Whenever possible, I try to stay at Hilton hotels on both business and personal trips. I like the combination of restrained style, level of service and comfort. This time, as always, no questions asked. I liked everything very much. The opportunity to relax in the evening in the pool and SPA is a pleasant bonus.

The service is for four, it is clear that they save on staff. The room is clean, there is everything you need, but the junior suite is too small. The breakfast is good and rich. The SPA is divided into male and female parts so that you do not steam together, the pool is shared, but too warm. Well, as usual, there are a lot of people in the SPA who pay "from the street", which is of course uncomfortable.

The hotel is average. Of the minuses, the disgusting behavior of the staff at the reception, lobby, everywhere you need to persuade, call several times. Very noisy neighbors got caught, a drunken guest broke down the next door all night, called the reception several times and asked for something to be done, as a result, they listened to the screams of a drunken Tarzan all night, no one came, did not figure it out. Maybe they don't have a security service. The bed is terribly uncomfortable. It's not worth the money. Of the advantages, good food in the room service, clean rooms.

I evaluate it from the point of view of holding conferences. The hotel is new and beautiful. That's probably where the advantages end. Among the disadvantages: lack of parking (the parking lot of the hotel is very small, and everything is packed in two rows on Sharipov); extremely inconvenient access to the service entrance for unloading equipment (there is nowhere to turn around, you need to reverse - and it's good if someone else does not arrive at the same time with you); high price tag (it may be reduced - according to the staff, they have not yet got their bearings); the kitchen is quite good, but the portions leave much to be desired.
