The choice fell on this hotel based on reviews on the Internet and the ratio of prices to tourist offers today, the travel agent assured that this is a new Krutetsky hotel, which is literally a couple of years old and we cannot find a better offer. The trip was waited for a month, and the first thing that disappointed upon arrival was the delay of luggage- in Turkey, the flow of tourists and suitcases for baggage flights are loaded from 3 planes, and even if you quickly received luggage like me))) in just 1.5 hours, then you are still waiting for the rest of the tourists who were less lucky The second is the changeable weather. I must say right away that I became a fan of Cyprus from the very first trip. I love everything about it, the nature, the climate, and the inhabitants. In Turkey, everything is different and different... The first day was cold and rainy, we spent the whole day at the hotel, practically without going outside((( yesterday the situation changed for the better 😉 and we enjoyed the water and the sun) all the locals say that here the weather changes dramatically, unpredictably. Traveling with a three-year-old is, of course, another test. And all kinds of entertainment for us have been reduced to children's. For those who are looking for a hotel in order to make a child happy first of all, this hotel is suitable. But more on that later.

We had a family vacation with two small children ..... In early December..... The hotel is based on a winter concept, but only positive impressions...the desire to visit this hotel again has not disappeared.... I'm also here now, we haven't seen any shrimp, we've had trout fish a couple of times.And so everything is like everywhere else.if you have health problems / movement / then ask only not for the 6th floor, there is a separate elevator to it and it almost always does not work, you have to go down to the 5th and from there by elevator.on the very first day, a light bulb exploded in the bathroom that even blackened the ceiling, in the morning they turned on the hair dryer, it burned so much and the spiral charred.they changed everything at once, but we were already afraid to turn on anything.

I had a rest in January 2020! Everything is great!10 out of 10!! I recommend January! I even managed to burn in the sun!The animation is healthy! The cleaning is super! The food is super! We were in this hotel with a large company, we could not relax. Everyone started vomiting and diarrhea. There is also a high temperature. The children were in a terrible state, after their deaths. Why the hotel did not mention that they have such a contagion is anyone's guess. 2 people came up to us personally and asked for medicines, because they felt sick in the evening, and the pharmacies were no longer working. Things are stolen in the pool. We went in the hope of having a rest, as a result, we only managed to get sick and be treated for the whole vacation, and even on arrival home we got to the hospital!

I had a rest at the Adalya Elite Lara 5* hotel on 03/12/2020. I was very satisfied with my vacation!! The advantages of the hotel: 1.Close to the airport 2.Sandy beach and convenient access to the sea 3.Excellent sanitary condition of the hotel 4.Infrastructure for children- lunopark, water park, off-season large heated outdoor pool. 5. The hotel operates on Ultra All inclusive: champagne, imported alcohol (whiskey, cognac, Belize, Martini, etc.) I immediately booked a room with a sea view, and did not regret it.... The room has everything you need - a safe, a minibar (replenished every day - water, juice, cola fanta, beer), a kettle with a set for coffee and tea, all accessories in the bathroom, slippers, bathrobes for a deposit in the SPA for both adults and children), a TV built into the mirror with Russian channels, replacement of towels, bed linen and room cleaning daily.The food and service in the restaurants and bars of the hotel is at a high level!!! Wi-Fi is everywhere, even on the beach, the animation is good, there is a children's program for persistent disco!!The hotel was 100% packed (there are NO queues).The hotel is family-run, 30 percent Russian, and so many European tourists, there were also locals who come for the weekend.A great beach with lots of sun loungers. The hotel is nice, but the staff is ANTI-RUSSIAN. Keep this in mind when choosing. We have been living here since March 1 to the present, everything was fine until March 16, when the hotel staff showed themselves in the "resolution" of the conflict situation. All priorities were focused on the German couple. Guest relation - Mehriban waved us off with his hand, saying: "Step back, I'll call security now." (For a second, I'm in a position and resting with my mom). The issue was that a German couple had brought strangers into the hotel and we had concerns about our safety. As a result, we waited an hour for Mehriban to pay attention to us. After communicating with the Germans, Mehriban approached us with the words "we will call the police now, they will pick you up, if you want, call them too," without knowing the reason for the conflict on our part. Then operations manager Mehmet came up and said, "If you call the police, you will have problems." We replied, "the problems will not be with us, but with the hotel." Everyone abruptly changed their mind about calling the authorities. At the same time, Mehmet, an employee of the international hotel, said that he did not know English so as not to deal with our issue. The reception staff also turned away from us, saying "we can't help you," although we simply asked them to listen to us and look at the surveillance cameras. The next morning, the only person who tried to help us with the guest relationship was Oxana. Russians, be vigilant when choosing a hotel. Have a good rest!

Great hotel. We had a rest in January. There is a heated outdoor pool. Someone also swam in the sea. In summer, there is generally a paradise for children, a lot of attractions and water parks. But the SPA IS DISGUSTING!!! there has never been such a nightmare, I was not even massaged by an amateur, but just by a person who does not know how, the mask was smeared from someone else's!!!! bowls ... then another woman and her son were smeared from it ..... after indignation, they replied that we were smeared with different brushes!!!... so they left it with her for 20 minutes, which pulled the whole face and the skin was wildly dry!! Massage.....one massage was performed on one half of the body. There are other movements on the other half....I go for a massage at least once a week, I've been to different massage therapists, but I've never seen such a nightmare, even in 4* hotels, and the massage therapist also had long nails...kneading his feet and palms, he stupidly stabbed me with his nails...
