A wonderful hotel. Good cuisine. Polite staff, ready to help. I would especially like to note the attentive and pleasant, excellent Russian-speaking Ako in the lobby. Very convenient parking and fast operation of the vallet parking. Free SPA area and beach bags with beach towels. The pool is a little small, but the location of the hotel is excellent. Everything is clean, the room is large with a wonderful view of the sea and the Ferris wheel. We had a rest in November - the weather and the sea are amazing! A trip to the airport by taxi, which was ordered at the hotel, spoiled the mood a little - the driver smelled very unpleasant and all the way he helped his wife choose shoes in the store, he was very passionate about it, instead of watching the road. We plan to come here again next year, but we will order a taxi through Yandex.

Great hotel. Located in the prestigious Dubai Marina area. We stop there for the second time. There are Russian speakers at the reception. The staff is great! They respond quickly to any request. Clean rooms. Excellent and free WiFi throughout the hotel. Cleaning once a day. The rooms have free tea, coffee and two liter bottles of water, which are updated every day. But this time, for some reason, toothbrushes and toothpaste were missing. For that there is a hairdryer and an iron with ironing board. They were taken with meals twice a day. Buffet. Of course there is a lot of food, and stewed meat and chicken and sausage and fish and desserts and fruits, but the variety and taste is still inferior to Rixos Premium. It is especially a pity that there are no juices for lunch and dinner. The beach is not far away - 3-4 minutes walk. Go to it through a separate tunnel from the second floor of the hotel. Towels are provided free of charge. The beach is huge, clean with fine sand. There are two pools with cool, pleasant water. I especially liked the children's pool, from where the children did not want to leave every time they visited. The pool is located next to the adult. In general, in terms of price / comfort ratio, in my opinion, this is the most optimal hotel located near the beach. So I recommend it to everyone.

Nice hotel with parking in the very center of JBR. It is located at the entrance, so you do not need to stand in traffic. A great hotel, we rested with the kids at 9.01-13.01. The staff is polite, special thanks to Ismail settled in a room with a beautiful view, the view is really fascinating, admired every day. The hotel is modern, clean, new. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach, it is very convenient with children. Our meals included breakfasts and dinners, we often changed them for lunch in advance at the reception. Of course, this is not Turkey in terms of food, but in any case, we could choose what to eat, everything is very tasty!

We stayed at this hotel from 04/19/24- 04/25/24 with a family (2 adults and one child).
If you want the perfect hotel, then you definitely should choose Rotanu.
Meals on 10+++++ I would like to mention the waiter Mohamed and the Russian-speaking hostes of the Gorizon restaurant - Gabriela (if you remember her name correctly).
Many thanks to the Russian-speaking employees of the reception, Hassan and Ismail, who always solved all our questions.
The cleanest pool, the beach is within walking distance.
There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, Marina Mall shopping center (15 minutes), McDonald's, an interesting cafe for children Masha and the Bear.
There are 2 transfers from the hotel to Emiratess mall and Dubai Qutlet mall.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Very nice staff, all polite and caring!!! So that we would not wait until our room was ready, we were offered to upgrade the room category to a better one and we paid quite a bit extra! The room, the hotel are all very clean, the guys take good care of cleanliness, everything is at the highest level! I would also like to mention the buffet, where we had breakfast and dinner. The most wonderful people work there, Wael manager and waiter Mohamed helped throughout the rest, and did everything to ensure that our vacation was at the highest level. There is a huge selection of dishes on the buffet, different positions every day! For knowledge of the Russian language, a separate respect, Now we will come to rest only with them!

The view is good, but we paid extra for it and for the check-in, while we did not add breakfast or lunch🤦🏻 we came to the "restaurant", it's not meat - rubber, do not take it, only spoil the gums) we carried food for 1.5-2 hours, some dishes were forgotten, the children sat hungry. In general, so do we; because meat is impossible to eat. The drinks are not bad, the pasta is normal, the pizza is not bad, the burger is delicious. But the staff, in general, is trying. A great hotel was in August 2023, a decent hotel, the family rested, liked everything, despite the 2nd beach line to the beach 3 minutes on a well-groomed territory, within walking distance of the metro station, supermarkets and pharmacies. Special attention to the hotel staff are very friendly and friendly people, special thanks to Ismail, the Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception agreed to change our room without any questions, since repairs were underway on the lower floors, they checked in for an hour while lunch was going on, and additionally gave a compliment in the form of a free lunch, respect!
I definitely advise you to visit!

- great location if you like to live "in a hangout" when you leave the hotel, and there are people, cars, restaurants, shops, the beach, in general, there is everything

Minuses:
- disgusting operation of elevators!!!! Just can't wait, it's terrible, we're waiting for elevators for 15 minutes literally without exaggeration. You have to go to the top to go down, otherwise you won't get into the elevator, because it comes full.

