Ibis is the best for tourist guests,me and my friends are enjoy it our stay the best staff service Sharada is doing great job,very polite and humble.Food is so tasty.Here their is a Starbucks coffee with lot many varieties hotel is near and clean over we liked our stay thanks to everyone ☺️

Very nice hotel, excellent combinatorial of price/quality, good breakfast, bar be starbacks coffee at the lobby. Room aware quite big, there big TV and safe, nice bed. Cleaning is always in time, very professional, especially I want to say big thanks to Amara for the professional services.

Hello everyone.We are currently staying at the ibis hotel.
We really like everything.The rooms are not small.average, regular rooms.The most important thing is that everything is clean.the bed will be changed at least every day if you need it .we just put a sign on the door so that they don't clean it)) 4 bottles of water are brought to us every day.after the beach, we call the reception and ask for water and clean towels.Two minutes and you're done.we just take towels to the beach.
The breakfasts are great.The dinners are good too.not as plentiful as the breakfasts, but still good.it's bad that the transfer to the beach only goes on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.departure to kite beach at 12:00 from the hotel and 15:30 back.It's a very convenient time for us.since we like to sleep longer))) the area is good.mashrek metro station is exactly 5 minutes away and go wherever you want.there is a cool shopping center within walking distance.it is the second largest in Dubai.There are also 5 metro stations on the fountains in a straight line.it is convenient to get everywhere .
And most importantly! Ibis does not have a swimming pool and a gym, but it is in the novotel))) I just casually asked if I could use the gym.They told me a hundred times , of course ! No problem)))just tell me your room number))

We had a rest in the middle of October . The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the metro. There is a pharmacy and a market nearby. At 9 a.m. and back at 1 p.m., the bus took the Kite to the beach. It is necessary to register in a day . There were no problems with the seats .The reception staff understood Russian a little. We took breakfast - it was enough. The room has a kettle, safe, ironing board, iron, air conditioning, refrigerator. The bed and mattress are comfortable, the bed linen is clean. Cleaning is optional - leave a sign, then they will clean it. Swimsuits don't dry well. The windows don't open, but it's unnecessary, it's noisy and hot then. Of course, the rooms are already in need of repair. But if you just spend the night, it's fine.

In the non-smoking room, when we arrived, there was a terrible smell (after cleaning, it was washed out for 3 days), the windows are closed and do not open. the most important thing:THEY STEAL THINGS CAREFULLY IN THIS HOTEL.I travel a lot, but this is the first time I've encountered this, the Arab Emirates is the most decent country in this regard, and this hotel (or rather the staff) is a disgrace! At first, my glasses were missing from my room (I took 3 pairs with me), I noticed the loss later when my nightgown disappeared after cleaning! It was a shock for me when I wanted to put on a nightgown at night, but it wasn't there. I went to the reception, the guy at the counter was talking in Russian, I told him the information about the loss: glasses and a nightgown, he immediately said that the glasses would not be found (a lot of time had passed) and tried to convince me that I had lost them. I am an honest person, I will not cheat, I do not need someone else's, I understand that people work for little money and I do not want to punish someone for no reason. But this is a fact of theft, the employee said that the problem would be solved. At 11 o'clock in the morning I went to the reception there was a girl (she spoke English) she was not even aware of my problem. I didn't like it.I asked to call the police , to which the girl told me to look at my things better, because the clinic staff does not take other people's things. Then my anger went beyond all bounds. I demanded to call the police because I looked at everything again before coming. The girl called someone, wrote, said she would try to figure it out. I went to my room and 10 minutes later I got a call saying that my nightgown had been found. I opened the door of the room and there was a girl and a cleaning employee with my nightgown. I apologized, they gave it back . No one has returned my glasses to me. It took more than one day after the loss of the nightgown, I had to sleep in my underwear, which was also not convenient! Therefore, I strongly do not recommend the hotel! Not in view of the safety of your belongings! If your choice is in favor of this hotel, take care of things that are valuable. At the dinner, they generally said that we should pay 49 dirhams for dinner for the second person, although a reservation for two people automatically assumes that both guests will eat, after the scandal they realized their mistake. For 5 days in a row, the bed linen was not changed, the toilet and sink were not cleaned, only the bed was made and towels were changed, this was the end of the service. From what I took except juice and toast with jam, there was nothing delicious, the location from the metro is 15 minutes. The TV doesn't have Internet, it doesn't matter, but I can't even watch YouTube, although maybe I got it that way.
The bed is comfortable, I slept great. But any sounds could be heard in the corridor, the audibility is very good.
I was satisfied with this hotel for the night and breakfast, but next time I will look for another one.

