A currency exchange office with a good exchange rate is nearby. The standard room is spacious, with a comfortable mattress, pillows and a blanket. There is everything you need in the room, except a dental kit. There is a shuttle service to the beach. Kite Beach is wide with free showers, toilets and changing rooms. There are restaurants of different formats - buffet on the 3rd floor, a la carte on the 1st floor. On the 6th floor you can have breakfast and have a refreshing drink at lunch. I liked the cuisine more a la carte. There is a small pool on the 4th floor and a SPA for men and women. There are Russian-speaking girls Victoria and Maria at the reception. Cons: It's a 30-minute drive to the beach and you need to book a transfer a day in advance. The tourist fee for 6 nights for two is 90 dirhams. All inclusive in Arabic for alcohol - 2 glasses of beer, wine, or cocktail in one hand. And you can't order two at once for one, drink first, then order. There is a bus to the beach - about 6-7 times a day, to Kate Beach, but it may happen that there will be no seats on the bus at your chosen time, reservations are made every day at 8 a.m. the next day. Food - we had an all inclusive, wonderful breakfast on the 6th floor - red fish, shrimps, good quality bacon, sausage cheese, fruits, yoghurts, juices, omelet cooked with whatever you want. You can also have a good dinner on the 6th floor, but if you and your children are over 21 years old, you are not allowed to enter even if accompanied by your parents. The restaurant on the 6th floor has a strict dress code - men only wear trousers and a complete ban on shoes without heels, even if they are expensive mules or clogs. There is a similar restaurant on the 1st floor, there is also a dress code, you can wear shorts but not flip-flops, there is no breakfast in it, they do not pour alcohol at dinner, alcohol is on the menu for lunch or before dinner from 17-19. On the third floor there is breakfast, lunch and dinner for those with other types of food, we also ate there, the food loses a lot. The room - we lived first on the 25th, then on the 41st floor, of course, the view is super higher. There is a washer and dryer in the room, it is very convenient, cleaning is done every day, BUT the minibar is empty, only water is brought, there is tea and coffee. There was a bar in the lobby where all the drinks were free for us, plus fruit to take away, some things like a small shawarma. There is a pool bar with 11 b/a drinks, ice cream at 12, alcohol is allowed from 12, but this is for all inclusive, the rest of the food is alcohol for a fee. The staff is excellent, 3 girls speak Russian at the reception, all issues were resolved quickly, we were given an additional voucher for 150 dirhams, and the room was extended for free until 17 hours. We were satisfied with the trip.

I like the hotel, so we checked into it for the second time. This time, they didn't check in before 14.00. The tourist tax is 105 dirhams for two people for 7 nights. No deposit was charged for the room. The room on the 45th floor was adjacent (through the door leaf) to the next room, which ruined two nights for us because of the neighbors who were awake around the clock. When contacting the administrator, our problem was solved by moving us to a room with a non-adjacent door. Pay attention to this subtlety in choosing rooms!!! There are transfers from the hotel to kite beach (the time is not very convenient (and you need to register the previous day. You can also travel to the Mall of the Emirates and back for free. No other transfers were used. Daily cleaning and replenishment of tea-coffee, water. The staff smiles and greets the guests, as if they were just waiting for you)) it's a pleasure) and they also solve all the problems that arise and resolve all the issues! There are even a couple of Russian channels on TV. The breakfasts are delicious, on the ground floor there is salmon and smoked mackerel for breakfast and the opportunity to order an omelet to choose from 3 options. The location is excellent: there are not many people jostling on the streets, behind the hotel there is a shopping gallery with restaurants and shops, and there is also a carefrure with delicious coffee from the machine, croissants and various fresh pastries and a machine for squeezing fresh orange. The metro is 150 meters away and through the Museum of the Future metro stop (tickets are sold for a month in advance) I would be happy to recommend this hotel!!!

