Everything is fine except for a beach holiday. Sun beds are occupied from 7 a.m. and there are not enough of them for all tourists of the hotel. Rescuers throw off things and towels if there are no vacationers. And they don't care that you went to the toilet/bar/room, etc. and you can come back in 15 minutes

The Sheraton Hotel in Sharjah exceeded all my expectations.
I'll start in order:
The room is large and spacious. The air conditioner works quietly, even silently, especially when we are not in the hotel. The temperature in the room is +23 stable. The beds are large and very comfortable.
The room has an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The bathroom is spacious, there is a shower stall and a bathtub, of course a toilet and a sink with a large mirror.
Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel of good quality. (If I knew, I wouldn't have taken all the funds with me 😉)
The room is cleaned daily and efficiently.
Bottled water is put in 4 bottles every day.
The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. There are always fresh juices, water (tea and coffee in the morning)
Drinks are also freely available in the lobby between meals (tea, coffee, lemonade, juices and water). A big plus is that during the day the staff brings lemonade to the pool and beach area to their guests.
The pool is deep, clean and the view is stunning right on the sea. (Pool 2: children and adults)
The beach is located 20 meters from the pool.

Of the minuses, I can single out that it will turn out to be a retirement vacation, because there are no interesting evenings at the hotel, no live music, let alone discos, no entertainment program. Wonderful hotel! Responsive staff, delicious food, cleanliness. The beach is ideal for children. The rooms are large, the bathroom is royal)) They took a room without a balcony, but as a compliment they gave it with a balcony (they are more expensive). Before leaving, I read reviews and some were negative related to the restaurant. For me, they are unjustified, because the food is varied, there is even Indian cuisine, seafood, fruits and a bunch of desserts every day for breakfast/lunch/ dinner, everything has always been delicious. I had to collect it myself, I swam near the Coral Hotel there is more space and the sea is cleaner. And cormorants were sitting on the stones of the Sheraton, an object for photographs. There are ABSOLUTELY not enough of them. The hotel is full now. Today is the 6th day of our stay here, and we NEVER got an umbrella on the beach. I woke up ESPECIALLY EARLY today, at 7:20 I was already on the beach, and what do you think, THERE ARE NO PLACES UNDER UMBRELLAS ANYMORE! People either don't sleep or take their places in the evening. It is clear that the hotel administration cannot and should not take into account the nervousness of vacationers, and vacationers occupying advantageous places under the shadow are citizens of the former USSR. Yes, not a single European in advantageous places, they are RESTING! Maybe my review will be read by the administration of 5!!! the star hotel will get more umbrellas for the beach, you want to relax and unwind, and not that's all. Food is not 5 stars of course. The food is monotonous, but you definitely won't stay hungry. The cuisine has an Indian bias, but there are always dishes for Europeans. There are a lot of eateries with different cuisines nearby. Not all rooms have balconies, but there is an excellent air conditioning system. Clean, regular cleaning. Nice beach. The nursery is about nothing, but it wasn't particularly needed. The shopping centers to which the transfer is organized are small and uninteresting. We need to go to Dubai Mall right away. In general, we had a good rest.

04/24/2023 Upon check-in, our room was replaced (for technical reasons). When we came to the room, we saw that there was a 1.5 sleeping blanket on the 2-bedroom bed. When asked to give an extra blanket (there were 2 of us) or change to a 2-bed one. We waited for an hour (and it was already about 24.00), the administrator on duty could not solve the problem for us. Since the 2nd bed was created from 2 single beds and there were stiffening ribs in the middle of the mattresses, it was impossible to sleep. We were very sorry that we stayed the night, because in the morning we had to go by car to another city.- we were defeated. But the breakfast was good.

The service at the fish restaurant on 06/18/2013 just spoiled a good impression of a stay at the Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort. The good news is that they regularly take samples of water in the pool. The sea is clear, the entrance is gentle. The beach is clean. According to nutrition, we can say that no one will stay hungry. There are no problems feeding the child. The food is varied: porridge, mashed soup, chicken soup, vegetables, meat, fruits, desserts. Everything is very tasty. There are also steamed dishes. There are no queues in the restaurant. The staff is very polite, they constantly ask if everything is in order, promptly serve, always smile. The cutlery is clean, there are no dirty and stained plates. These are all advantages. There are of course disadvantages, but this is just my opinion, for someone it may be normal. I wish the rooms were cleaned better. For 11 days of our vacation, the carpet has never been vacuumed, the floors are not washed very well, stains remain. Bed linen is changed once a week. There is no toothpaste and brushes (indicated in the description). This is of course a trifle, but keep in mind. Yes, another plus: the towel was changed every day. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel are replenished daily.
The description of the hotel states that there is a free bus to the Dubai Mall, but this is not the case. There is no bus there! There is a free bus to Sharjah Mall and Sahara Mall. Maybe it's because we didn't leave a tip) The sea is beautiful, the pool is clean. Sunbeds were not used either there or there, but it was always possible to find a free one. The rescue service by the sea and the pool was always in its place and always watched the vacationers. At the reception, I recommend contacting Irina about excursions, and not to your guides. The beach is quite dirty, the room is very dirty (it can be seen that the dust has been lying for several months). Room cleaning absolutely does not meet the standards of five stars. There are a lot of birds, including they shit on balconies, they don't clean it up when cleaning. The beds and pillows were not made comfortable, it was hard to fall asleep. The breakfasts are the same every day, the choice is meager. Next time I will definitely choose another hotel.
The staff is constantly delayed with errands. For example, after ordering room service, instead of the promised 30 minutes, count on all 60.
