I really liked the hotel! Lovely interior, nice, clean, cozy, comfortable room and beds. Good staff, who at the first request did everything that was necessary, always helped and answered questions, there are many Russian speakers. The rooms are spacious, cleaned quite efficiently and every day, mostly rooms without balconies and on the road, but it didn't bother at all. The food is very good and varied in principle: there was enough breakfast before dinner. There is a heated pool on the roof and a sunshade - very convenient. The pool offers views of the surrounding area. The public beach is across the street, to the main paid beach (for hotel guests it is free with vouchers) carries either a paid transfer, or you can take a taxi, or walk 25 minutes. There is a factory and a port nearby, but this does not frighten anyone, there are villas right next to the factory and their residents are not afraid to live there or swim... Apparently, they have a good cleaning system. The view of the factory, of course, is depressing at first, but even the public beach is clean and many people sunbathe, swim and come not for the first time, many locals also met Slavs who have been living and working there for a long time, and come to this beach, so after all we also decided that there was nothing to be afraid of and the sea is clean there and there are no impurities, suspensions, odors, it is perfect - this is a positive indicator :) The disadvantage is that it is far to get to civilization from the hotel and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest store, there is also no cafe in the vicinity, we either walked for half an hour on foot, or took a taxi for 13.50 dirhams (about 320 rubles). I definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located along the coastline. A 10-minute walk from the bay, the beach is sandy. The rooms are spacious, the room has everything you need to stay. Cleaning was carried out every day. However, towels were changed only on request. I would like this to be done every day, because after the sea they are all wet and in the sand, but they dry for a long time. The hotel itself is beautiful, in red tones. Upstairs there is a swimming pool with a view of the bay. The dining room is on the 1st floor. We only had breakfast, but they are varied, something new was added every day, so you will not stay hungry for sure. I didn't really like their sausages, but it's a matter of taste. There is a bus from the hotel to Dubai to the leather and fur store, from there you can take a taxi or metro to the Dubai Mall.

In general, I liked everything. The hotel is not new, but the conditions are quite acceptable and correspond to the cost. Spacious, stylish reception, helpful staff, daily cleaning. Own parking. The pool is on the top floor. Al Khan Beach is 20 minutes away. Our room seemed spacious, a nice double bed, the interior would certainly like to refresh, but it didn't bother. We booked a room through Ozone travel, it turned out to be quite budget-friendly, compared to other offers.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, smells good, and has a good breakfast. The free beach is nice, but there are no showers, changing rooms and umbrellas....but this is uncritical, it's worse that you can't swim with the slightest excitement...in this case, we used the beach in the hotel opposite 50 dirhams per person. There is a pretty decent pool on the roof with a wonderful view of the sea. There is a well-equipped gym (men's, women's only treadmills, men's and women's are separated). The reception is working well. There is a Russian-speaking guide Ekaterina who will help with excursions or car rental. It was my first time in the UAE, and I probably would have taken everything for granted if I hadn't found myself with two ladies from 5 opposite on the return transfer to the airport. They talked about the scarcity of choice and the plain taste of the dishes, how little fruit there was, and other disadvantages of their stay at the hotel. The impression is very twofold.
Pros: large rooms, polite staff, delicious food, but there is no variety even by the standards of budget hotels in the UAE, they clean every day, tea, coffee, bath accessories and so on are updated every day.
Cons: the hotel is located away from civilization, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest store and this is not a walking distance, the store is naturally not cheap because he is alone there, it is also 10-15 minutes to the beach, who writes 5 minutes, this is not so.
There is a construction site on the right wing of the hotel, from 7 a.m. the noise of machinery, rooms are not willingly changed, citing their absence, even for money.
The pool is on the roof, many people write that it is straight whoooo, but alas, for some reason it was made under the dome and there is no sun from the word at all. The staff does not speak Russian at all, there is a Russian-speaking woman near the reception, but apart from talking about excursions, nothing decides, especially if you have not bought a tour from her.
Parks, shops, cafes can be reached to any civilization only by taxi.
There is a very twofold impression
P. S. We are not pretentious tourists at all, we always rest in budget hotels, including in the UAE we have experience.
And the last thing. We were asked to heat a lunch box with food in the microwave, (I stayed with the cafe) so we were told that there was no microwave on the restaurant floor, and the chef would not allow heating in the kitchen...