This is a very cool hotel! Unreal view from the 60th floor of the Burj Khalifa tower. Our room was 6003, we really liked it, separate rooms, large dressing room, kitchen. We took meals for breakfast and dinner. Everything was very tasty. The hotel has two restaurants on the 1st and 3rd floors. The girls and boys at the reception are polite and always help with everything. There is a pool on the 4th floor, open until 7 p.m., towels are provided. Very good location of the hotel, within walking distance of the Museum of the Future, metro station, many cafes and convenience stores. There is a shuttle service to Kite Beach, but I didn't like either the beach or the sea, to be honest, they don't give towels to the beach, keep in mind. There is a shuttle in the Emirates Mall, so I liked this particular Mall, it's clear and you can't get lost in it, like in the Dubai Mall. The rooms are perfectly clean, daily cleaning, change of towels. Drinking water is constantly replenished, there are toothbrushes, razors, shampoos, conditioner and shower gel. It was my husband's birthday and he was very creatively congratulated, congratulations were laid out from rose petals, the bed was beautifully decorated, a postcard and a bento cake. It's hard to think of a better location: proximity to iconic landmarks and the subway (although taxis were still chosen for speed and convenience of movement), "respectable neighbors" - luxury skyscrapers of hotels, shopping and financial centers. When booking, I asked for a room on a high floor with a good view. At the time of check-in, only the smoking room on the 34th floor met these criteria (out of 65, the hotel is one of the tallest in the world). And although we are non-smoking, I agreed to this option. The room turned out to be huge: from one window there is a view of the old city and the bay, from the other, to paraphrase a nursery rhyme: "And from our window the Burj Khalifa tower is visible." Well, it's beautiful! In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a couple of glasses with spoons, 4 glasses and ... everything. Refillable supply of bottled water and tea/coffee bags. Slippers and bathrobes are brought on request (originally they were in a single copy). Large wardrobe, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, safe, Koran with prayer mat. There is a green arrow on the ceiling in the direction of Mecca. This is the first time I have met such attention to guests who profess Islam. Good hygiene products: gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, liquid soap. Cotton swabs and sponges, a shower cap, are all available (a toothbrush and shaving accessories will be provided on request). The breakfasts on the 3rd floor (there was no menu at the O'lio restaurant on the 1st floor) were decent, without frills, but good. Traditional morning set: muesli, porridge, sliced meat and cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, curry, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee. You can order an omelet. On the 4th floor there is a swimming pool with several sun beds, umbrellas, a pool bar and a good view. We did not have time to use the services of the spa center. There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception. On the day of departure, I found Maria, who kindly extended the stay for 2 hours, which was fine with us. The concierge takes suitcases for storage in the luggage room, and you can change for the trip either in the large bathroom near the Rose Cafe or in the spa area on the 4th floor. Overall, our stay at the hotel was comfortable, calm and of high quality. If possible, I will definitely return here and with great pleasure (although I will choose a non-smoking room anyway).

By the numbers, this is a minus: the area is not bad, the furniture is old (19th century), the renovation is also old, the air conditioning is weak. Everything else is fine. The hotel is urban and far from the beach, and we were aware that there is a swimming pool, but it is small and there is another disadvantage. The disadvantage is that guests not only from Russia, but also from other countries like to go out in the morning and put towels on to take a sunbed and return at 11-12 hours, and sometimes they don't come at all. We almost always ate on the 3rd floor, we were a couple of times on the 1st floor in a la carte, in general, you can eat delicious food both there and there. It is better to come to breakfast before 9:00, after that you will most likely have to stand in line to sit at the table. By the way, this is very strange, you can organize the space there in a different way so that there is enough space for everyone. There is no bar at all, to drink the same cappuccino or beer, you need to call the waiter, at breakfast it is especially interesting when you are fully seated. There is a very strange cafe on the "G" floor, "Costa", they pour coffee to guests who use the "all inclusive" system, exclusively in paper cups, a strange attitude, the feeling that I ask him to give me a portion of coffee for free. On a piece of paper that is given at the reception upon check-in, it says that in this cafe you can take some dessert and a hot drink, the bartender, in turn, does not know about this and is ready to give only a hot drink. There is no bar in the lobby, as in many hotels, not only in Turkey and Egypt, there is very little space for 65 floors of rooms, places for 25+/- people to sit. The pool-only bar is open until 17:00. After 17:00, there is nowhere to sit with a glass of wine except in the restaurant, only in the room. Overall, the hotel is beautiful. It would be cool to organize some kind of recreation area for the guests, sort out the cost of the cafe, so that after paying for all inclusive I don't feel like a beggar. Transfer to the sea, you can't get in at normal times and you go like that herring if you get in))) As a result, we took a taxi to the nearest beach (better than Kite Beach by the way) from 25 to 40 dirhams went one way I'm already tired of writing, you can go, but this is just not the kind of vacation you get used to at beach hotels. It's cool that there are a lot of attractions nearby, but you shouldn't go anywhere in the evening, there are solid traffic jams around, it's not possible to enter the subway car, it's packed, you just have to move with your feet))) It's worth a visit, but I wouldn't go here a second time)

The buffet, in my opinion, is quite decent, but without excess, but everything you need is there and the quality of the food is good. We went to the pool once, it's not a big outdoor pool, it's fine. The only nuance that I would like to mention is the poorly functioning elevators, they worked every other time, so we often had to use the stairs. Drinks are brought only after you drink the previous one, they are not brought so quickly. There is no balcony, there is only one drying rope stretched over the bathroom, of course, nothing dries out there in a day. And if you want to wash up, you'll have to share a place in the bathroom with this rope and things. Great hotel! The attitude of the staff is just great! We came to visit friends. Thank you very much! Any request or even a hint of a request was fulfilled with lightning speed! The location is wonderful - two minutes to the metro, one metro stop to the Dubai Mall. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. We really enjoyed it, next time we will stay only with you!