Interiors in the style of the Ibis network. The rooms are cozy. From the metro 15 minutes on foot- not for long, but in the heat it can be uncomfortable to walk a little more than 1 km. Elevators always arrive quickly, you don't have to wait long. Breakfasts and dinners are monotonous, but you won't be hungry. Very tasty fish for dinner. Desserts may not be brought an hour before the end.
Now about the cons. When checking in, the nutrition information was incorrectly noted, which is why we had to prove that dinner was included in our accommodation. A cockroach was seen in the room 1 time, also in the eating area, too, 1 individual was sitting under the table. The room was not cleaned very well - yes, the bed linen was changed daily, but the shower was not cleaned at all. Towels were given like this - 1 common for the legs and 1 for two large bath! That's it! In the last day, they did not even come to us for cleaning, they did not bring a bottle of water (it is updated daily), and when the shower gel ran out 3 days before departure, they did not pour it to us, even though the empty container was put in a prominent place - the bottle was simply hung back empty (and so they did twice in a row).

Then they let in another one. It is very long and far to get to the beach on your own. We lived in April 2024. The rooms are renovated old and not of high quality. Toothbrushes and toothpaste should be requested. There are no shampoos in the room either. You have to ask, and maybe for a fee.
Water and tea bags with sugar are brought to the room every day. They clean and make the bed, change towels (two large and one small for 2 people) every day.
It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the metro and transport stops in the sun, in places along the roadway, since sidewalks have not yet been built everywhere (in a year good sidewalks will be completed).
We only had breakfast, as we left the hotel at 8.30 and arrived at 23.30. The food is mostly Indian: beans, chickpeas in various sauces. There is no meat at all! Just sausages. Of protein foods, only boiled and fried eggs. Eggs are fried in the courtyard. You choose the additives yourself (onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, sweet or spicy peppers, cheese) and tell how to cook. If you don't tell me how to cook, it will be a dry egg cake. It tastes better if you ask to cook a scramble. There are pasta, baked potatoes, sometimes pickles, But there are always fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, salad leaves), fruits (oranges, melons, watermelon), salted olives, cucumbers, eggplants. The mash is deliciously cooked (crumbly with vegetables). There are pancakes with different sauces. Very tasty yogurt with granola. Delicious warm rolls (croissants, envelopes, pies) made of puff pastry. Drinks: different coffee from the coffee machine, apple and orange juices, mint juice with cucumber, milk. Oatmeal porridge is very thin and not tasty.
It takes 1 hour to get to the beach by public transport from the hotel, 1 hour 30 minutes - 2 hours to the sights. There is a transfer to the beach from the hotel, but you need to make an appointment in advance, this morning for tomorrow morning, and then the bus may already be fully occupied! If you take a hotel within walking distance from the beach, you will save at least 2 hours of time every day!
It is better to take a taxi on the road a little away from the hotel, and not at the entrance to the hotel, it will be cheaper. Taxi drivers who stand outside the hotel often cheat. For example, I said that we should go to Al Maktoum airport, he replied 100 dirhams, I said that we would go for 70 dirhams, he said OK and loaded our suitcases, let's go. But on the way, he started asking which airport terminal and pretended like he didn't understand that he needed to go to Al Maktoum, saying he thought it was to Dubai airport, and this is closer than Al Maktoum. Al Maktoum will be more expensive. He even asked me to look at the tickets. In general, upon arrival at the airport, Al Maktoum printed us a check for 236 dirhams! I told him that I couldn't pay more than 100 dirhams, no more! This is already more than the 70 dirhams that we agreed on! He indignantly explained that he would have to pay the rest out of his own pocket, but I submitted 100 dirhams and made it clear that he would not receive more! I reasoned that even if he called the police, I would stand by my "contract is a contract", besides 70-100 dirhams at local rates is a good price for such a trip.
In general, he took 100 dirhams and silently took our suitcases out of the trunk. I didn't even thank him. I think he was trying to get more money out of us in this way.
In general, we left Dubai with the unpleasant feeling that they are trying to find you at every step, at the market, in a taxi, on excursions (all goods are 10 times more expensive)... All the good impressions were overshadowed by this feeling!
In general, if you spend only morning and night at the hotel, and are ready to suffer inconveniences (far from transport stops, long commute, poor repair, small bathroom), then you can live in this hotel. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel.
