Now about the cons. When checking in, the nutrition information was incorrectly noted, which is why we had to prove that dinner was included in our accommodation. A cockroach was seen in the room 1 time, also in the eating area, too, 1 individual was sitting under the table. The room was not cleaned very well - yes, the bed linen was changed daily, but the shower was not cleaned at all. Towels were given like this - 1 common for the legs and 1 for two large bath! That's it! In the last day, they did not even come to us for cleaning, they did not bring a bottle of water (it is updated daily), and when the shower gel ran out 3 days before departure, they did not pour it to us, even though the empty container was put in a prominent place - the bottle was simply hung back empty (and so they did twice in a row).

We lived in April 2024. The rooms are renovated old and not of high quality. Toothbrushes and toothpaste should be requested. There are no shampoos in the room either. You have to ask, and maybe for a fee.

It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the metro and transport stops in the sun, in places along the roadway, since sidewalks have not yet been built everywhere (in a year good sidewalks will be completed).
We only had breakfast, as we left the hotel at 8.30 and arrived at 23.30. The food is mostly Indian: beans, chickpeas in various sauces. There is no meat at all! Just sausages. Of protein foods, only boiled and fried eggs. Eggs are fried in the courtyard. You choose the additives yourself (onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, sweet or spicy peppers, cheese) and tell how to cook. If you don't tell me how to cook, it will be a dry egg cake. It tastes better if you ask to cook a scramble. There are pasta, baked potatoes, sometimes pickles, But there are always fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, salad leaves), fruits (oranges, melons, watermelon), salted olives, cucumbers, eggplants. The mash is deliciously cooked (crumbly with vegetables). There are pancakes with different sauces. Very tasty yogurt with granola. It takes 1 hour to get to the beach by public transport from the hotel, 1 hour 30 minutes - 2 hours to the sights. There is a transfer to the beach from the hotel, but you need to make an appointment in advance, this morning for tomorrow morning, and then the bus may already be fully occupied! If you take a hotel within walking distance from the beach, you will save at least 2 hours of time every day!
It is better to take a taxi on the road a little away from the hotel, and not at the entrance to the hotel, it will be cheaper. Taxi drivers who stand outside the hotel often cheat. For example, I said that we should go to Al Maktoum airport, he replied 100 dirhams, I said that we would go for 70 dirhams, he said OK and loaded our suitcases, let's go. But on the way, he started asking which airport terminal and pretended like he didn't understand that he needed to go to Al Maktoum, saying he thought it was to Dubai airport, and this is closer than Al Maktoum. Al Maktoum will be more expensive. He even asked me to look at the tickets. In general, upon arrival at the airport, Al Maktoum printed us a check for 236 dirhams! I told him that I couldn't pay more than 100 dirhams, no more! This is already more than the 70 dirhams that we agreed on! The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the windows that do not open at all. The air conditioner naturally does not cope with stuffiness and stale air. Nothing dries from the word at all. The rooms are old, but this is not noticed in a stuffy room)))
Breakfast for 4*.
Location: there is a metro station nearby, but it is temporarily closed. The beach is 6 km away on foot, you can sign up for a free transfer: at 9 am to the beach, back at 13h.
I absolutely will not return to the hotel because of the stuffiness, mold in the bathroom and lack of fresh air in the room.

We checked into this hotel immediately upon arrival. That is, without problems, before the appointed time - this is undoubtedly a big plus. When we checked in, we had to pay the resort fee, since we did not know the changes nearby, we exchanged the required amount at the hotel rate, I will not say that much less (acceptable) if we need to pay urgently. As for the rooms, there is a twofold feeling and it was spoiled more, of course, at the end of the vacation, but everything is in order. We stopped by and immediately noticed that the towel is given one large and one for the legs, but there are no sets for the hands or the second sets. Even if you ask to bring a second large towel, my advice to you is to put it away, because when you replace it, you will be left with one set again. Breakfasts and dinners are generally monotonous, but there is a lot to choose from, and since considering that the 3-star hotel is quite a good menu. There was a small problem with our food (the wine of the hotel staff), as we were not included in the list, but everything was solved in 15-20 minutes. Of course, the rooms are not new at all, most of all it was annoying how to clean the bathroom - very bad...By the way, another equally fun factor is that there is no plunger, but there is a bidet. As for the standard gel, here is an interesting and, let's say, terrible moment. Usually in hotels, when the gel runs out, they put or pour a new one. But for some reason our hotel decided not to do this, moreover, when I put one empty jar first, it was simply put in place, the next day I put 2 empty cans, and they were also simply put aside...This of course made me very sad.. Of course, the cleaning of the room is for 3 people, and the bedding group is not always perfectly clean, past stains are visible, etc., so in general I would put 3 out of 5, maybe even 3 with a big minus. Also saddened by the presence of "Vasya" a couple of cockroaches in the dining room and one was killed in the room.As for the location, in principle, the hotel is located not far from the metro - 10-15 minutes, but since the climate is not suitable for everyone, many say it's hard (take this into account), I advise everyone from public transport to the metro and a silver card is the best thing there. Dubai Marina beach is not recommended at all, as it is dirty and there are a lot of people, especially annoying Indians. There are a lot of them in general in Dubai and noisy kapets.In general, in general, the hotel is on its 3 stars.