Nice hotel! It is located next to the metro, one stop to Dubai Mall. A little tired repair. The room has a large refrigerator and a microwave oven. Only one employee at the reception speaks Russian (he doesn't work every day). Meals were taken for breakfast on a solid 4. It is inconvenient that you need to sign up for the beach in advance (a day in advance).

A great hotel to stay in! Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance, metro, shops, exhibitions. The staff and their attitude towards the residents are not comparable to other resorts, they are always polite and responsible. The rooms are cleaned every day, the staff at the reception will always help if you have any questions, the food in the restaurant is just a delight. Unless of course you have a dai-in package (ultra all inclusive). And most importantly, there are no such people who pile mountains of food on a plate and fill up all the tables with everything they can. A gym where you can stay, saunas, a Jacuzzi. The pool is a little small, as people are not willing to go to the sea. There were days when you come to the pool and people like in Turkey throw towels on three sun beds and they sit at tables and drink.... And the sunbeds are idle. Or seals lie down , they leave for lunch for a couple of hours , then return and go back to the sunbeds . The rooms have a washing machine, ironing board, this is a plus! The room has a kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can sit at home. The view from all the windows is just super , the windows are clean. Turkey and Egypt are on vacation. Drunk and ill-mannered people were not met in the hotel and on the streets during the holidays . Thanks to the sales manager who works at the hotel! The staff knows their job. The management of the hotel did well.

It's a wonderful hotel, everything is top-notch, the staff speaks Russian, which is important for people who don't know English.Just the beautiful girls who were remembered the most and gave us a room with the best view, namely Aigun, Victoria and Maria helped us all our holidays.We liked the Ollio restaurant for breakfast and dinner more than the others.For lovers of eggs for breakfast, it is especially relevant.All the waiters are just wonderful people, as well as the entire hotel staff!!It is clear that everyone is trying for the benefit of a wonderful holiday.The room comes to be cleaned every day, there are many transfers, both to Kite beach (one of the best beaches in the city) and to shopping malls.The outlet that the transfer took us to was very memorable for the good prices at Nike, the transfer to the Emirates Mall was also a comfortable and large bus.If you want to lie by the pool, it's better to come in the morning, not after the beach.We lived in two rooms, each with a cool view.It was also convenient that the Dubai Mall is one metro station away, and the metro is 2 minutes from the hotel.I liked the food too.I think it's a very good hotel for Russians.We also liked the nearby Rotana tower, but less than this hotel.

Very pleasant hotel, staff and service. There are flaws, of course, but very minor ones. There is a Russian-speaking staff. There are 3 floors to choose from "to eat" and a swimming pool. It's shallow, but it's water. There is a shuttle service to several popular destinations, including kite beach. It's also a 15-minute walk to the Dubai Mall. We had a do not disturb sign for twenty-four hours and they started calling us to ask if we were okay. Heh.

This is a very cool hotel. We stopped by at night and were given a room with a view of the wall of the house, but after a couple of days we changed it without any problems with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The girls at the reception, Russians, Victoria and Marina, are responsive, always help, will answer all questions. The food was sometimes monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. It was delicious to me. Transfer to Kate Beach, Emirates Mall. Metro station is a minute walk away. The Museum of the Future is a 10-minute walk away. It takes half an hour to walk to Bourzhik or one metro station. Shops are nearby. I will definitely come back and recommend it.

Probably the best hotel I've ever visited. I liked absolutely everything here, initially I thought that there was no Russian-speaking staff, but it turned out that there was a Russian-speaking girl Victoria at the reception, thank you very much. There are two excellent restaurants with different concepts, I advise you to visit both, they are included in the all inclusive price. There is a swimming pool with a lovely bar. I lived on the 63rd floor, the view is magnificent. There are many elevators, so there are no problems with going up. There is a Financial centre metro station near the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also many shops nearby, including the brands Sketchers, CAT and various other cafes, although the prices there, if converted into rubles, are quite high. In general, I really liked everything very much, I advise everyone))

The location of the hotel is convenient, within walking distance of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The metro station is 100 meters from the financial center.. The hotel can be seen from a great distance, as the building is listed in the Guinness Book of Records. The rooms are clean, and cleaning was done every day. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and provided extra water upon request. I took a shuttle to kite beach 4 times a day. The breakfasts are nutritious, the choice is not very large, you will not stay hungry, you were individually seated at the table, so there was no pandemonium. This is not the first time in Dubai, so we deliberately chose a location closer to the center and the metro. I recommend.

The food is certainly for an amateur ((( after a couple of days there, I didn't want to eat anything anymore! The pool is small, the music is always dull, no drive, and fun, in a word, it was very dreary ((Cleaning was every day, that's a plus! But, the dust was still there! If you want to have a fun and noisy vacation, then this is definitely not the right hotel, everything is very conservative here! If they ask me if I will go to this hotel again, I will say no.... Everyone has their own taste, and everyone loves different things!
