A very pleasant hotel, located in a quiet place, in the center of residential buildings. But the entire infrastructure is at hand. I really liked the breakfasts. The staff is very polite and courteous. Cool view from the window. The restaurant on the 11th floor is beyond praise, the food is delicious, the view of the city is wonderful.

I was very upset by one point, I really hope that they will fix it, namely the unbearable smell of sewage in the room, running toilets and a shower stall, despite the fact that the room was not standard. We have been familiar with this network for many years, we have been in different countries more than once, it is a pity that in our city, the hotel disappointed us.

A surprisingly good hotel. The location is very good and not noticeable. The spa and hammam are very good. By the way, the bathhouse is separate from the women's one. A communal swimming pool. The restaurant is on top with a good panorama of the city, which will please everyone. I think it's expensive in terms of cost, but this is also a plus for this market segment.

He stayed at the hotel from March 26 to March 28, 2024. It's very funny. The Hilton, where dead cockroaches are lying in the pool, and live ones are running around on the tables. I saw a live rat with my own eyes, the hotel administration forgets the arrangements and cannot divide and organize lunch for several groups of guests. Constantly knocks out traffic jams in the room. One star, only for branded cookies)) Otherwise, it wouldn't be worth one.

There were mixed impressions after the stay. Disgusting Wi-Fi quality, unstable signal and constant interruptions. During the 2 days of stay, the elevators did not work 2 times, which caused difficulties in moving between floors. The hotel's mail server was not working, which caused difficulties in preparing documents for eviction. The breakfast is of acceptable quality.

I was on a business trip on 03/31/05/2021, I really liked everything, the location of the hotel allows you to get anywhere in the city. The breakfasts are great, the room service and breakfast is 5+++ (according to the 5-point system), the SPA is amazing - you can relax, but you didn't have time for a massage, apparently very popular. A new pleasant, quiet place, birds are singing, there is no background from the city, roads, I really liked this hotel, I will definitely stay here next time. Thanks to the Hotel, the Hotel Management, and the staff for being able to create such a pleasant atmosphere.

A great hotel, the staff is polite, the rooms are clean and cozy. The spa complex is good, there were few people, the hammam is excellent, the pool is quite large and the water in it is warm. The hotel is disgusting. The minibar is empty, while the complimentary water was supplied 1 time in 3 days, the toilet seat was broken (during cleaning it was simply fixed, replaced or repaired - no), there are no towels in the spa - we wipe ourselves with bathrobes)))) They demanded 2 payments from the restaurant for rumservice, then it turned out that the waiter put the payment received from me in the room at the reception in an envelope, which is very strange (it looks more like they just wanted to fuck money 2 times). Rumservice brought a bottle of wine closed, there was no corkscrew in the room. In general, keep in mind that some items in the room service menu are of the "just look and wonder" category. It is not possible to record room expenses only if you leave a deposit at the reception. I left a $400 deposit, paid for all services at the check-out, but they "forgot" to return the deposit to me. I'm also a klusha - I was talking on the phone, I checked the money on the way to the airport. I had to go back, I barely managed to catch a plane. There were no offers to pay for a taxi or apologies. In general, nothing to do with 5 stars. A very Kazakh interpretation of the service: expensive, low-quality, indifferent, ready to cheat and cash in on the client at any moment. Hilton, change the management!!! The hotel is the bottom.

It's dark in the hall. It's dark everywhere. Not cozy. Everything is neat in the room, but it does not match the price. Only water, two bags of black and two green tea and two coffees. Two bottles of water and of course the food is sky-high. We could do it like in Turkey, at least with vegetables, without meat. The air conditioning in the room is terrible, no matter what temperature you set, it cools down only to 23 and not lower. It's very stuffy in the room. The electrical outlet in the bathroom shows 220 V, but when connected, nothing works, for example, a hair dryer and so on. The spa is a bit strange because not all saunas worked, but one. Overall, the service is good, as expected from the brand. The breakfast is good.

I've been staying at this hotel for almost a week. Excellent SPA with a good hammam, Jacuzzi and swimming pool, beautiful view from the windows of the upper floors. But this is not the level of the doubletree - the breakfasts are frankly tasteless, the assortment is small and even the omelet is poorly prepared, I don't know how they do it. The rooms are very small, you can't turn around. And most importantly, there were cockroaches in the room - when I came in the evening, several scattered across the shelves and cupboards. This is simply unacceptable for such a price - there are no words.

As for me, the hotel is not worth the money. It looks very decent in the photo, in fact there is only one chipboard around, towel hooks falling out of the doors in the bathroom. Most of all, I was surprised by the stuffiness in the room, it is not possible to sleep, and it is not the temperature but the lack of ventilation. In this way, it was not possible to do anything, the next morning the head was cast iron. Yes, there are no questions, the hotel is relatively new, but even in a slightly outdated Rixos it is an order of magnitude better at almost identical cost. If anything, the hook falls out in room 1007.