I liked everything very much , the hotel is clean , the room is cleaned every day , bed linen is changed . The location is very good and the pool and the sea, McDonald's and a bunch more are just a minute away , a beautiful embankment . For a week , once at the end , I only got a Russian - speaking staff , I communicated like that without any problems . Very hot , sauna in the evening . Now if you go, then only with money to spend time somewhere (we were to a water park, like Disneyland, Abu Dhabi (Louvre, palaces, mosques ...), they drove to Dubai a couple of times (kidzania there).We have been to the sea twice (the sand is boiling, the water is like in a very warm bath), it is comfortable in the pool (it is cooled). Buffet food - fish , seafood , meat ... when checking in, they paid $ 200 - the flight is night and I didn't want to wait until lunch for check-in

Cleaning for five, friendly staff.
The only food in the restaurant for five is tea or coffee for breakfast for a long time, or they may forget it altogether. I really liked the Japanese restaurant. We took three meals a day, you can choose any restaurant there are 3 of them, it seems, drinks are also included for lunch and dinner, and alcohol (limited), then for a fee, prices are not high. The beach is 5 minutes away, you can say the first line)

Rested in this hotel from 19.07. to 2.08. 2vzr., 2 children. I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay!!! We visited the fairy tale again, I didn't want to go back. The location is great, everything is at hand - shops, pharmacies, McDuck, bank. Spacious clean room, cleaning every day. Drinking water is also brought every day for free. The food is varied, delicious, we didn't stay hungry)) At the cottage. my husband brought a cake and fruit to the room - THANK YOU, VERY NICE!!! There are 2 swimming pools - an adult and a child, but we went to the sea all the days. In the morning from 7 am to 9 am and from 4 to 8 pm. The sea is warm, very comfortable for us. SPECIAL THANKS to the Russian-speaking men - Hassan and Ismail for their responsiveness, for their attentive attitude and kindness!!! And also to the tallest dark-skinned man (I don't know his name), who always greeted us with a smile in the lobby area, opened the door, played with the children and to the man in the lubby area who helped us with our luggage and escorted us to the bus - Jude - THANK YOU SO MUCH for your attentive attitude, warmth and kindness, responsiveness!!! The hotel is great. The location is super. Attitude, cleaning is also all cool. The food is the same, fed up. And there are no sunbeds on the beach of their own. A room with a gorgeous view on the 21st floor, we did not regret that we paid extra upon arrival. Otherwise, we would have to wait 2 hours, and we arrived tired in the morning. That the more expensive rooms are available, and the cheaper ones have to wait.😂What else is unclear is the lock on the balcony from children. The key can't be pulled out, so our 10-year-old daughter can safely open it herself. The child was not left in the room, they were afraid. Everything else is super. Wonderful clean hotel.

Good location of the hotel, near a street with shops and a children's amusement park, also within walking distance of the Ferris wheel, with platforms for beautiful photos against the backdrop of the metropolis.
I liked that it's 15 minutes to the metro, it doesn't bother, but you can go where you need to.
The pool is not big, but there is enough space for everyone
The breakfasts are excellent, especially waffles and pancakes with original nutella (in the basket behind the cook;)))
I liked the rest, because everything was included, including drinks, without it it would have been expensive.

The hotel has a main restaurant Horizon with a buffet, and three restaurants (Italian, Japanese and gastrobar). I didn't like breakfast in the Horizon, as well as dinner. - great location: the beach is close, all possible cafes, carrefoul supermarket, various shops on the coastline. The metro is close enough, not even to the subway, but to the tram that goes to the subway.
- the rooms are normal, clean, spacious enough, we had a great view on the 22nd floor, as below I do not know
- the breakfasts are very good, full, varied
Now about the cons, unfortunately:
- these are the elevators in the hotel: they are small, the capacity is very small, if one of the 3 elevators is broken, then you can stand for 30 minutes to leave. In general, there is always a queue at the elevator
- the hotel is located in such a place that you will always be stuck in traffic at the entrance to it from any side
Will I stay at this hotel for the second time?! Maybe, but I looked at another option while I was resting, I can't forget the elevator)

The guy who cleaned for us is a great fellow. Always spoiled us with some tricks)) then he will put fruit, then a cake for children)) The birthday was not ignored. The nursery is a wonderful nanny, does not know Russian, but loves children very much))) at the Reception, a friend is a good guy) Funny guy. In general, everything is fine. The problem with elevators is that you have to wait a long time once even on foot to the 23rd floor stomped)) there was some kind of problem - but sometimes it is useful. The kitchen is good and there is always porridge, cereal, fruit and decent coffee for children.

The menu in the restaurant is varied, the food quality is good.
The disadvantage is the number of elevators, 3 elevators for a 25-storey hotel, it's not serious. If you check in the hotel by more than 70%, there will already be a problem, traffic jams :))
