask - HAVE YOU PAID, HAVE YOU PAID, HAVE YOU PAID??? It's very disgusting and very stressful. This is the first time I've encountered this. As you understand, water is also charged throughout the hotel (except for the one in your room). 22 dirhams, 500 rubles per 0.33l bottle))))... One can feel the great greed of the owner or manager of the hotel. The location is on the border of Sharjah and Ajman. Don't even dream of walking outside the territory in the evening. There's nowhere to walk and nothing to see. It sucks! A 10-minute walk from the hotel to the left of the entrance, there is a supermarket. If you want, you can go there and buy everything you might need: soda, fruits, masks, inflatable toys, etc. about 7-8 times cheaper than on site. There is an Italian restaurant Al Qubtan on the beach. We had lunch there. Cool, beautiful, stylish and delicious. Lunch for 3 people is about 200 dirhams(4500₽). I recommend. Hello everyone. I have not been to this hotel, it looks very beautiful, but we stayed at the Coral Beach Hotel, and bordered this hotel! We had a better place - a nice big green area, a good beach, good access to the sea (bay), there was enough water to swim perfectly to the buoys (in the neighboring territory - knee-deep water!), we had aqua aerobics on the beach, i.e. animators on the shore - we are in the sea! We had 3 weddings this weekend, and when we left, people celebrated the 53rd anniversary of the unification of their states beautifully this evening! There was a press, it was very interesting to watch. We had all-inclusive meals, more than normal meals, for every taste. There is also a bar on the sea. Two pools until 9 pm. Tea and coffee are available in the lobby of the hotel around the clock! The room was cleaned daily, there was always water in 1 liter bottle for 1 person. I.e. 3 bottles. On the beach, at the bar - take as much as you need! There is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. The weather is great! Thanks for the rest. Yes, for the price- our "all inclusive" is cheaper than in a Charaton with one breakfast! Draw your own conclusions.

The hotel is in a great location (not noisy), private access to the beach. Large shopping malls are 10 minutes away by taxi. The rooms are spacious and there is daily cleaning at a convenient time. The hotel is located on the border with Ajman, it took an hour to get from the airport through traffic jams. Two restaurants are open until 24.00, convenient if you are late for dinner.