Sometimes the entrance to the beach is open between the cottages, but then it is most often closed and you have to go out through the main entrance. In the morning at 7.30 it was already open, and in the evening it was starting to get dark. Well done, the city authorities, clean the tractor in the morning for 3 hours every day, the sand is clean and white, rescuers on the ground clearly monitor everyone. Rescue equipment is all in sight, everything is at hand, they do not go anywhere, they sit in the heat all day, well done ...

And the bay is gloomy as it is, then the sea is knee-deep to the buoy, then the tide is high and it is impossible to swim in strong waves. Who needs a tan is the very thing. And, yes, Chelyabinsk is remembered early in the morning, neighboring enterprises are poisoned with gas. Not for long, but unpleasant.

From the cons: there is no water to arrive in the morning and they don't give it just like that, so stock up on water if you are coming here, and there are no speakers who understand Russian. On the third day, I got tired of going there, since the menu is not diverse. There are no shops where you can spend evening leisure in the vicinity. Departure only by taxi. There is also nowhere to walk. As a result, the evenings turned out to be dreary. Separately, it is necessary to note the pool. We went there once, because it was very dirty. Sand and dirt all over the tiles. And all this was dragged on their feet into the water. We were there for 10 minutes and never came back.

The only unpleasant impression of the vacation was left by the representative of the travel agency Feride, absolutely not a professional person, but this is rather a question for the travel agency. Otherwise, everything was great.

The sea is across the street, but to get to it you need to walk a little, under the palm trees, the hotel is clean, the food is not like in Turkish hotels, but if you don't eat lobsters at home, you will definitely be full, there is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel with views of the sea and the city, it's beautiful!

I can't say that I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It looks nice outside, it looks good in the lobby. One of the big advantages is only a very good tour manager Ekaterina. We are very grateful to her for the excursions and for the help. Now for what so few stars: 1) Upon arrival I got a room on the second floor (we waited a little less than 2 hours while they were preparing it for us), in the end we got a room in which we didn't really clean up, the bed was dirty with some coffee stains, the furniture was all old. 2) The room was cleaned on "get off", towels were changed only when you tell them already, and not every day (and those are already washed), 3) on the second floor there was some kind of whistle constantly, it turned out that this is how their ventilation works... But it really interfered, 4) there is no variety in food, everything is the same, and half of it is impossible to eat, 5) there were already stains on the old furniture, so the service staff accused us that we did it. This "supposedly hotel" left a very unpleasant impression about itself

I was at the hotel! A calm, quiet hotel! Designed for a small visit of the people. Quiet, calm Arabic music sounds in all corners, even in the elevator, which is very nice!

The only thing that spoiled the mood was the hotel guide Valery. He's pulling frauds. He lies from beginning to end when he persuades her to take the tour from her. She just takes pictures from the Internet (I doubt that they are even of the place where she is persuading) . Takes money for a normal comfortable excursion. Promises, if not even visits, then at least photo shoots nearby. But in fact, he puts 8 people in a taxi. Sends on an excursion that costs 40&, not 100-120&. Where there are no visits, no photo shoots. Shamelessly deceives people! Very dishonest! I'll attach the photo now

Rested in December 2022.I liked the hotel, although the room was without a balcony, otherwise everything is fine.The room was cleaned every day.The food is good, we had breakfast and dinner.The food is varied fish, meat, poultry, a lot of vegetables.And there was always a delicious dessert in the evening.The city's free beach is not far from the hotel to walk 10min. The sea is warm, the weather was great.Another big plus for Russians is that Ekaterina works at the hotel, she does excursions.Ekaterina is a very sincere and sympathetic person, she solved any of our problems, we are very grateful to her.We are Russian tourists, we called Ekaterina the Main Person in the hotel! Very interesting excursions.We were satisfied with the rest!I would like to come again!
